Abstract
本发明公开了一种防晒组合物及具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,所述防晒组合物按质量份数计,包括:组分(a):5‑25份;组分(b):0.1‑3份;所述组分(a)包括高级脂肪酸、有机硅和氧化锌粉体;所述有机硅选自聚二甲基硅氧烷,或选自聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基硅氧烷的混合物;所述组分(b)选自二聚季戊四醇三‑聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯。本发明的防晒组合物采用特定比例的组分(a)与组分(b)配合,能够提高氧化锌的分散性能并保持其流动性,并提高高含量氧化锌在油包水体系中的稳定性,由于组分(b)结构疏松和空间结构大,在保持皮肤水分的同时还能改善高含量氧化锌粉体在皮肤表面的干涩感,给皮肤带来柔润的使用体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及防晒化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种防晒组合物及具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品。
背景技术
作为广谱防晒的氧化锌是较安全的防晒剂,化妆品用氧化锌防晒粉体的粒径大约是10-100nm,未经处理氧化锌具有较强的催化活性,不利于稳定和实际使用。为了保持其散射与吸收紫外线的功能并且改善稳定性,需要对氧化锌的表面进行处理,通常的处理方式包括金属(如氢氧化铝或氧化铝)、二氧化硅、脂肪酸、有机硅等进行疏水化处理。氧化锌表面不同的处理方式会带来不同的兼容性、肤感和透明度体验,通常单一化处理的粉体都会具有兼容性与分散性问题,双重或多重处理会提升兼容性与分散性。
对氧化锌粉体表面进行脂肪酸和有机硅双重处理是比较常见的,该处理方式可以提升氧化锌粉体在不同类型油脂的兼容性,也会容易分散透明,同时还有顺滑的肤感。但是在实验中发现,将此类粉体应用在油包水的乳化体系中,当添加含量较高的氧化锌粉体,体系在长期或热储放置后粘度会升高,原有的低粘度的流动乳化体变成高粘度无法流动,从而影响了正常使用。虽然氧化锌粉体表面进行了疏水化处理,但如果表面处理得不够致密,在含水的产品中其依然保持着一定的反应活性,使产品中各物质间发挥作用,会导致稳定性的变化。与此同时高粉体的使用,当涂抹在皮肤表面,随着水分或油性溶剂的挥散,产品的保湿和柔软感会显著降低,紧绷或拔干的感觉会比较明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防晒组合物,采用特定比例的高级脂肪酸和有机硅疏水化处理后的氧化锌粉体与二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯配合,能够提高氧化锌粉体的分散性能,同时保持氧化锌粉体的流动性,能提高高含量氧化锌粉体在油包水体系中的稳定性,同时由于二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯和二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯结构疏松、空间结构大、含羟基,在保持皮肤水分的同时还能改善高含量氧化锌粉体配方在皮肤表面的干涩触感,给皮肤带来柔润的使用体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供一种防晒组合物,按质量份数计,由以下组分组成:
组分(a):5-25份;
组分(b):0.1-3份;
所述组分(a)包括高级脂肪酸、有机硅和氧化锌粉体;
所述有机硅选自聚二甲基硅氧烷,或选自聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基硅氧烷的混合物;
所述组分(b)选自二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯。
进一步地,所述复合处理剂中高级脂肪酸选自碳数在12-18的脂肪酸。
本发明中的高级脂肪酸是碳数在12-18的脂肪酸,选自月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、异硬脂酸。优选为异硬脂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸。高级脂肪酸在氧化锌粉体表面覆盖降低其活性,高级脂肪酸的覆盖处理能够提升氧化锌粉体与油包水型乳化化妆品中油脂的兼容性,同时也可降低反应活性。
优选地,所述组分(a)中高级脂肪酸的含量为1-3%。
进一步地,所述组分(a)中有机硅的含量为5-10%。聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基硅氧烷在氧化锌粉体表面覆盖均能够降低其活性,有机硅处理后的粉体能够与配方中的硅类油脂能很好地兼容,提升油包水体系使用时清爽丝滑的感受。
进一步地,所述氧化锌粉体的平均粒径为10-100nm。优选10-50nm,更优选10-30nm,对粉体粒径的要求是其具有能够发挥散射、吸收或反射紫外光谱(200-400nm)的能力,粉体的颗粒形态可以是球状、椭圆状、棒状等。
进一步地,所述二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯中聚羟基硬脂酸的平均聚合度为3-6。
另外,本发明要解决的技术问题是还在于提供一种包括如上所述的防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
组分(a):5-25%;
组分(b):0.1-3%;
辅助成分:余量。
组分(a)在油包水型乳化化妆品的质量百分比为5%-25%,优选质量百分比为5%-20%。组分(b)在油包水型乳化化妆品中的质量百分比为0.1%-3%,优选质量百分比为0.1%-2%。
进一步地,所述组分(a)与组分(b)的质量比为60:1-5,优选为组分(a)与组分(b)的质量比在40:1-10:1的范围内,更优选为组分(a)与组分(b)的质量比在30:1-10:1的范围内。
进一步地,本发明中将组分(a)与组分(b)应用在粘度小于5000cp的油包水乳化体系中,此类体系可容纳较多的氧化锌粉体,并可保持配方的稳定,同时通过油脂的调配可以改善防晒粉体涂抹的干涩,低粘度油包水体系可以给人以清爽的外观感受,不会感受到粉体的厚重。
进一步地,在油包水型乳化化妆品,所述辅助成分选自油脂、油溶性UV过滤剂、二氧化钛防晒粉体、乳化剂、水性成分和水中的至少一种。
油脂可以选自常温为液态的油脂,优选熔点高于10℃液态油脂,油脂选择的目的是能够形成油相,并且能够稀释粉体,使粉体分散在油相中。可以选自异硬脂酸异硬脂醇酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、椰油酸乙基己酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸乙基己酯、羟基硬脂酸乙基己酯、硬脂酸乙基己酯、月桂酸己酯、月桂酸异戊酯、C12~C15烷基苯甲酸酯、己二酸二异丙酯、己二酸二丁酯、椰油基辛酸酯/癸酸酯、辛酸丙基庚酯(Cet io lSensoft)、异壬酸异壬酯、异十三醇异壬酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、癸二酸二异丙酯、癸二酸二乙基己酯、碳酸二辛酯、碳酸二乙基己酯中、植物油、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、、聚二甲基硅氧烷、C11烷烃、C13烷烃、氢化聚异丁烯、氢化聚癸烯、矿物油、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四乙基己酸酯、季戊四醇四辛酸四癸酸酯、异硬脂酸、异硬脂醇、新戊二醇二癸酸酯。
油溶性UV过滤剂可以选自双-乙基己基苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、胡莫柳酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、奥克立林、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚和聚硅氧烷-15。
二氧化钛防晒粉体可以选自经表面处理的纳米级二氧化钛,表面处理可以是金属、脂肪酸、二氧化硅、有机硅等进行处理。
在本发明的方案中,乳化剂不做具体限定,只要是可以构成油包水型乳化组合物的表面活性剂均可,可以为硅氧烷系表面活性剂。疏水基为聚二甲基硅氧烷或者聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝脂肪酸链,并且疏水基可以是支链聚二甲基硅氧烷、也可为多链聚二甲基硅氧烷或者交联聚二甲基硅氧烷。亲水基为聚醚或聚乙二醇或聚甘油,并且亲水基可以在疏水基的侧链、也可在两端、也可为嵌段共聚物。可以选自PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-3聚二甲基硅羟乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷等。
优先地,水性成分包括水溶性保湿剂、水性高分子、防腐剂、其他助剂等。可以是丙二醇、丁二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇-8、甘油、双甘甘醇、苯氧乙醇、苯甲醇、辛甘醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、乙基己基甘油、甘草酸二钾、氯化钠、硫酸镁、纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素等。
优选地,所述辅助成分还包括油相增稠剂,例如二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石,用于适当调节油包水型乳化化妆品的粘度。

采用特定比例的高级脂肪酸和有机硅疏水化处理后的氧化锌粉体与二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯配合,有机硅选用聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷与聚甲基硅氧烷的混合物,其能在氧化锌粉体表面覆盖并降低其活性,提高氧化锌粉体的分散性能,同时保持氧化锌粉体的流动性,有机硅处理后的氧化锌粉体能够与配方中的硅类油脂能很好地兼容,能提高高含量氧化锌粉体在油包水体系中的稳定性;同时选用二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯、二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯类物质,不仅具有比普通油脂如C12-18脂肪酸与脂肪醇酯更大的空间结构,还具有多羟基的结构,羟基能够亲和氧化锌粉体表面,阻止氧化锌粉体间的团聚,并通过分子间的空间阻力阻隔其与水分或其他活性物质的作用;二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯在帮助氧化锌粉体分散的同时还可改善粉体的涂抹后干涩的肤感,提升柔润感,其含有的羟基结构使得其与普通完全疏水的油脂不同,多羟基结合多条酯链的结构使其具有油脂的柔润封闭性同时又具有很好的保水性。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

实施例1-7
实施例1-7提供的油包水型乳化化妆品的各组分含量见表1。

实施例1-7的油包水型乳化化妆品的制备方法采用现有的油包水乳化化妆品的制备方法进行制备,在常温条件下分别配制油相和水相,其中氧化锌粉体、油相增稠剂均匀分散在油相中,两相分别搅拌均匀,在均质条件下将水相缓慢均匀加入油相中,两相混合均匀后制得油包水型乳化化妆品。本发明实施例1-7提供的油包水型乳化化妆品为分相乳化体,常温放置一定时间后粉体会下沉,使用轻轻摇匀即可均匀。
对比例1-3:
对比例1-3提供的油包水型乳化化妆品的各组分含量见表2。

对比例1-3的油包水型乳化化妆品的制备方法与实施例1-7的油包水型乳化化妆品的制备方法相同。
经过试验,在实施例和对比例中,二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯还可选用二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯;聚二甲基硅氧烷还可选用聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基硅氧烷两者任意混合比的混合物;肉豆蔻酸还可选用月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸或异硬脂酸中的任意一种。
理化性能测试
将实施例1-7与对比例1-3制备得到的油包水型乳化化妆品,进行以下理化性能的测试,测试项目包括:
1)常温的粘度;
2)45℃热储30天后的粘度;
3)45℃热储90天后的状态。
粘度测试条件:25℃下使用BROOKF I ELD,2号转子6r/mi n,测试时间2mi n,超出5000cp应使用合适的粘度转子使扭矩在20%-80%之间即可,由于本发明提供的实施例与对比例均为分相油包水乳化体,因此粘度测试前需要摇匀,并静置无泡后才可测试。
理化性能测试结果如表3和表4。

结合表3和表4的测试结果可知,本实施例1-7的油包水型乳化化妆品在长期或热储放置后粘度仍保持稳定,并不影响产品的正常使用。对比实施例4、实施例5与对比例1可知,组合物中无二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯的体系在热储后粘度上升明显,已经影响了产品的正常使用,二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯的加入可以很好的帮助氧化锌粉体分散并保持粘度的稳定性。对比实施例3和对比例2可知二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯需要添加至一定的用量,并与氧化锌粉体保持一定的比例,才可有效的发挥保持氧化锌体系稳定的性能。
本发明在解决氧化锌粉体在油包水体系的稳定性时还发现,本发明的组合物同时还具备很好的缓解高含量防晒粉体配方使用时带来的干燥感,提升配方使用时的舒适性。
具体评测试验如下:
将实施例5、对比例1以及对比例3进行涂抹后肤感的评测,评测项目包括保湿感、干燥感和粘腻感;
评测方法:20-50岁10名健康的干性至中性皮肤女性志愿者,按照日常清洁皮肤后,将约0.8克的样品涂抹在面部,评价涂抹后10分钟、30分钟和3小时的肤感,并记录得分,其中保湿感1-10分、干燥感1-10分、粘腻感1-10分,分值越高表示该性能属性表现越明显,测试结果为所有志愿者的平均值;其中,保湿感分数越高说明保湿性越好即分数越高使用感越好,干燥感分数越高说明皮肤干燥的感觉越明显即分数越低使用感越好,粘腻感分数越高说明皮肤粘腻的感觉越明显即分数越低使用感越好。测试结果详见表5。

由表5的测试结果可知,与对比例1相比,实施例5与对比例3均具有很好的保湿与不干燥的性能,说明二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯的加入可以很好的提升产品的保湿性能并改善干燥感。在粘腻感方面实施例5分值较低表现较好,对比例3较粘腻,因此二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯的添加量过高也会提升配方的粘腻感,降低使用时的愉悦感受,二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯需要保持合适的用量才可将其性能发挥至最好。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,由防晒组合物和余量的辅助成分组成;
所述防晒组合物由组分(a)和组分(b)组成,
组分(a)占具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品质量分数的5-25%;
组分(b)占具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品质量分数的0.1-3%;
所述组分(a)包括高级脂肪酸、有机硅和氧化锌粉体;
所述高级脂肪酸选自碳数在12-18的脂肪酸;所述组分(a)中,高级脂肪酸在组分(a)的含量为1-3%;
所述有机硅选自聚二甲基硅氧烷,或选自聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基硅氧烷的混合物;所述组分(a)中,有机硅在组分(a)的含量为5-10%;
所述组分(b)选自二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯或二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯;
所述组分(a)与组分(b)的质量比为60:1-5:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,所述氧化锌粉体的平均粒径为10-100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,所述二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯中聚羟基硬脂酸的平均聚合度为3-6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,所述油包水型乳化化妆品的粘度小于5000cp。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有防晒组合物的油包水型乳化化妆品,其特征在于,所述辅助成分选自油脂、油溶性UV过滤剂、二氧化钛防晒粉体、乳化剂、水性成分和水中的至少一种。
