Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry of daily necessities, in particular to a herbal aromatic solid aromatherapy, which consists of a thickening agent, a humectant, a tamarind water extract, an emulsifier, essential oil, a preservative and water. According to the invention, potassium sorbate is added, wherein potassium ions can promote the tragacanth gum to be stretched in water and to be wound and crosslinked with molecular chains of carrageenan, so that moisture is held, a gel system of the carrageenan is more stable, and the gel strength is improved; and sorbic acid ions can play a role in corrosion prevention. The tamarind seed extract is added, so that the mosquito repellent effect is excellent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily necessities chemical industry, in particular to a herbaceous aromatic solid aroma and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, mosquito repellent products applied to the market mostly comprise two major classes of DEET (DEET) and BAAPE (BAAPE). The research result shows that the test animals have the adverse reactions of dyskinesia, tremor, convulsion and the like under the condition of high dose of DEET. Compared with mosquito repellent ester (BAAPE), the mosquito repellent ester is relatively safe, but the mosquito repellent effect is not satisfactory. The aromatherapy can emit fragrance and other beneficial components, so that the indoor air can be fresh, the indoor peculiar smell can be removed, and the effect of improving the air quality is achieved.
Tamarind is a large tree of the genus tamarind of the family sappanaceae, also known as tamarind and tamarind; the seeds are approximately rectangular or oval, have hard outer skin, are reddish brown and glossy, and comprise 60-73 wt% of non-fiber polysaccharide components, 15-20 wt% of protein and 8-13 wt% of fat and other impurities. It is widely used in textile, latex, building, wood, adhesive, explosive, paper making, grease, daily chemical and other industries.
Based on the situation, the invention provides the herbal aromatic solid aromatherapy and the preparation method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems.

The invention aims to provide a herbal aromatic solid aromatherapy and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a herbaceous aromatic solid incense, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of thickening agent, 2-6 parts of humectant, 2-4 parts of tamarind water extract, 1.5-3.5 parts of emulsifier, 1-3 parts of essential oil, 0.05-0.2 part of preservative and 100-140 parts of water.
Preferably, the thickener comprises one or more of carrageenan, guar gum, xanthan gum, tragacanth gum, acacia, locust bean gum and pectin.
Preferably, the thickening agent is a combination of carrageenan and tragacanth.
Preferably, the carrageenan is carrageenan K.
Preferably, the tamarind water extract contains tamarind polysaccharide more than 5%. Tamarind seed is fruit of tamarindus indica Linn of tamarindus of Leguminosae.
Preferably, the humectant is dipropylene glycol.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil.
Preferably, the preservative is potassium sorbate.
Preferably, the solid aromatherapy consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of carrageenan K, 1-3 parts of tragacanth, 2-6 parts of dipropylene glycol, 2-4 parts of tamarind water extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of Tween 80, 1-2 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 1-3 parts of essential oil, 0.05-0.2 part of potassium sorbate and 100-140 parts of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the herbal aromatic solid champignon, which comprises the following steps:
(1) taking half of water according to the formula amount, adding the tragacanth into the water, heating the mixture to 55-65 ℃, stirring the mixture for 30-40 min to dissolve the mixture, then adding the dipropylene glycol into the mixture, and uniformly mixing the materials to obtain a tragacanth liquid;
(2) adding carrageenan K into the rest water, heating to 55-65 ℃, stirring for 30-40 min, and simultaneously adding the tragacanth gum liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain a composite gum solution;
(3) and (3) fully and uniformly mixing the tamarind seed water extract, tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil, essential oil and potassium sorbate, then adding the mixture into the composite glue solution obtained in the step (2), stirring for 50-60 min at 55-65 ℃, introducing the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, potassium sorbate is added, wherein potassium ions can promote the tragacanth gum to be stretched in water and to be wound and crosslinked with molecular chains of carrageenan, so that moisture is held, a gel system of the carrageenan is more stable, and the gel strength is improved; and sorbic acid ions can play a role in corrosion prevention.
2. The tamarind seed extract is added, so that the mosquito repellent effect is excellent.

The raw materials of the invention are sufficient in China and proper in price, so that the large-scale production of the invention is not limited by too high cost; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, the total production cost is low, and the industrial large-scale production is facilitated.
Detailed Description
Example 1
The specific raw materials were weighed as in table 1, and the preparation steps were as follows:
(1) taking half of water according to formula amount, adding tragacanth, heating to 55 deg.C, stirring for 40min to dissolve, adding dipropylene glycol, and mixing to obtain tragacanth solution;
(2) adding carrageenan K into the rest water, heating to 55 ℃, stirring for 40min, and simultaneously adding the tragacanth gum liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain a composite gum solution;
(3) mixing water extract of fructus Tamarindi Indicae, tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil, essential oil, and potassium sorbate, adding into the compound gum solution obtained in step (2), stirring at 55 deg.C for 60min, introducing into mold, and cooling.
Example 2
The specific raw materials were weighed as in table 1, and the preparation steps were as follows:
(1) taking half of water according to the formula amount, adding tragacanth, heating to 65 ℃, stirring for 30min to dissolve, then adding dipropylene glycol, and mixing uniformly to obtain tragacanth liquid;
(2) adding carrageenan K into the rest water, heating to 65 ℃, stirring for 30min, and simultaneously adding the tragacanth gum liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain a composite gum solution;
(3) mixing water extract of fructus Tamarindi Indicae, tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil, essential oil, and potassium sorbate, adding into the compound gum solution obtained in step (2), stirring at 65 deg.C for 50min, introducing into a mold, and cooling.
Example 3
The specific raw materials were weighed as in table 1, and the preparation steps were as follows:
(1) taking half of water according to formula amount, adding tragacanth, heating to 65 deg.C, stirring for 40min to dissolve, adding dipropylene glycol, and mixing to obtain tragacanth solution;
(2) adding carrageenan K into the rest water, heating to 65 ℃, stirring for 40min, and simultaneously adding the tragacanth gum liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain a composite gum solution;
(3) mixing water extract of fructus Tamarindi Indicae, tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil, essential oil, and potassium sorbate, adding into the compound gum solution obtained in step (2), stirring at 65 deg.C for 60min, introducing into mold, and cooling.
Comparative example 1
The specific raw materials were weighed as in table 1, and the preparation steps were as follows:
(1) taking half of water according to formula amount, adding tragacanth, heating to 65 deg.C, stirring for 40min to dissolve, adding dipropylene glycol, and mixing to obtain tragacanth solution;
(2) adding carrageenan K into the rest water, heating to 65 ℃, stirring for 40min, and simultaneously adding the tragacanth gum liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain a composite gum solution;
(3) and (3) sufficiently and uniformly mixing Tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil, essential oil and potassium sorbate, then adding the mixture into the composite glue solution obtained in the step (2), stirring for 60min at 65 ℃, introducing into a mold, and cooling to obtain the product.

Example 4 mosquito repellent experiment test
The positive control is composed of the mosquito repellent incense with concentration of 95% in the invention of examples 1-3, comparative example 1 and the commercial oil.
16 ICR mice were divided into 5 groups on average and depilated. The abdominal skin was exposed in the mouse from a circular area (diameter 3 cm). The 5 mosquito cages are respectively a comparative example 1 group (dosage 100g), an example 1 group (dosage 50g), an example 2 group (dosage 80g), an example 3 group (dosage 100g) and 95% mosquito repellent amine oil group (dosage 100 g). Each group of cages contained approximately 400 female, 4-5 days old, uninoculated Aedes albopictus. Observing and recording the number of mosquitoes biting the mice, and recording the data once every 0.5h for 4 h. Calculating the effective protection rate of each group, wherein the formula is as follows: effective protection rate (%) - ((1- (number of mosquito bites/total number of mosquitoes)) × 100%
The test results are shown in Table 2.

Claims (10)
1. The herbal aromatic solid aromatherapy is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of thickening agent, 2-6 parts of humectant, 2-4 parts of tamarind water extract, 1.5-3.5 parts of emulsifier, 1-3 parts of essential oil, 0.05-0.2 part of preservative and 100-140 parts of water.
2. The solid fragrance of claim 1, wherein the thickener comprises one or a combination of two or more of carrageenan, guar gum, xanthan gum, tragacanth gum, acacia gum, locust bean gum, and pectin.
3. The solid fragrance of claim 1, wherein the thickener is a combination of carrageenan and tragacanth.
4. The solid aromatherapy of claim 3, wherein the carrageenan is carrageenan K.
5. The solid aromatherapy device according to claim 1, wherein the water extract of tamarind contains tamarind polysaccharide 5% or more.
6. The solid fragrance of claim 1 wherein the humectant is dipropylene glycol.
7. The solid fragrance of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier comprises tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil.
8. The solid fragrance of claim 1, wherein the preservative is potassium sorbate.
9. The solid incense as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solid incense is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of carrageenan K, 1-3 parts of tragacanth, 2-6 parts of dipropylene glycol, 2-4 parts of tamarind water extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of Tween 80, 1-2 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 1-3 parts of essential oil, 0.05-0.2 part of potassium sorbate and 100-140 parts of water.
10. A method for preparing a solid fragrance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) taking half of water according to the formula amount, adding the tragacanth into the water, heating the mixture to 55-65 ℃, stirring the mixture for 30-40 min to dissolve the mixture, then adding the dipropylene glycol into the mixture, and uniformly mixing the materials to obtain a tragacanth liquid;
(2) adding carrageenan K into the rest water, heating to 55-65 ℃, stirring for 30-40 min, and simultaneously adding the tragacanth gum liquid obtained in the step (1) to obtain a composite gum solution;
(3) and (3) fully and uniformly mixing the tamarind seed water extract, tween 80, hydrogenated castor oil, essential oil and potassium sorbate, then adding the mixture into the composite glue solution obtained in the step (2), stirring for 50-60 min at 55-65 ℃, introducing the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the product.
