Further, the compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-70 parts of corn, 8-20 parts of soybean meal, 0-2 parts of soybean oil, 7.5-15 parts of apple pomace, 5-10 parts of soybean hull, 1-3 parts of molasses, 0.5-1.2 parts of stone powder, 1-3 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0-2 parts of baking soda, 0-0.1 part of lysine, 0-0.1 part of threonine, 0.1-0.6 part of sodium chloride, 0.1-0.3 part of choline chloride, 0.01-0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.01-0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 1-3 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber fibrous root, 0-2 parts of pea, 0-1 part of crude glycerol and 0-0.1 part of sterol.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing raw materials in parts by weight;
s2, primarily screening the corns through a three-layer cylinder;
and S3, respectively crushing the corn and the bean pulp, the pea and the apple pomace processed in the step 2 to obtain corn flour, bean pulp powder, pea flour and apple pomace powder, sequentially adding the corn flour, the bean pulp powder, the pea flour and the apple pomace powder into a mixer in a descending order of weight, mixing, and granulating.
Further, the size of the pregnant sow of Tibetan black pig is divided into a long-fat weight-reducing weight, a short-fat weight-reducing weight and a short-reducing weight, wherein the long-fat weight-reducing weight and the short-reducing weight are used for feeding 3kg of the compound feed of the pregnant sow of Tibetan black pig in gestation period, and the long-reducing weight and the short-fat weight-reducing weight are used for feeding 2.7kg of the compound feed of the pregnant sow of Tibetan black pig.
Further, one or more ingredients of the peas, the crude glycerol and the sterol can be selectively removed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the existing feed is mainly directed to the feed of inland white pigs, but the feed is specially suitable for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs, overcomes the defects of small size, poor appearance, low fecundity and the like of the Tibetan pigs compared with the existing feed, and integrates the excellent characters of the Tibetan pigs and the imported pigs.
2. The radix ophiopogonis fibrous roots are added in the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The Sichuan-Tibet black pig pregnant sow is not suitable for inland environment, so that a series of diseases can be caused, such as common respiratory diseases, the dwarf lilyturf tuber fibrous root has the effects of promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid, quenching thirst, moistening lung and relieving cough, and the respiratory diseases of the Sichuan-Tibet black pig pregnant sow can be effectively prevented and treated by adding the dwarf lilyturf tuber fibrous root into the feed.
3. The invention provides a using method of a compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs, which divides the body types of the pregnant sows of the Sichuan-Tibet black pigs into four types, namely fat-growing, fat-shortening and fat-shortening, and feeds the pregnant sows of the Sichuan-Tibet black pigs with pertinence according to different feed components fed by different types, so as to prevent certain nutrient components from being deficient or excessive, thereby preventing nutrient imbalance and influencing the production performance of the Sichuan-Tibet black pigs.

The protein content of the soybean meal in the embodiment of the invention is 43 wt%;
in the embodiment of the invention, the content of lysine is 70 wt%;
the content of choline chloride in the examples of the present invention was 60 wt%.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
53.65 parts of corn, 16 parts of bean pulp, 1 part of soybean oil, 10 parts of apple pomace, 8 parts of soybean hull, 2 parts of molasses, 0.94 part of stone powder, 1.70 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.1 part of baking soda, 0.01 part of lysine, 0.02 part of threonine, 0.4 part of sodium chloride, 0.09 part of choline chloride, 0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 2 parts of pea, 2 parts of crude glycerol, 1 part of dwarf lilyturf root and 0.02 part of sterol.
Wherein, after the premix is added, each kilogram of the compound feed comprises the following components: vitamin A13500 IU, vitamin D33000 IU, vitamin E15 IU, vitamin K33 mg, vitamin B12 mg, vitamin B210 mg, vitamin B67.5 mg, vitamin B120.05mg, folic acid 2mg, nicotinic acid 60mg, pantothenic acid 15mg, biotin 0.6mg, copper 20mg, iodine 0.3mg, iron 100mg, manganese 40mg, selenium 0.3mg, and zinc 120 mg.
In this embodiment, the preparation process of the compound feed specifically comprises:
step 1, weighing raw materials in parts by weight;
step 2, passing the corns through a three-layer cylinder primary cleaning sieve; the parameters are as follows: the inner sieve is 18.0-20.0mm, the middle sieve is 5.5mm, and the outer sieve is 2.5 mm.

Wherein, the aperture of the sieve sheet when the bean pulp and the corn after the screening treatment are crushed is 2.0mm, and the aperture of the sieve sheet when the pea and the apple pomace are crushed is 1.0 mm.
The granulation parameters were: the steam pressure is 0.20-0.40Mpa, the compression ratio of the granulating ring die is 1:6.5, and the grain diameter is 3.5 mm; aiming at the current epidemic situation of African swine fever, the temperature of the conditioner is increased to 85 +/-2 ℃.

Example 2
The embodiment provides a compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
53.67 parts of corn, 16 parts of bean pulp, 1 part of soybean oil, 10 parts of apple pomace, 8 parts of soybean hull, 2 parts of molasses, 0.94 part of stone powder, 1.70 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.1 part of baking soda, 0.01 part of lysine, 0.02 part of threonine, 0.4 part of sodium chloride, 0.09 part of choline chloride, 0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 2 parts of pea, 2 parts of crude glycerol and 1 part of dwarf lilyturf root.
Compared with example 1, the present example has increased the amount of corn and removed sterols, and the other conditions are the same.
In this example, the composition of the premix was the same as in example 1, and the preparation method of the compound feed was the same as in example 1.
The nutritional requirement parameters of the compound feed prepared by the embodiment are as follows: metabolizable energy of 2700kcal/kg, crude protein 13 wt%, crude fiber 6.3 wt%, calcium 0.9 wt%, total phosphorus 0.55 wt%, total lysine 0.66 wt%, total methionine + cystine 0.42 wt%, total threonine 0.51 wt%, total tryptophan 0.13 wt%, dEB (ion balance value) 166.5 mEq/kg.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
54.15 parts of corn, 16 parts of bean pulp, 1 part of soybean oil, 10 parts of apple pomace, 8 parts of soybean hull, 2 parts of molasses, 0.94 part of stone powder, 1.70 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.1 part of baking soda, 0.01 part of lysine, 0.02 part of threonine, 0.4 part of sodium chloride, 0.09 part of choline chloride, 0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 2 parts of pea, 1 part of dwarf lilyturf root and 0.02 part of sterol.
This example compared to example 1, increased corn usage without raw glycerol.
In this example, the composition of the premix was the same as in example 1, and the preparation method of the compound feed was the same as in example 1.
The nutritional requirement parameters of the compound feed prepared by the embodiment are as follows: metabolizable energy 2685kcal/kg, crude protein 13.2 wt%, crude fiber 6.5 wt%, calcium 0.9 wt%, total phosphorus 0.55 wt%, total lysine 0.67 wt%, total methionine + cystine 0.44 wt%, total threonine 0.52 wt%, total tryptophan 0.13 wt%, dEB (ion balance) 165 mEq/kg.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
54.65 parts of corn, 16 parts of bean pulp, 1 part of soybean oil, 10 parts of apple pomace, 8 parts of soybean hull, 2 parts of molasses, 0.94 part of stone powder, 1.70 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.1 part of baking soda, 0.01 part of lysine, 0.02 part of threonine, 0.4 part of sodium chloride, 0.09 part of choline chloride, 0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 2 parts of crude glycerol, 1 part of dwarf lilyturf root and 0.02 part of sterol.
This example increased the amount of corn compared to example 1, without peas.
In this example, the composition of the premix was the same as in example 1, and the preparation method of the compound feed was the same as in example 1.
The nutritional requirement parameters of the compound feed prepared by the embodiment are as follows: metabolic energy 2710kcal/kg, crude protein 13.5 wt%, crude fiber 6.4 wt%, calcium 0.9 wt%, total phosphorus 0.55 wt%, total lysine 0.67 wt%, total methionine + cystine 0.44 wt%, total threonine 0.52 wt%, total tryptophan 0.13 wt%, dEB (ion balance) 160 mEq/kg.
Example 5
60.87 parts of corn, 14 parts of bean pulp, 2 parts of soybean oil, 7.5 parts of apple pomace, 5 parts of soybean hull, 1 part of molasses, 0.65 part of stone powder, 1.9 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 1.5 parts of baking soda, 0.05 part of lysine, 0.02 part of threonine, 0.3 part of sodium chloride, 0.1 part of choline chloride, 0.01 part of antioxidant, 0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 1 part of pea, 1 part of crude glycerol, 2 parts of dwarf lilyturf root and 0.05 part of sterol.
In this example, the composition of the premix was the same as in example 1, and the preparation method of the compound feed was the same as in example 1.
Example 6
57.61 parts of corn, 12.5 parts of soybean meal, 1 part of soybean oil, 8 parts of apple pomace, 7.5 parts of soybean hull, 2 parts of molasses, 1.0 part of stone powder, 1.7 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 1 part of baking soda, 0.02 part of lysine, 0.01 part of threonine, 0.4 part of sodium chloride, 0.1 part of choline chloride, 0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.04 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 2 parts of pea, 1 part of crude glycerol, 3 parts of dwarf lilyturf root and 0.1 part of sterol.
In this example, the composition of the premix was the same as in example 1, and the preparation method of the compound feed was the same as in example 1.
Example 7
57.51 parts of corn, 18 parts of bean pulp, 1 part of soybean oil, 10 parts of apple pomace, 5 parts of soybean hull, 1 part of molasses, 0.95 part of stone powder, 1.8 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2 part of baking soda, 0.03 part of lysine, 0.03 part of threonine, 0.3 part of sodium chloride, 0.1 part of choline chloride, 0.01 part of antioxidant, 0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 1 part of pea, 1 part of crude glycerol, 1 part of dwarf lilyturf root and 0.02 part of sterol.
In this example, the composition of the premix was the same as in example 1, and the preparation method of the compound feed was the same as in example 1.
Test example 1
Pregnant sows of Sichuan black pigs were fed with the compound feeds prepared in examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 and tested in comparison with the existing commercial feeds. The commercial feed is a pregnant sow feed T7 of Sichuan iron rider industry Co., Ltd, and specifically comprises the following components:
100 bred Sichuan-Tibet black pigs with similar weight and gestation are selected, and are divided into five treatment groups by adopting single-factor completely random experimental design, wherein each treatment group has 20 pigs, and the experimental period is 120 days. Five groups of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs were fed with the compound feed of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the commercial comparative feed for T7 sows, respectively, and the feeding conditions were the same.
After the test is finished, the reproductive performance (total litter size, number born alive litter size, weight of newborn litter and constipation rate) of all the groups of Sichuan-Tibet black pig sows is measured.
Statistical analysis was performed on the test data using statistical software SAS9.1.3, and the test results were as follows:

Note: indicates significant difference compared to control group (P < 0.05).
As can be seen from the table 1, the compound feed of the embodiments 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the invention obviously improves the total litter size, the number litter size of live birth, the litter weight of birth and the standard reaching rate of the body condition of the sow in the gestation period of the Sichuan-Tibet black pig, and reduces the constipation rate.
Test example 2
Pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs were fed with the compound feed prepared in example 1, and were compared with the existing commercial feed. The commercial feed is T7 pregnant sow feed of Sichuan iron knight industry Co.
80 pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs with similar weight and gestation are selected, and are divided into four treatment groups by adopting single-factor completely random experimental design, wherein each treatment group has 20 pigs, and the experimental period is 120 days. A group of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs are fed with commercial feeds by adopting the traditional unified feeding standard (3.0 kg); feeding a group of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs with commercial feed by adopting a new four-block method; a group of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs were fed with the feed of example 1, and were fed with the conventional unified feeding standard (3.0 kg); a group of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs were fed with the feed of example 1 and fed by the new four-block method, and the other feeding conditions were the same.
After the test is finished, the reproductive performance (total litter size, number born alive, birth weight, constipation rate, sow antenatal body condition standard rate and total feed intake) of all the groups of Sichuan-Tibet black sow sows is measured.
Statistical analysis was performed on the test data using statistical software SAS9.1.3, and the test results were as follows:

Note: different letter designations indicate significant differences (P < 0.05).
As can be seen from the table 2, the feed of the embodiment 1 of the invention is superior to the commercial feed in total litter size, litter size alive, litter weight at birth, constipation rate, sow prenatal condition standard rate and total feed intake no matter the traditional method or the new four-area method is adopted; under the condition of feeding the same feed, the new four-area method is superior to the traditional method, and the cost can be reduced.

The compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: corn, bean pulp, soybean oil, apple pomace, soybean hull, molasses, stone powder, calcium hydrophosphate, baking soda, lysine, threonine, sodium chloride, choline chloride, an antioxidant, a mildew preventive, dwarf lilyturf root, premix, pea, crude glycerol and sterol.
2. The compound feed for pregnant sows of Chuanzang black pigs, as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that the compound feed for pregnant sows of Chuanzang black pigs is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-70 parts of corn, 8-20 parts of soybean meal, 0-2 parts of soybean oil, 7.5-15 parts of apple pomace, 5-10 parts of soybean hull, 1-3 parts of molasses, 0.5-1.2 parts of stone powder, 1-3 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0-2 parts of baking soda, 0-0.1 part of lysine, 0-0.1 part of threonine, 0.1-0.6 part of sodium chloride, 0.1-0.3 part of choline chloride, 0.01-0.02 part of antioxidant, 0.01-0.05 part of mildew preventive, 1 part of premix, 1-3 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber fibrous root, 0-2 parts of pea, 0-1 part of crude glycerol and 0-0.1 part of sterol.
3. The preparation method of the compound feed for pregnant sows of Sichuan-Tibet black pigs as claimed in any one of claims 1 and 2, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing raw materials in parts by weight;
s2, primarily screening the corns through a three-layer cylinder;
and S3, respectively crushing the corn and the bean pulp, the pea and the apple pomace processed in the step 2 to obtain corn flour, bean pulp powder, pea flour and apple pomace powder, sequentially adding the corn flour, the bean pulp powder, the pea flour and the apple pomace powder into a mixer in a descending order of weight, mixing, and granulating.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the instruction set comprises four types including a fat-weight reduction.
5. The compound feed for pregnant sows of tibetan black pigs as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein one or more ingredients selected from pea, crude glycerol and sterol can be selectively removed.
