Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to an organic cotton and wool blended knitted fabric which is woven by warps and wefts, wherein the warps are organic cotton fibers, the wefts are wool fibers, and the organic cotton and wool blended yarn knitted fabric is prepared by the following processes of pretreatment, a cotton opening process, a cotton carding process, a drawing process, a blending process, a roving process, a spinning process, a spooling process and a weaving process. According to the invention, the wool fiber and the organic cotton fiber which are subjected to ultrasonic treatment and dipping treatment are respectively subjected to the opening process, the cotton carding process and the drawing process, and then the drawn wool fiber and the cotton fiber are conveniently combined together during blending, so that the blended yarn has higher fiber cohesive force under the same twist condition, the cost of the yarn due to the improvement of the twist is saved, and the appearance of the yarn can be better maintained than the yarn waxing treatment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to an organic cotton and wool blended knitted fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the wool spinning industry, wool fibers are popular with consumers due to excellent comfort and good dyeing performance, but the production cost is high, so that the production cost is reduced by blending the wool fibers with other textile fibers. Because the cotton fiber also has better moisture absorption and sweat conduction performance and more complete color spectrum, the cotton fiber becomes a proper fiber material blended with the wool fiber.
However, cotton fabric is a cellulose fiber, wool is a protein fiber, and the difference between the cotton fabric and the wool is large in chemical property and morphological structure. Therefore, an important key problem in the blending of the wool fibers and the cotton fibers is the cohesive force among the fibers, and the cohesive force among the fibers influences the quality of the blended yarn to a great extent.

s1, pretreatment: respectively placing organic cotton fibers and wool fibers in a certain temperature environment for ultrasonic treatment, respectively soaking the organic cotton fibers and the wool fibers subjected to ultrasonic treatment in polyacrylate emulsion, adding organic acid into the polyacrylate emulsion to adjust the pH value to 5.0, adding a penetrating agent, and stirring;
