s4: mixing for the third time: transferring the material homogenized by the homogenizer in the step S3 to a stirring kettle, adding 2.4 parts of sodium citrate, 0.6 part of citric acid, 20 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 0.2 part of EDTA disodium, 2 parts of sodium chloride and 10 parts of PCA sodium, stirring, controlling the rotating speed of a stirring shaft to be 160r/min, stirring for 45min, controlling the stirring temperature to be 25 ℃, continuously adding 1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and 1 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, stirring, controlling the rotating speed of the stirring shaft to be 150r/min, and stirring for 10-15min, thus completing the mixing and stirring of the raw materials;

from tables 1 and 2 above: the viscosity of the example 1 is very low and has small difference with the comparative examples 1,2, 3, 4 and 5, and the viscosity is flowable water; the high and low temperature test has no obvious change; when the product is smeared on the skin, the product is converted into gel from water state, and as can be seen from comparative example 1 and comparative examples 1,2 and 5, the gelling efficiency is influenced by the addition amount of the forming agent, the gelling speed is more obvious as the forming agent is added, the gelling speed is less obvious as the forming agent is added, and the gelling speed is lower as the forming agent is added, and the gelling is not shown as comparative example 5 without the forming agent; as can be seen from comparative example 1 and comparative example 3, the addition amount of the humectant affects the gelling effect; as can be seen from comparative example 1 and comparative example 4, the addition amount of the ion regulator affects the gelling effect; after the paint is applied to the skin for 10 minutes, the protective film can be formed on the skin, and the touch of the skin can obviously feel a touch feeling like a velvet pad; comparative example 5 does not have this phenomenon; after 8 hours of smearing, the touch of the example 1 and the comparative examples 1,2, 3 and 4 can still feel like a velvet pad, and the protective film can be seen to stay on the surface of the skin for a long time; comparative example 5 did not have this phenomenon.

s2: preliminary mixing: 40-90 parts of deionized water, 0.1-3 parts of phosphoryl oligosaccharide calcium, 4070.5-7.5 parts of poloxamer, 510.05-5 parts of polyquaternium-and 0.5-7.5 parts of PPG-12/SMDI copolymer are put into a stirring kettle to be stirred, the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is 80-125r/min, the stirring time is 2-2.5h, the stirring temperature is controlled at 18-24 ℃, so that the phosphoryl oligosaccharide calcium, the poloxamer 407, the polyquaternium-51 and the PPG-12/SMDI copolymer are fully and uniformly dissolved;
