技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种生活垃圾干化筛分装置。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的不断深入,生活垃圾的产生量已到了天文数字。而生活垃圾组分复杂,并且产生的恶臭和渗滤液对土壤、大气、水源产生极大的危害。而目前生活垃圾处理主要靠填埋和焚烧。填埋不仅占用大量土地,而且渗滤液处理和后期的土壤修复,以及对周边环境的破坏带来了一系列的环境问题。焚烧是目前国家提倡的一种处理方法,但是因为我国垃圾分类不彻底,含水率非常高,在燃烧过程中不仅消耗了大量热能,同时排放的气体对大气造成更大的危害。
而且现有的生活垃圾中大小不同,难以统一处理,而且有些垃圾难以燃烧,不便于统一处理,因此,发明一种生活垃圾干化筛分装置很有必要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种生活垃圾干化筛分装置,通过设置筛分室、燃烧室和切割室等部件,垃圾通过进料口进入切割室,电动推杆推动活动板移动由切割刀片将垃圾进行初步快速的切割处理,随后进入第一筛板、筛桶和第二筛板进行分隔加热,打开开关门可以将无法加热的垃圾取出,打开通口步进电机工作推动推板向内侧移动,电机工作带动筛桶转动将垃圾通向燃烧室内进行燃烧,同时马达工作带动搅拌杆和破碎叶片进行快速的搅拌和分隔保证受热均匀,达到对垃圾的快速分隔、预热和高温加热处理,使垃圾能够进行快速燃烧的效果。

进一步,所述燃烧室内壁顶部设有马达,所述马达底部传动连接有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆表面均匀设有破碎叶片,所述燃烧室前侧表面设有清理门。
进一步,所述切割室顶部和底部分别设有进料口和下料口,所述切割室两侧均连通设有存储腔,所述存储腔内部设有活动板,所述活动板与存储腔之间均匀设有电动推杆,所述活动板内壁表面均匀设有切割刀片。

2.通过对蓄水箱、存储箱和净化箱的设置,向蓄水箱内加入代加热水体,燃烧过程中气体通过通气管进入冷凝箱,通气管对蓄水箱进行加热,冷凝后的水也会进入蓄水箱备用,降温后的气体进入净化箱内,种植槽内种植水下植物可以吸收气体中的有害物质,再通过活性炭吸附层吸附气体中的微小杂质和有毒物质后再排出,不会对环境造成污染,同时能够利用热源加热水体日常使用,节能环保。

筛桶5孔径小于第一筛板4孔径且大于第二筛板41孔径,筛桶5外侧设有电机51,筛桶5与筛分室1内壁滑动连接且筛桶5与电机51之间设有传动轴,推板6与第一筛板4和第二筛板41之间固定设有支撑板61,推板6底部设有滑动板62且推板6与滑动板62滑动连接,推板6外侧传动连接设有步进电机63,垃圾进入第一筛板4、筛桶5和第二筛板41进行分隔加热,打开开关门可以将无法加热的垃圾取出,打开通口11步进电机63工作推动推板6向内侧移动,电机51工作带动筛桶5转动将垃圾通向燃烧室2内进行燃烧。
蓄水箱7顶部设有冷凝箱71且冷凝箱71与蓄水箱7之间均匀设有透水孔,蓄水箱7两侧均设有通气管72,通气管72分别与加热腔101和燃烧室2连通,冷凝箱71内壁顶部有设有冷凝管73,蓄水箱7前侧设有出水口74,向蓄水箱7内加入代加热水体,燃烧过程中气体通过通气管72进入冷凝箱71,通气管72对蓄水箱7进行加热,冷凝后的水也会进入蓄水箱7备用。
净化箱9顶部设有出气口91,净化箱9一侧设有进气口92,进气口92通过通气管与冷凝箱71连通,净化箱9内壁底部设有种植槽93,净化箱9内部均匀设有多个活性炭吸附层94,降温后的气体进入净化箱9内,种植槽93内种植水下植物可以吸收气体中的有害物质,再通过活性炭吸附层94吸附气体中的微小杂质和有毒物质后再排出,不会对环境造成污染。
工作原理:
参照说明书附图1和图2:垃圾通过进料口31进入切割室3,电动推杆35推动活动板34移动由切割刀片36将垃圾进行初步快速的切割处理,随后进入第一筛板4、筛桶5和第二筛板41进行分隔加热,打开开关门可以将无法加热的垃圾取出,打开通口11步进电机63工作推动推板6向内侧移动,电机51工作带动筛桶5转动将垃圾通向燃烧室2内进行燃烧,同时马达21工作带动搅拌杆22和破碎叶片23进行快速的搅拌和分隔保证受热均匀,加热后打开清理门可以垃圾剩余残渣清理;

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种生活垃圾干化筛分装置,其特征在于:所述净化箱(9)顶部设有出气口(91),所述净化箱(9)一侧设有进气口(92),所述进气口(92)通过通气管与冷凝箱(71)连通,所述净化箱(9)内壁底部设有种植槽(93),所述净化箱(9)内部均匀设有多个活性炭吸附层(94)。
