Abstract
The invention discloses a vomitoxin antidote and a preparation process thereof. The vomitoxin antidote provided by the invention has an obvious effect on vomitoxin, and meanwhile, the product can improve the conversion rate of feed, and has good application value to feed and breeding industries.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed additive mycotoxin degradation, and mainly relates to a vomitoxin antidote and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Mycotoxin is a secondary metabolite generated by fungal metabolism, is an anti-nutritional factor existing in feed and feed raw materials, and the problem of mycotoxin pollution in the feed and the feed raw materials is a global problem facing feed enterprises and breeding enterprises, and the mycotoxin are easy to breed under the condition of high humidity generally. Is a secondary metabolite produced by aspergillin, penicillins and fusarium under a certain temperature and humidity condition, and has great harm in the production process: aflatoxins, trichothecenes, zearalenone, fumonisins, ochratoxins, and the like. The aflatoxin is a strong biological alkaline compound generated by aspergillus flavus and aspergillus parasiticus, and is also the strongest carcinogenic substance so far, and the crops which are mainly harmful to the aflatoxin comprise crops such as peanuts, rice, beans and the like.
Mycotoxin almost affects various organs of livestock and poultry, particularly liver, kidney, oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract, nervous system and reproductive system, and is directly expressed in the appearance that the feed intake of livestock and poultry is reduced, the weight is slowly increased, vomit and the like, so that the conversion rate of feed is reduced. Trichothecene toxins present strong alkalinity, and poisoning of the toxins mainly damages oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract and the like and plays a toxic role by influencing protein synthesis and organism immunity.
Generally, vomitoxin has stable chemical properties, is not easy to be reprocessed and damaged in the storage process, and currently, mycotoxin detoxification treatment mainly comprises the following steps: mechanical detoxification, biological detoxification, chemical detoxification, physical adsorption detoxification and the like. Wherein, the physical detoxification operation is complicated, the cost is high, and the like, and the chemical detoxification can not be effectively used in the production practice due to the problem of chemical residue; the adsorbent detoxification method is mainly characterized in that various adsorbents are added into feed or grains, so that mycotoxin substances can be adsorbed, and the mycotoxin is not absorbed by animals when passing through intestinal tracts of the animals and is directly discharged out of the bodies of the animals. The invention relates to a vomitoxin antidote and a preparation process thereof, in view of the fact that a mature and feasible mycotoxin detoxification method is available in the feed market at present, but a conventional adsorbent with a diverse mycotoxin structure cannot effectively solve the problems of pollution and harm of various mycotoxins.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of the prior mold remover product, the invention provides a mold toxin adsorbent which solves the problem of mold toxin pollution of livestock and poultry breeding feed and raw materials by inhibiting the breeding, degrading and adsorbing of vomitoxin-producing bacteria, and the like, and can promote the balance of livestock and poultry intestinal flora and improve the immunity of livestock and poultry, and a preparation process thereof.
The technical scheme of the vomitoxin antidote and the preparation process provided by the invention is as follows:
the mycotoxin adsorbent provided by the invention is characterized in that the main components of the mycotoxin adsorbent are composed of bacillus subtilis, vitamin C, montmorillonite, yeast cell walls, plant extracts and zinc methionine.
The natural plant extract is composed of honeysuckle extract, licorice extract, scutellaria extract and prunella vulgaris.
An antidote for vomitoxin and a preparation process thereof are characterized in that: the vomitoxin antidote disclosed by the invention comprises 30% of montmorillonite by mass, 65% of yeast cell wall by mass, 1% of vitamin C by mass, 2.7% of bacillus subtilis by mass, 1% of plant extract by mass and 0.3% of zinc methionine by mass.
The plant extract is prepared by mixing honeysuckle extract, liquorice extract, scutellaria extract, selfheal chrysanthemum and the like according to a mass ratio.
The montmorillonite is high-purity nano montmorillonite with the purity of 99.5 percent.
The prepared vomitoxin antidote and the preparation process thereof can be applied to the aspect of livestock and poultry feed, and the mycotoxin adsorbent can be added into the livestock and poultry breeding feed to be suitable for various livestock and poultry breeding feeds.
The invention provides a vomitoxin antidote and a preparation process thereof, and the preparation process has the following advantages:
the preparation process of the livestock and poultry mycotoxin adsorbent is simple and easy to obtain, and the required raw materials are uniformly mixed and vacuum-packaged according to the formula proportion during large-scale production.
The vomitoxin antidote provided by the invention can effectively adsorb and degrade mycotoxin and reduce the harm of mycotoxin to cultivation and livestock growth.
Regulating intestinal environment of livestock and fowl, enhancing digestion and absorption ability and immunity of livestock and fowl, increasing feed conversion rate, and inhibiting harmful bacteria.
The vomitoxin antidote provided by the invention adopts montmorillonite which has little adsorption on amino acid, vitamin and other nutrient substances.
The raw materials of the components can cooperate with each other, the absorption and degradation effects of the vomitoxin can be effectively exerted, and the problems of mould pollution and vomitoxin pollution in the feed and the raw materials can be effectively reduced.
The vomitoxin antidote and the preparation process thereof provided by the invention have good stability in the processing and storage processes, are not easy to agglomerate, and have good application value for feed and breeding enterprises.
