Abstract
一种在多根由小间隙分开、相继在辊道上自转地行进的带纵焊缝的钢管外面涂覆的设备,具加热装置、涂覆均匀环氧树脂涂层的装置、在环氧树脂涂层上按管件自转螺距进行叠涂的螺旋挤出机式增附剂涂覆装置、含由两可调转速电动机驱动的双挤出机及控制电动机的焊缝识别装置在两涂层上涂覆多层聚乙烯使纵焊缝区的涂层厚于其外区域的聚乙烯涂覆装置、切割在管端间形成的涂层软管的装置,聚乙烯冷却装置、涂层测厚装置和管端加工装置。
Description
本发明涉及一个管件涂层设备,其用于具有相同的外直径和一个在管长度上有纵焊缝的钢制管件外面涂层,管件在一个辊道上沿管轴线方向运动同时围绕管轴线转动,其中,从管件到管件,一个管开端和一个管末端以一个短间距相反对置;还具有一个管加热装置;一个环氧树脂涂层装置,它对每个加热的管件涂以均匀厚度的环氧树脂层;还有一个含有敷料挤压机的粘性媒介物涂层装置;它对每个涂有环氧树脂层的管件在每个管件长度区域上按照一个管运动升距的螺旋形方式并重叠地涂以粘性媒介质层;还有一个聚乙稀涂层装置,它对每个涂上各一个环氧树脂层和粘性媒介物层的管件在一个纵向缝区域内重叠地涂以多个聚乙稀层从而较原于在纵向缝区域之外的管件表面区域上的层厚度;还有一个分割装置,其中每个由粘性媒介物层和多个聚乙稀层形成的管件间中的软管被分割;还有一个聚乙稀冷却装置,一个层厚检测装置和一个加工装置,它在涂层的管件旁对短的管开端区域和管末端区域中的涂层进行加工。
一个公知的上述类型的管件涂层设备具有一个带敷料挤压机和拉伸装置的聚乙稀涂层装置,它能对由敷料挤压机中排出的聚乙烯层进行拉伸作用。
此处,对涂以各一个环氧树脂层和粘性媒介物层的管件的聚乙稀涂层是涂以不同厚度的聚乙稀层,同时,这个涂层在纵向缝区域之外的管外表面B上形成不适当较厚的结构或者不适当较薄的结构。
这种公知的聚乙稀涂层装置之缺陷是需要相当大的空间。
本发明任务在于,对开头所述的管件涂层设备提供一个聚乙烯涂层装置,它需要很小的空间位置。
按照发明要求,上述任务如此解决,即该聚乙稀涂层装置包括一个被两个可调转数的电机所驱动的双倍挤压机和一个控制上述电机的焊缝识别装置。
按照本发明一个特征方案该焊缝识别装置设有两个激光间距传感器。
该激光间距传感器在管轴线方向上并列安置,在圆周方向上错位安置。
按照目的要求,该聚乙稀涂层装置的双倍挤压机至少含有一个在喷咀唇上作用的推杆。
每个推杆通过一个弹簧元件张紧。
每个弹簧元件由多个盘形弹簧组成。
下面借助其中描绘一个实施例的附图详细阐述本发明。其中:
图1是一个带有单个的管加工装置的管涂层设备简图图2是通过图1截面线II-II的用环氧树脂涂层的钢
管截面放大图,其中还有一个属于粘性媒介物—涂层装置的敷料挤压机和一个属于聚乙烯—涂层装置的双倍挤压机视图,图3是通过图2中III-III线的局部放大截面图并带有一个挤压辊视图,图4是通过聚乙烯涂层装置之双倍挤压机平面喷咀的局部截面图;
在一个管涂层设备1中,钢制的相同外直径d的管件2被如此输送到一个辊道3中,即,从管件到管件来说,一个管开端4和一个管末端5以一个短距离a相反对置。
从管件至另一管件的距离a避免了在管件涂层期间的相互碰撞和因此避免损坏管开端4和管末端5的棱边。
每个管件2在管长度L上有一个纵向焊缝6,它借助电弧焊制成。
该辊道3使每个管件2同时以管轴线8的方向(箭头7)和管圆周方向(箭头9)按螺旋形运动以通过一个管件加热装置10,所述螺旋形运动节距为S,还通过环氧树脂一涂层装置11,一个粘性媒介物—涂层装置12,一个聚乙稀—涂层装置13和一个分离装置14。
在环氧树脂涂层装置11中,每个加热的管件2外面涂以均匀厚度的环氧树脂层15。
每个涂有环氧树脂层15的管件2,然后在粘性媒介物涂层装置12中在每个管长度区域17上以螺旋形和与管件运动升距S相一致地重叠涂敷一个粘性媒介物层16。该粘性媒介物层16由一个敷料挤压机18形成。
该聚乙稀—涂层装置13具一个被焊缝识别装置19可控制的双倍挤压机20。该双倍挤压机20被两个转数可控的电机21,22驱动。
该双倍挤压机20,对每个先前各涂以环氧树脂层(15)和粘性媒介物层16的管件2在一个管长度区域24上以4倍管件运动升距S的螺旋形和重叠方式涂以不同厚度的聚乙稀层23。每个管件长度区域24是相对于管件长度区域17错位半个管件运动升距S安置的。
该焊缝识别装置19设有两个激光间距传感器25,26,它们在管件圆周方向(箭头9)上错位设置。
该激光间距传感器25,26对每个涂有环氧树脂15的管件2扫描,并能将焊缝厚度的确定作为测量值ΔZ=Z1-Z2。
一个属于焊缝识别装置19的测量值加工构件27可以如此方式实现对转数可控的电机21,22之控制作用,即聚乙稀层23对于纵向缝区域28来说在一个管件转角为
内时要比在管转角范围为2π-α时厚一些。
一个挤压辊29是与粘性媒介物涂层装置(12)和聚乙稀涂层装置13对应设置的,它将粘性媒介物层16和聚乙烯涂层23对着每个涂有环氧树脂层15的管件2挤压。
在两个管件2之间的距离a,在管件涂层期间形成一个表面搭接结构,其为由一个粘性媒介物层16和4个聚乙稀层23构成的软管段(未示出)。该4个聚乙稀层23是由在一个管长度区域24上按照4倍管件运动升距S进行涂层而产生的。
每个软管段在分割装置14中被以和管件轴线8垂直地割断。
在将每个软管段割开以后,实际上一个由管件2,各一个环氧树脂层(15)和粘性媒介物层16以4个聚乙稀层23构成的复合管30就制成了。
最后每个复合管30在辊道31上依次地运动并通过一个聚乙稀冷却装置32,一个层厚度检测装置33和一个处理装置34。
该处理装置34在每个复合管30上对一个短的管开端区域(35)和管末端区域36中的涂层作处理。
该聚乙稀一涂层装置13的双倍挤压机20具有一个带下喷咀唇(38)和上喷咀唇39的平面喷咀37。
两个喷咀唇38,39是如此弹性地结构设置,即聚乙稀层23在转数可控的电机21,23为变转数时,从喷咀口40排出比电机21,22转数较低时较厚的料层。
为限定喷咀口40,在上边喷咀唇39上作用着多个推杆41,其中,每个推杆都通过一个弹簧元件42张紧。
每个弹簧元件42由8个盘形弹簧43组成,它的弹性行程44通过一个可调节的盘45限定。
Claims (6)
1.用于管件外表面涂层的设备,该相等外直径的并在管件长度上有纵向焊缝的钢管件在一个辊道上沿管件轴线方向运动的同时绕其管轴线转动,其中,从管件到管件,一个管开端和一个管末端以一个短的间距相反对置,该设备具有一个管件加热装置,一个环氧树脂涂层装置,其对每个加热的管件涂以均匀厚度的环氧树脂层,具有一个包含敷料挤压机的粘性媒介物一涂层装置,它对每个涂有环氧树脂的管件在每个管件长度区域上,以一个管件运动升距地螺旋形和重叠方式涂以粘性媒介物层;还有一个聚乙稀涂层装置,它对每个具有各一层环氧树脂层和粘性媒介物层的管件在一个纵向缝区域内重叠涂敷多层聚乙稀层并较厚于在纵向缝区域之外的管件外表区域的涂层;还有一个分割装置,其中每个在管件间距中形成的软管段被分割开,该软管段由一个粘性媒介物层和多个聚乙稀层组成;还有一个聚乙稀冷却装置,一个涂层厚度检测装置和一个加工装置,它在涂层的管件旁对一个短的管件开端区域和管件末端区域进行处理,其特征在于:
该聚乙稀—涂层装置(13)包括一个被两个可调转数的电机(21,22)驱动的双倍挤压机(20)和一个控制该电机(21,22)的焊缝识别装置(19)。
2.按权利要求1所述的管件涂层设备,其特征在于:该焊缝识别装置(19)设有两个激光间距传感器(25,26)。
3.按权利要求1和2所述的管件涂层设备其特征在于:该激光间距传感器(25,26)是在管轴线(8)的方向(7箭头)上并列安置,而在圆周方向(箭头9)上错位安置。
4.按权利要求1所述的管件涂层设备,其特征在于:聚乙稀涂层装置(13)的双倍挤压机(20)至少包含一个在喷咀唇(38,39)上作用的推杆(41)。
5.按权利要求4所述的管件涂层设备,其特征在于,每个推杆(4)是通过一个弹簧元件张紧的。
6.按权利要求5所述的管件涂层设备,其特征在于:该弹簧元件(42)是由多个盘形弹簧(43)组装成的。
