本发明涉及技术领域,尤其涉及一种含荧光水性粘合剂、其制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
随着国家和社会对绿色环保的日益重视,溶剂型粘合剂逐渐被环保的水性粘合剂所取代是个必然的趋势,由于水性粘合剂在节能减排方面的优势,在汽车密封条植绒带粘合剂方面早已采用水性粘合剂。
专利CN 107652867A公布了一种汽车密封条植绒带的粘合剂技术,该技术采用水性聚氨酯粘合和固化剂的双组份模式,能够大大提升密封条植绒带的耐磨性能和憎水性能,降低了密封条植绒带的表面摩擦系数。
但由于该胶水为了达到遮盖力的要求,往往加入黑色浆作为遮盖组份,黑色浆提高了遮盖力的同时,导致胶层的厚度难以测量,胶层涂布的均匀性也难以控制,而胶层厚度及胶层均匀性是影响植绒带耐磨性的重要因素

S2、转速提高到1000rpm,分别加入荧光剂、水性黑色浆,搅拌60分钟;
S3、加入增稠剂,增稠到粘度600mPa.s,包装。

本发明提出的含荧光水性粘合剂、其制备方法及其应用,通过在水性粘合剂采用了胶水中加入荧光跟踪剂的方法,可以通过胶水荧光层后的测量来判断胶层厚度以及施胶的均匀性。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种含荧光水性粘合剂,包括以下重量份的原料制成:
水性聚氨酯树脂:87份
分散剂:0.5份
润湿剂:0.3份
流平剂:0.3份
丙二醇:3份
消泡剂:0.5份
荧光剂:2份
水性黑色浆:2.4份
增稠剂:1份。
所述水性聚氨酯树脂包括以下重量份的原料制成:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:40份
聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(Mn=2000):40份
聚己内酯二醇(Mn=2000):40份
N-甲基吡咯烷酮:20份
1,4-丁二醇:7份
二羟甲基丁酸:6份
有机铋催化剂:0.1份
丙酮:130份
N,N-二甲基乙醇胺:3.4份
去离子水:148份
1,6-己二胺:2.2份。
上述含荧光水性粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂倒入搅拌缸中,开动搅拌,500rpm下分别加入分散剂、润湿剂、流平剂、干燥调节剂、消泡剂,持续搅拌30分钟;
S2、转速提高到1000rpm,分别加入荧光剂、水性黑色浆,搅拌60分钟;
S3、加入增稠剂,增稠到粘度600mPa.s,包装。
实施例2
一种含荧光水性粘合剂,包括以下重量份的原料制成:
水性聚氨酯树脂:93份
分散剂:0.5份
润湿剂:0.3份
流平剂:0.3份
丙三醇:3份
消泡剂:0.5份
荧光剂:2份
水性黑色浆:2.4份
增稠剂:1份。
所述水性聚氨酯树脂包括以下重量份的原料制成:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:40份

聚己内酯二醇(Mn=2000):40份

上述含荧光水性粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S2、转速提高到1000rpm,分别加入荧光剂、水性黑色浆,搅拌60分钟;
S3、加入增稠剂,增稠到粘度600mPa.s,包装。

聚己内酯二醇(Mn=2000):38份
N-甲基吡咯烷酮:19-份
1,4-丁二醇:6.5份
二羟甲基丁酸:5.5份
有机铋催化剂:0.09份
丙酮:125份
N,N-二甲基乙醇胺:3.3份
去离子水:143份
1,6-己二胺:2.1份。
上述含荧光水性粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂倒入搅拌缸中,开动搅拌,500rpm下分别加入分散剂、润湿剂、流平剂、干燥调节剂、消泡剂,持续搅拌30分钟;
S2、转速提高到1000rpm,分别加入荧光剂、水性黑色浆,搅拌60分钟;
S3、加入增稠剂,增稠到粘度600mPa.s,包装。
该水性粘合剂对基材(PVC、TPV膜)的附着力强,对绒毛的抓附力强,植绒产品的耐磨性好,(按照《QC 711-2004汽车密封条植绒耐磨性试验方法》进行测试于磨湿磨均可达到1KG/15000次)。同时特定荧光剂的引入有助于胶层厚度和施胶均匀性的测量,保证产品的稳定性及质量可追溯性。

1.一种含荧光水性粘合剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料制成:
水性聚氨酯树脂:87-93份
分散剂:0.5份
润湿剂:0.3份
流平剂:0.3份
干燥调节剂:3份
消泡剂:0.5份
荧光剂:2份
水性黑色浆:2.4份
增稠剂:1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的含荧光水性粘合剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料制成:
水性聚氨酯树脂:90份
分散剂:0.5份
润湿剂:0.3份
流平剂:0.3份
干燥调节剂:3份
消泡剂:0.5份
荧光剂:2份
水性黑色浆:2.4份
增稠剂:1份。
3.如权利要求1所述的含荧光水性粘合剂,其特征在于,所述干燥调节剂为丙二醇和/或丙三醇。
4.如权利要求1所述的含荧光水性粘合剂,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂包括以下重量份的原料制成:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:40份
聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(Mn=2000):40份
聚己内酯二醇(Mn=2000):40份
N-甲基吡咯烷酮:20份
1,4-丁二醇:7份
二羟甲基丁酸:6份
有机铋催化剂:0.1份
丙酮:130份
N,N-二甲基乙醇胺:3.4份
去离子水:148份

5.一种上述权利要求1-4任一项所述的含荧光水性粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂倒入搅拌缸中,开动搅拌,500rpm下分别加入分散剂、润湿剂、流平剂、干燥调节剂、消泡剂,持续搅拌30分钟;
S2、转速提高到1000rpm,分别加入荧光剂、水性黑色浆,搅拌60分钟;
S3、加入增稠剂,增稠到粘度600mPa.s,包装。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的水性粘合剂的应用,其特征在于,所述水性粘合剂用于汽车密封条植绒。
