Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sophora fruit processing, in particular to a preparation process of nine-steamed and nine-processed sophora fruit.
Background
Fructus Sophorae is dried mature fruit of Sophora japonica L.of Leguminosae. Collected in winter, removed impurities and dried, and is mainly used for treating intestinal heat hematochezia, hemorrhoid hemorrhage, liver heat headache, dizziness and conjunctival congestion. However, in the prior art, the sophora fruit is mostly processed with honey, and the obtained sophora fruit has single effect.
Patent publication No. CN107224455B discloses a preparation process of fructus Sophorae, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting large and full pagodatree pod, removing impurities and cleaning; (2) putting the cleaned fructus sophorae in the step (1) into a steaming container, steaming for 8-12 hours in a waterproof mode, collecting fructus sophorae juice in the steaming process, tightly steaming for 8-9 hours in the container after steaming is completed, taking out, placing in a tunnel type drying room, and drying for 3-4 hours at 40-50 ℃ until the fructus sophorae juice is dry and moist inside; collecting the fructus Sophorae juice deposited at the bottom of the steaming container during steaming; (3) putting the dried fructus sophorae in the step (2) into a steaming container, steaming for the 2 nd time in a water-proof manner, adding yellow wine accounting for 6-8% of the weight of the fructus sophorae and the fructus sophorae juice collected in the step (2) in the steaming process, collecting the fructus sophorae juice in the steaming process, steaming for 4-5 hours, taking out, putting into a tunnel type drying room, and drying for 3-4 hours at 40-50 ℃ until the fructus sophorae juice is dry outside and moist inside; (4) according to the process in the step (3), performing treatment 3 and treatment 4 on the dried fructus sophorae in the step (3) until the inside and the outside of the fructus sophorae are black brown, and the fructus sophorae is moist and glossy and tastes sweet; (5) and (3) refining honey accounting for 8-12% of the total weight of the pagodatree pod into medium honey, adding the pagodatree pod in the step (4) while the honey is hot, uniformly stirring, and cooling after the pagodatree pod fully absorbs the honey to obtain a finished pagodatree pod product. However, the prepared fructus sophorae is relatively general in effect. Therefore, a preparation process of nine-steamed nine-prepared sophora fruit is provided.
