技术领域
本发明涉及石材门的技术领域,尤其是一种双层保温石材门及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,装修行业得到了快速的发展。在装修行业中,常常会使用到各种各样不同的门,其中石材门是重要的组成部分。石材门是为了保持外墙面石材一致而选择用天然石材做的门。目前做法都是采用厚的石材用连接件焊接或粘接固定在焊接的钢龙骨上。这种做法可以保持整个石材墙面的一致性,但对于石材门来说存在较多隐患,其一是施工安装难度大,都需要项目现场制作,工序较复杂,质量不容易保证;其二是石材门自身重量大,易损坏旋转轴承,造成石材门无法正常开启和关闭;其三是一旦出现损坏,石材门无法进行修理,因各连接部位均是焊接或粘接的固定方式,必须将门彻底拆除后重新做新的石材门。
综上,现有的石材门在结构和设计上还存在很大的缺陷,不能满足人们实际使用的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种双层保温石材门及其加工方法,提高双层保温石材门的隔热、隔音性能;整体结构坚固美观,操作方便,同时为减轻门体自重,增加结构强度,运用计算机三维模拟手段进行框架设计,配合手动或自动闭门器、电磁锁、远程控制模块实现消防联动,组成完整的大型场馆门禁系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双层保温石材门,包括设置在石材门本体上端的横梁和石材门本体,所述的石材门本体上部一侧固定三维调节机构;所述的石材门本体下部一侧固定设置支撑结构;所述的三维调节机构与支撑结构在同一旋转中心线上;所述的石材门本体包括室内装饰板、天然石材装饰板、隔热层、保温层、钢骨架和型材;所述的室内装饰板和天然石材装饰板相对平行设置,所述的隔热层固定设置在天然石材装饰板内侧;所述的隔热层与室内装饰板之间设置保温腔;所述的保温腔内填充保温层;所述的钢骨架固定设置在保温层一侧;所述的型材固定设置在钢骨架的一侧。

一种双层保温石材门的加工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、首先,选用天然石材,在天然石材表面上加工出装饰效果面;将天然石材另一面与聚氨酯发泡层热压复合成一体板,形成隔热层;S2、在聚氨酯发泡层的背部均匀安装预埋螺母,以备后用;S3、石材门本体采用断桥铝型材,型腔及断面造型根据密闭的效果开模制作,留出凹槽作为排水槽;将石材门本体拼接成主框架;S4、选用钢骨架固定焊接在主框架上;预留锁孔位置,并在旋转轴的一侧上下端面焊接连接板,用来安装三维调节机构;S5、把钢骨架放进主框架内,四周塞紧隔热毡,天然石材上石材面一侧放平,按照要求的预埋螺母采用联接角铝和螺丝把三者固定起来,内部形成的空腔为保温腔;S6、保温腔内填充岩棉层;S7、室内装饰板先用双面贴垫块架空到门扇设计的厚度,边部的缝隙处四周打上结构胶,使内门板牢牢的与主框架粘接在一起,形成完整的门扇。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种双层保温石材门及其加工方法,提高双层保温石材门的隔热、隔音性能;整体结构坚固美观,操作方便,同时为减轻门体自重,增加结构强度,运用计算机三维模拟手段进行框架设计,配合手动或自动闭门器、电磁锁、远程控制模块实现消防联动,组成完整的大型场馆门禁系统。

在本申请中,石材门主体1,石材门本体1包括室内装饰板5、天然石材装饰板6、隔热层7、保温层8、钢骨架9和型材10。双层保温石材门本体,作为双层保温石材门的密封架构,采用断桥铝型材开模制作,在其内部设置有保温腔11;支撑架构,即型材10,设置于双层保温石材门本体1的四周,用于固定双层保温石材门本体,采用高强度的镀锌钢骨架;天然石材装饰板6为天然石材,可以处理成不同的装饰效果,满足外立面的一致性;室内装饰板5可采用铝板、不锈钢板等金属薄板,氟碳喷涂成不同的颜色。隔热层7,设置于天然石材装饰板6的一侧,用于隔热;要求平整没有形变,并且外门板石材与聚氨酯发泡板复合成一体;保温岩棉层填充于保温腔11内,用于保温。整体结构坚固美观,操作方便,同时为减轻门体自重,增加结构强度,运用计算机三维模拟手段进行框架设计,配合手动或自动闭门器、电磁锁、远程控制模块实现消防联动,组成完整的大型场馆门禁系统。
安装采用一种隐形三轴可调式偏心轴连接装置,以解决现有技术中当存在门制作误差以及现场安装误差时,在门开合关闭过程中,会造成合页受到额外的非正常外力,从而使门关闭不到位、合页加速磨损,甚至损坏门板的问题。三轴可调式连接装置加上偏心轴的自调心设计,促使上下轴旋转中心线垂直于地面,大大降低了其机械磨损,延长了转动部分的使用寿命,使门运动次数可达5万次以上。

一种双层保温石材门的加工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、首先,选用天然石材,在天然石材表面上加工出装饰效果面;将天然石材另一面与聚氨酯发泡层热压复合成一体板,形成隔热层7;S2、在聚氨酯发泡层的背部均匀安装预埋螺母,以备后用;S3、石材门本体1采用断桥铝型材,型腔及断面造型根据密闭的效果开模制作,留出凹槽作为排水槽;将石材门本体1拼接成主框架;S4、选用钢骨架9固定焊接在主框架上;预留锁孔位置,并在旋转轴的一侧上下端面焊接连接板,用来安装三维调节机构3;S5、把钢骨架9放进主框架内,四周塞紧隔热毡12,天然石材上石材面一侧放平,按照要求的预埋螺母采用联接角铝14和螺丝把三者固定起来,内部形成的空腔为保温腔11;S6、保温腔11内填充岩棉层;S7、室内装饰板5先用双面贴垫块架空到门扇设计的厚度,边部的缝隙处四周打上结构胶,使内门板牢牢的与主框架粘接在一起,形成完整的门扇。
该双层保温石材门及其加工方法相对传统石材门具备如下优点:门扇与框全部工厂化制作,容易保证整体质量及后期的更换;平时石材门通过天地插销关闭锁紧,可与消防联动,实现门禁控制;扇体设计独立排水槽,大部分雨水可通过此槽排出门体。门扇采用企口设计,密封条采用三元乙丙橡胶制品,气密及水密性更好三轴可调式连接装置,隐蔽性设计,保持外观立面的完整性;可实现XYZ三向调节,安装便捷;可配置电动开门机与天地插销联动,实现门禁控制;门扇较重,设计受力在地面,使得门框不受力,门框不会因为外力变形,从而影响密闭效果;安装简单,承受力大,适用于超宽超高门的悬挂操作灵活、省力、方便、使用寿命长。

Claims (7)
1.一种双层保温石材门,其特征在于:包括设置在石材门本体上端的横梁和石材门本体,所述的石材门本体上部一侧固定三维调节机构;所述的石材门本体下部一侧固定设置支撑结构;所述的三维调节机构与支撑结构在同一旋转中心线上;所述的石材门本体包括室内装饰板、天然石材装饰板、隔热层、保温层、钢骨架和型材;所述的室内装饰板和天然石材装饰板相对平行设置,所述的隔热层固定设置在天然石材装饰板内侧;所述的隔热层与室内装饰板之间设置保温腔;所述的保温腔内填充保温层;所述的钢骨架固定设置在保温层一侧;所述的型材固定设置在钢骨架的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层保温石材门,其特征在于:所述的型材与钢骨架之间还固定设置隔热毡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层保温石材门,其特征在于:所述的型材的一侧固定设置密封胶条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层保温石材门,其特征在于:所述的钢骨架两侧通过联接角铝固定设置在隔热层上端面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层保温石材门,其特征在于:所述的型材的两端分别设置结构胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层保温石材门,其特征在于:所述的石材门本体关闭后型材相对闭合设置。
7.一种双层保温石材门的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、首先,选用天然石材,在天然石材表面上加工出装饰效果面;将天然石材另一面面与聚氨酯发泡层热压复合成一体板,形成隔热层;S2、在聚氨酯发泡层的背部均匀安装预埋螺母,以备后用;S3、石材门本体采用断桥铝型材,型腔及断面造型根据密闭的效果开模制作,留出凹槽作为排水槽;将石材门本体拼接成主框架;S4、选用钢骨架固定焊接在主框架上;预留锁孔位置,并在旋转轴的一侧上下端面焊接连接板,用来安装三维调节机构;S5、把钢骨架放进主框架内,四周塞紧隔热毡,天然石材上石材面一侧放平,按照要求的预埋螺母采用联接角铝和螺丝把三者固定起来,内部形成的空腔为保温腔;S6、保温腔内填充岩棉层;S7、室内装饰板先用双面贴垫块架空到门扇设计的厚度,边部的缝隙处四周打上结构胶,使内门板牢牢的与主框架粘接在一起,形成完整的门扇。
