Abstract

一种显示基板(10)及其制作方法以及显示装置(30)。该显示基板(10)包括衬底基板(101)及位于该衬底基板(101)上的多个子像素(100)，该多个子像素(100)布置为子像素(100)阵列，至少一个子像素(100)包括第一晶体管(T1)、第二晶体管(T2)、第三晶体管(T3)和存储电容(Cst)，所述第三晶体管(T3)的第一极(T3s)通过第一过孔(401)与所述第三晶体管(T3)的有源层(T3a)电连接，并配置为通过第二过孔(402)与所述发光元件(125)的第一电极(123)电连接；所述第一过孔(401)与所述第二过孔(402)在垂直于所述衬底基板(101)的方向上至少部分重叠。该显示基板(10)可以有效降低发光元件(125)的电极上的电压降，从而提高显示效果。
