Abstract
本发明涉及一种增效除草剂及其制备方法和应用,所述增效除草剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:第一活性成分、第二活性成分、增效剂、辅料。本发明除草剂对铁线草、牛筋草、小飞蓬、牛繁缕、马齿苋、筒轴茅、象草、三叶鬼针草等禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草具有很好的防除效果;本发明将触杀和内吸两种不同作用机理的除草剂进行混配,优势互补,提高除草速率,扩大了杀草谱,延长了防草时效,提高了除草剂的有效利用率;加入的增效剂,降低体系的表面张力、增强展着性、渗透性、乳化分散性等性能,有助于药液在植物表面的润湿、展着、粘附以及吸收,有助于耐雨水冲刷能力,有助于增强杂草对除草剂活性组分的吸收,提高农药有效利用率,降低农药使用量。

本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种增效除草剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
除草剂是指可使杂草彻底地或选择地发生枯死的药剂,又称除莠剂,用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质。按作用分为灭生性和选择性除草剂,世界除草剂发展渐趋平稳,高效、低毒、低用量、对环境友好的农药逐渐成为主流。
草甘膦铵盐以植物叶绿体中的5-烯醇式丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合成酶为靶标,抑制植物莽草酸代谢途径,同时使植物细胞合成所需的芳香族氨基酸的合成受阻,最终导致植物的死亡。草甘膦具有很强的内吸性,它能通过茎叶吸收,把药液传导到杂草的地下部分,对深根杂草具有很强的破坏力。
草铵膦以谷氨酰胺合成酶为靶标酶,谷氨酰胺合成酶可解除植物体内由硝酸盐还原、氨基酸降解以及光呼吸中释放出的铵的毒性。草铵膦抑制谷氨酰胺合成酶的合成,导致植物体内铵过量积累,氮代谢紊乱,光合作用受阻,最终导致植物死亡。草铵膦是触杀型有机磷除草剂,具有杀草谱光、见效快的特点。
草甘膦铵盐和草铵膦作用机理不同,草甘膦铵盐在除草速度上较慢,温度低时作用速度更慢,而草铵膦除草速度快,受温度影响较小,两者进行复配不仅可以提高杂草防治效果,而且可以扩大杀草谱,弥补草甘膦的不足。草甘膦铵盐和草铵膦直接混合时除草的效果并非最佳,还需配以适量的农药助剂才能将草甘膦铵盐和草铵膦的除草作用发挥到最佳程度。农药助剂不仅能提高制剂的物理稳定性,还能提高活性成分在靶标作物上的润湿、渗透、吸收甚至增加其在植物体内的传导,降低农药的使用量,提高农药的除草防效,减少农药对环境的不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种通过在草铵膦和草甘膦铵盐的混合制剂中添加增效剂,提高除草剂的防除效果,以及提供增效除草剂的制备方法和应用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种增效除草剂,所述增效除草剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:第一活性成分3%~60%、第二活性成分10%~80%、增效剂0.5%~15%、辅料10%~60%;
所述的第一活性成分为草铵膦,所述的第二活性成分为草甘膦铵盐。
进一步地,所述增效剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:粘着性增强剂2~10份、展着性增强剂2~12份、渗透增强剂1~10份、稳定增强剂1~8份;
所述粘着性增强剂由以下重量份的组分组成:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5~8份、聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3~10份、松油醇1~3份;所述粘着性增强剂用以增加除草剂在作物上的滞留时间;
所述展着性增强剂由以下重量份的组分组成:辛基十二醇2~8份、烯基磺酸钠1~8份、聚醚改性硅油1~10份、乙基含氢硅油2~7份、甲基乙氧基硅油2~10份、乙氧基改性聚三硅氧烷1~5份;所述展着性增强剂用以减短除草剂在作物上均匀分布的时间;
所述渗透剂增强剂由以下重量份的组分组成:芸苔素内酯1~5份、聚季铵盐2~8份、硫酸铵1~7份、硝酸铵1~7份;
所述稳定增强剂由以下重量份的组分组成:多糖1~6份、聚乙二醇2~7份。
进一步地,所述辅料选自乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、惰性填料、水中一种或多种的混合。
进一步地,所述乳化剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、卵磷脂、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种的混合。

所述惰性填料为改性高岭土。
进一步地,所述改性高岭土的pH值为4.5~6.5;所述改性高岭土的制备方法为:将高岭土于350~450℃条件下煅烧4.5~5.5h,得到改性高岭土。
本发明还提供了一种增效除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取组成增效除草剂的各组分;
(2)将第一活性成分、第二活性成分及水放入反应釜中,以800~1000r/min的速率搅拌至第一活性成分、第二活性成分完全溶解于水中;
(3)在步骤(2)的反应釜中加入增效剂和辅料,以800~1000r/min的速率搅拌35~45min,即得所述的增效除草剂的液体制剂。
本发明还提供了一种增效除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取组成增效除草剂的各组分;
(2)将第一活性成分、第二活性成分、增效剂和辅料加入混料机中,以250~350r/min的速率搅拌25~35min,得到第一混合料;
(3)在第一混合料中加入水,以250~350r/min的速率搅拌15~25min,挤出造粒,流化床干燥,即得所述的增效除草剂的固体制剂。
本发明还提供了一种增效除草剂在防治禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草中的应用。
本发明一种增效除草剂及其制备方法和应用,具有以下有益效果:本发明将触杀和内吸两种不同作用机理的除草剂进行混配,优势互补,提高除草速率,扩大了杀草谱,延长了防草时效,提高了除草剂的有效利用率;加入的增效剂,降低体系的表面张力、增强展着性、渗透性、乳化分散性等性能,有助于药液在植物或害虫表面的润湿、展着、粘附以及吸收,有助于耐雨水冲刷能力,有助于增强杂草对除草剂活性组分的吸收,提高农药有效利用率,降低农药使用量;本发明的除草剂在不影响农药施用效果的前提下,简化工艺流程,降低生产成本,适用于工业生产。
本发明一种增效除草剂及其制备方法和应用,增效剂由粘着性增强剂、展着性增强剂、渗透增强剂和稳定增强剂按比例混合而成;粘着性增强剂用以增加除草剂在杂草叶面上的滞留时间,展着性增强剂用以降低表面张力,增加药液在杂草叶面上的铺展以及减短除草剂在杂草叶面上均匀分布的时间,渗透剂增强剂用以增加杂草对除草剂的吸收,稳定增强剂用以增加产品的稳定性,减慢反应、保持化学平衡。

本实施例除草剂的制备方法:
(1)将草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐及水放入反应釜中,以800~1000 r/min的速率搅拌至草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐完全溶解于水中;
(2)在步骤(1)的反应釜中加入0.01%芸苔素内酯、辛基十二醇、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇硫酸钠、乙二醇、乳化硅油,以800~1000 r/min的速率继续搅拌35~45 min,即得36%草铵·草甘膦可溶液剂。
对比例1:36%草铵·草甘膦可溶液剂
本实施例的除草剂组合物原料用量:
草铵膦6份,草甘膦铵盐33份,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份,月桂醇硫酸钠3份,乙二醇2份,乳化硅油0.1份,水补足100份。
本实施例除草剂的制备方法:
(1)将草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐及水放入反应釜中,以800~1000 r/min的速率搅拌至草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐完全溶解于水中;

草铵膦6份,草甘膦铵盐33份,乙氧基改性聚三硅氧烷2份,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份,三聚磷酸钠1份,田菁粉2份,白炭黑5份,改性高岭土补足100份。
本实施例除草剂的制备方法:
(1)将草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐、乙氧基改性聚三硅氧烷、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、田菁粉、白炭黑、改性高岭土加入混料机中,以250~350 r/min的速率搅拌25~35 min,得到第一混合料;
(2)在第一混合料中加入水,以250~350 r/min的速率继续搅拌15~30 min,经过造粒机造粒、流化床干燥,即可得到36%草铵膦·草甘膦水分散粒剂。

草铵膦6份,草甘膦铵盐33份,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份,三聚磷酸钠1份,田菁粉2份,白炭黑5份,改性高岭土补足100份。
本实施例除草剂的制备方法:
(1)将草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、田菁粉、白炭黑、改性高岭土加入混料机中,以250~350 r/min的速率搅拌25~35min,得到第一混合料;

(1)将草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐、多糖、硫酸铵、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、白炭黑、改性高岭土加入混料机中,以250~350 r/min的速率搅拌25~35 min,得到第一混合料;
(2)在第一混合料中加入水,以250~350 r/min的速率继续搅拌15~30 min,经过造粒机造粒、流化床干燥,即可得到36%草铵膦·草甘膦可溶粒剂。

(2)在第一混合料中加入水,以250~350 r/min的速率继续搅拌15~30 min,经过造粒机造粒、流化床干燥,即可得到45%草铵膦·草甘膦可溶粒剂。
实施例5:70%草铵·草甘膦可湿性粉剂
本实施例除草剂组合物原料用量:
草铵膦10份,草甘膦铵盐66份,烯基磺酸钠3份,聚乙二醇2份,琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠8份,有机膨润土补足100份。
本实施例除草剂的制备方法:
将草铵膦、草甘膦铵盐、烯基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、有机膨润土加入混料机中,以250~350 r/min的速率搅拌40 min即可得到70%草铵膦·草甘膦可湿性粉剂。
草铵·草甘膦除草剂的除草效果评价实验:
参考《农药田间药效试验准则》有关方法进行对实施例1-5、对比例1-3以及对照药剂进行药效试验。
(1)防治对象:以铁线草、牛筋草、小飞蓬、牛繁缕、马齿苋、筒轴茅、象草、三叶鬼针草为主的禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。施药时多数杂草处于生长旺盛期,杂草株高10-30厘米。

小区面积:每个小区约30平方米。
重复次数:每个处理4次重复。
小区采用随机化区组排列,分布如下:

实施例和对照药剂均采用茎叶喷雾施药,药剂按试验设计表1兑水稀释后进行均匀喷雾,药液用量45升/亩。
(5)施药时间和次数
施药时间为2020年4月份,施药一次。
(6)调查、记录和测量方法
调查时间和次数:于药后7天观察杂草中毒症状,15天调查杂草株数,30天调查杂草株数及称量鲜重。
调查方法:每个小区采用对角线5点取样,每点调查0.25 m2,共计1.25 m2,内所有残活杂草种数、株数和鲜重。
药效计算方法:
防治效果(%)=(CK-PT)/CK×100
式中,PT-药剂处理区残存杂草株数(或鲜重);
CK-空白对照区杂草株数(或鲜重)。
数据处理采用SPSS数据处理软件,按Duncan法进行处理。
(7)试验结果与分析
在施药量有效成分相同的情况下,即施药量有效成分均为1080克/公顷,药后第15天,对照药剂总杂草株防效为82.79%,对比例1-3总杂草株防效分别为81.67%、83.88%、82.75%,实施例1-5总杂草株防效分别为91.29%、93.88%、92.04%、91.30%、89.06%;数据分析表明,实施例1-5与对照药剂药后第15天总杂草株防效差异显著,实施例1-5与对比例1-3药后第15天总杂草株防效差异显著。药后第30天,对照药剂总杂草株防效为83.06%,对比例1-3总杂草株防效分别为80.90%、84.44%、82.54%,实施例1-5总杂草株防效分别为92.29%、94.14%、93.07%、91.82%、90.03%;数据分析表明,实施例1-5与对照药剂药后第30天总杂草株防效差异显著,实施例1-5与对比例1-3药后第30天总杂草株防效差异显著。药后第30天,对照药剂总杂草鲜重防效为83.45%、对比例1-3总杂草鲜重防效分别为82.47%、84.96%、83.17%,实施例1-5总杂草鲜重防效分别为93.43%、94.73%、92.91%、92.64%、90.91%;数据分析表明,实施例1-5与对照药剂药后第30天总杂草鲜重防效差异显著,实施例1-5与对比例1-3药后第30天总杂草鲜重防效差异显著。
田间防效结果表明,实施例1-5与对照药剂、对比例1-3相比,实施例1-5对杂草的综合防治效果优于对照药剂和对比例1-3,综合防效差异显著。实施例1-5对牛筋草、筒轴茅、小飞蓬、三叶鬼针草等禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草具有较好的防治效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增效除草剂,其特征在于,所述增效剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:粘着性增强剂2~10份、展着性增强剂2~12份、渗透增强剂1~10份、稳定增强剂1~8份;
所述粘着性增强剂由以下重量份的组分组成:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5~8份、聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3~10份、松油醇1~3份;所述粘着性增强剂用以增加除草剂在作物上的滞留时间;

6.根据权利要求3所述的一种增效除草剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂选自月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、二异丁基萘磺酸钠、二异丙基萘磺酸钠、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基糖苷、烷基铵聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠盐中的一种或多种的混合;
所述消泡剂选自棕榈油、豆油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸脂复合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种的混合;
所述防冻剂选自甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、尿素、硫脲、亚硝酸钠中的一种或多种的混合;
所述pH调节剂选自氨水、磷酸、甲酸、乙酸、磷酸二氢钾、苯甲酸、柠檬酸、富马酸、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钾中的一种或多种的混合;
所述崩解剂选自羧甲基淀粉钠、交联羧甲基淀粉钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、碳酸氢钠、枸橼酸、低取代羟甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝中的一种或多种的混合;
所述粘结剂选自田菁粉、糊精、明胶、阿拉伯树胶粉、聚乙烯醇、粘土、凹凸棒土、氯化钙、陶土、改性高岭土、白炭黑、钙土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、蒙脱石、硫酸钙中的一种或多种的混合;
所述惰性填料为改性高岭土。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种增效除草剂,其特征在于,所述改性高岭土的pH值为4.5~6.5;所述改性高岭土的制备方法为:将高岭土于350~450℃条件下煅烧4.5~5.5h,得到改性高岭土。
8.权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的一种增效除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取组成增效除草剂的各组分;
(2)将第一活性成分、第二活性成分及水放入反应釜中,以800~1000r/min的速率搅拌至第一活性成分、第二活性成分完全溶解于水中;
(3)在步骤(2)的反应釜中加入增效剂和辅料,以800~1000r/min的速率搅拌35~45min,即得所述的增效除草剂的液体制剂。
9.权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的一种增效除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取组成增效除草剂的各组分;
(2)将第一活性成分、第二活性成分、增效剂和辅料加入混料机中,以250~350r/min的速率搅拌25~35min,得到第一混合料;
(3)在第一混合料中加入水,以250~350r/min的速率搅拌15~25min,挤出造粒,流化床干燥,即得所述的增效除草剂的固体制剂。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种增效除草剂在防治禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草中的应用。
