Application example
The test is carried out on a certain-scale pig farm in Kaiyang county of Guiyang city, and the test period is from 7 days before the sow is parted to 21 days after the sow is parted, and the total period is 28 days.
And (3) experimental design: a single-factor design test is adopted, 45 sows which are 7 days before birth and have the same expected birth period are selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, namely a control group, a test 1 group and a test 2 group, wherein each group comprises 15 sows, each group comprises 3 replicates, and each replicate comprises 5 pigs. The test groups are fed with the same basic ration, and the test 1 group and the test 2 group are respectively fed with 2Kg and 3Kg of formula preparations for improving the lactation force of sows every day.
Test basal diet: 62.70 percent of corn, 16.50 percent of soybean meal, 5.00 percent of expanded soybean, 9.00 percent of wheat bran, 2.00 percent of fish meal, 1.10 percent of calcium hydrophosphate, 1.00 percent of stone powder, 1.00 percent of salad oil and 1.70 percent of premix.
Measurement indexes are as follows: daily average feed intake of sows, birth weight of piglets, weaning weight of piglets, diarrhea rate of piglets, survival rate of piglets, and IGA and IGG of weaning piglets.
The test data are shown in the following table.
Note that different lower case letters on the same row indicate significant difference (P < 0.05); the different capitalized letters in the same row showed significant differences (P <0.01) (see below).
The test result shows that the piglet birth weight difference among the groups is not significant (P is more than 0.05) by using the formula preparation for improving the lactation capacity of the sow. The weight of weaned piglets in test 1 and test 2 groups is 0.54Kg and 0.78Kg respectively higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The diarrhea rate of piglets in test 1 and test 2 groups was 5.32 and 5.54 percentage points lower than that in the control group, respectively (P < 0.01). The survival rate of piglets in the test 1 group and the test 2 group is respectively higher than that in the control group by 2.04 percent and 2.14 percent (P is less than 0.05). Weaned piglets IGA and IGG, trial 1 and trial 2 groups were 0.29 and 0.32(P <0.05) and 1.94 and 1.95(P <0.05), respectively, higher than the control group. The daily average feed intake of the sows is 1.07Kg and 1.10Kg (P <0.05) higher in the test 1 group and the test 2 group than in the control group respectively.
The formula preparation for improving the lactation capacity of the sows is shown to be used, so that the weaning weight, the survival rate, the IGA and the IGG of the piglets can be improved, the diarrhea rate is reduced, and the feed intake of the sows is improved.
