Description

Strong cross laminated film double-sided self-adhesive waterproof roll and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, in particular to a double-sided self-adhesive waterproof roll of a strong cross laminated film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof roll is a waterproof material product prepared by impregnating asphalt or polymer waterproof materials on a matrix, and is provided in the form of a roll, and is called as a waterproof roll. The waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product for resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a waterproof first barrier of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering.
The self-adhesive waterproof coiled material of strong cross laminated film is a high-performance cold-construction non-padding waterproof coiled material. The self-adhesive waterproof coiled material takes synthetic rubber, asphalt, tackifier and anti-aging agent as base materials and anti-adhesive isolation paper/film as an isolation layer, and has the characteristics of tearing resistance, stable size and the like. The prior art has certain disadvantages. Firstly, the single-layer PE film self-adhesive rubber asphalt waterproof coiled material has the defects of poor water seepage resistance, low tensile strength and poor weather resistance, and has the problems of unsynchronized longitudinal and transverse performance indexes, hollowing, wrinkling and the like. Secondly, the prior art mainly adopts the construction mode of external protection and external sticking, and the water channeling layer is easy to appear once the waterproof layer is damaged. And thirdly, after the construction of the waterproof layer is finished, the conditions of trampling, rolling, mud and sand pollution, ultraviolet irradiation and the like of subsequent construction personnel can be met. The main waterproof object of the building is concrete, excessive water except hydration is volatilized in the hydration process of cement, shrinkage and creep of the concrete can cause the concrete to form a little tiny capillary holes or visible small holes, and when a base layer is greatly settled or a main structure is greatly deformed, asphalt sizing materials are likely to be peeled from the main structure to reduce the waterproof effect, so that the hidden danger of water leakage exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a strong cross laminated film double-sided self-adhesive waterproof roll with good weather resistance, durability and weldability, improved properties of fracture strength, fatigue resistance, puncture resistance, self-healing, high and low temperature resistance, stable chemical properties, strong adhesion with post-cast concrete during construction, good ultraviolet resistance and flame retardancy, and a preparation method thereof.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a roll of a strong cross-laminated film double-sided self-adhesive waterproofing material as described in any one of the above, said method comprising the following steps:
(1) heating mullite sand at 105 ℃ for 2.5h, adding isobutyltriethoxysilane in a set proportion into a mixer for modification, wherein the modification temperature is 120 ℃, the modification time is 50min, and cooling to obtain isobutyltriethoxysilane-modified mullite sand;
(2) measuring SIS thermoplastic rubber, SBS thermoplastic rubber, tackifier, plasticizer and ultraviolet resistant auxiliary agent according to a set proportion, adding into a stirring tank, heating and stirring, adding surface dispersion modified nano alumina after melting uniformly, and continuously stirring to prepare non-asphalt-based self-adhesive;
(3) Weighing and metering 10# asphalt, 100# asphalt, 70# asphalt, rubber operating oil and softening oil according to a set proportion, adding the weighed materials into a mixing tank, stirring and dehydrating at the temperature of 140 ℃ for 10min, then heating to the temperature of 180 ℃ and 185 ℃, adding SBS thermoplastic rubber for melting for 40-60min, then adding nano silicon dioxide and pre-dissolved hydroxyethyl cellulose, and uniformly stirring to obtain a modified asphalt self-adhesive layer;
(4) gluing the double surfaces of the strong cross laminated film while compounding the isolating film by using a double-roll forming machine, wherein the gluing temperature is 145 +/-5 ℃;
(5) uniformly coating isobutyl triethoxy silane modified mullite sand on one surface of the non-asphalt-based self-adhesive layer, which is far away from the strong cross laminated film, so as to prevent glue exposure;
(6) shaping, cooling, rolling and plastic packaging.
The beneficial effects of the invention include:
firstly, mullite sand subjected to high-temperature treatment is used as a material, white siliceous sand grains are used for blocking and reflecting ultraviolet rays, radiation of the mullite sand grains to the surface of self-adhesive glue is blocked, the surface viscosity of the mullite sand is kept, the cohesiveness of the mullite sand and cement concrete is not influenced, and people can stand on the mullite sand after the mullite sand is paved. Meanwhile, after the mullite sand is modified, the small molecular structure of the isobutyl triethoxy silane can penetrate through the cementitious surface and penetrate into the concrete to chemically react with air exposed in an acidic or alkaline environment and water molecules in the substrate to form a water repellent treatment layer, so that water is inhibited from entering the substrate, and the mullite sand has waterproof, Cl-proof and ultraviolet-resistant performances and has air permeability. Can effectively prevent the base material from corroding, loosening, stripping and mildewing the concrete and the internal steel bar structure due to the corrosion of water seepage, sunshine, acid rain and the like, thereby prolonging the service life of the building. The protected substrate has good water repellency and retains its original appearance. An alkaline environment, such as concrete soon as it is poured, stimulates this reaction and accelerates the formation of a water repellent layer.
Secondly, the self-adhesive waterproof roll with the strong cross laminated film provided by the invention selects the strong cross laminated film, and adopts a mode of laminating, hot-pressing and compounding three layers of high-density polyethylene films with an included angle of 60 degrees. Compared with the preparation method of the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the molecular stretching directions of the three layers of high-density polyethylene films form an angle of 60 degrees with each other, and the stress directions form a triangular structure, so that the strong cross laminated film self-adhesive waterproof roll prepared by the invention has excellent tensile property in all directions, has better adaptability to use environments, and is particularly suitable for positions such as internal and external corners.
And thirdly, adding a hydroxyl active substance in a proper proportion into the modified asphalt-based adhesive film. Hydroxyethyl cellulose plays the effect of tackification, dilatation, plastification, promotes waterproofing membrane's creep nature and self-healing nature greatly, has good parcel effect to sharp-pointed object, meets tiny destruction and crack in the construction, but automatic shutoff healing. Meanwhile, active hydroxyl contained in the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the nano silicon dioxide can be chemically reacted with cement in the curing process to form chemical bonding force, the waterproof roll and the post-cast concrete are chemically cross-linked and physically mortise and tenon, and the waterproof roll and the post-cast concrete are tightly combined together to form a skin type waterproof layer, so that high-strength and permanent bonding is achieved, and water channeling can be completely prevented. Meanwhile, experiments show that the two can achieve the most excellent effect by being compounded and used according to a certain proportion.
And fourthly, nano alumina modified by surface dispersion is added into the non-asphalt-based self-adhesive, and the alumina can be uniformly dispersed in the adhesive. The nano-alumina has extremely high strength and good toughness, and the product has higher activity in the cement hydration reaction, so that the performance of concrete can be effectively enhanced, and the adhesion of self-adhesive and post-cast concrete can be effectively enhanced. Meanwhile, the aluminum oxide has better flame retardance and can improve the flammability of the high-density polyethylene cross laminated film layer to a certain extent.
