Abstract

本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种耐高寒防腐漆。按以下方法制备:收集银杏叶和松树叶,烘干,粉粹,放入乙酸乙酯中浸泡过滤留液体,向其中加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,再按顺序加入石油醚,聚氨酯,起泡剂,丙烯酸树脂再次恒温搅拌均匀待用;将微晶石蜡,PE蜡,硬脂酸,丁基橡胶水浴加热至60~70℃,再恒温加热4~6h;待用;将以上成分混合后加入稳定剂组合物后逐滴加浓硫酸调PH到5,然后加入填料,再加入亚磷酸酯后800~1000r/min转速下高速搅拌,搅拌后包装即可。通过对漆的改性处理,使得漆体具有耐高寒防腐特色,经检测冻不裂且防腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种耐高寒防腐漆。
背景技术
随着时代和现在科技的发展,使当代人对漆在各个方向进行应用,但是在不断应用的过程中,存在一定程度上的缺陷,漆在保护建筑物外墙方向其到了极大的作用,而对于墙漆,一般是指粉刷在墙面上的涂料。是家庭装修中用于墙面的主要的饰材之一。在基础装修费用中占相当的比例。墙漆主要可分为内墙漆和外墙漆。种类:水性内墙漆、油性内墙漆、干粉型内墙漆,属水性涂料,主要由水,乳液,颜料,填料,添加剂五种成分构成。但是对于墙漆其需要在外部环境风吹日晒,雨水刷洗等等的恶劣环境。在北方的城市冬天更是有冻到干裂的风险,现在的环境还有酸雨的冲刷的风险,当冻到干裂时就会有掉的风险,有可能砸到人,当酸雨冲刷后也会腐蚀发生掉落的风险。因此需要刷耐高寒且防腐漆。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高寒防腐漆。
为达到上述目的,本发明主要提供如下技术方案:
一种耐高寒防腐漆,按以下方法制备:A.收集干净整齐的银杏叶和松树叶,清洗干净后,放入烘干机低温烘干,烘干后送入搅碎机进行粉粹,放入乙酸乙酯中浸泡48小时,过滤出滤渣留液体,搅拌液体向其中缓慢加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,再按顺序加入石油醚,聚氨酯,起泡剂,丙烯酸树脂再次恒温搅拌均匀待用;
B.将微晶石蜡,PE蜡,硬脂酸,丁基橡胶水浴加热至60~70℃,再恒温加热4~6h;待用;
C.将步骤A和步骤B得到的成分混合后加入稳定剂组合物后逐滴加浓硫酸调PH 到5,然后加入填料,再加入亚磷酸酯后800~1000r/min转速下高速搅拌,搅拌后包装即可。
所述放入烘干机低温烘干是于20-40度下风干。
所述稳定剂组合物为硬脂酸钙、碳酸钙和氢氧化铝组合物。
所述填料为滑石粉和/或二氧化硅。
本发明的主要优点是:通过对漆的改性处理,使得漆体具有耐高寒防腐特色,经检测冻不裂且防腐蚀。

实施例一
一种耐高寒防腐漆,按以下方法制备:A.收集干净整齐的银杏叶和松树叶,清洗干净后,放入烘干机于35度低温烘干,烘干后送入搅碎机进行粉粹,放入乙酸乙酯中浸泡48小时,过滤出滤渣留液体,取100kg的液体,于搅拌条件下向其中缓慢加入20kg聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,再按顺序加入5kg石油醚,5kg聚氨酯, 5kg起泡剂,5kg丙烯酸树脂再次恒温40度搅拌1小时后待用;
B.将5g微晶石蜡,5kgPE蜡,5kg硬脂酸,5kg丁基橡胶水浴加热至60~70℃, 再恒温加热4~6h;待用;
C.将步骤A和步骤B得到的成分混合后加入稳定剂组合物后逐滴加浓硫酸调PH 到5,然后加入2kg滑石粉,再加入4kg亚磷酸酯后900r/min转速下高速搅拌,搅拌后包装即可。稳定剂组合物是1kg硬脂酸钙、3kg碳酸钙和5kg氢氧化铝组合物。
实施例二
一种耐高寒防腐漆,按以下方法制备:A.收集干净整齐的银杏叶和松树叶,清洗干净后,放入烘干机于38度低温烘干,烘干后送入搅碎机进行粉粹,放入乙酸乙酯中浸泡48小时,过滤出滤渣留液体,取100kg的液体,于搅拌条件下向其中缓慢加入25kg聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,再按顺序加入4kg石油醚,4kg聚氨酯, 5kg起泡剂,7kg丙烯酸树脂再次恒温40度搅拌1小时后待用;
B.将3kg微晶石蜡,6kgPE蜡,5kg硬脂酸,6kg丁基橡胶水浴加热至60~70℃, 再恒温加热4~6h;待用;
C.将步骤A和步骤B得到的成分混合后加入稳定剂组合物后逐滴加浓硫酸调PH 到5,然后加入1kg滑石粉,再加入5kg亚磷酸酯后800r/min转速下高速搅拌,搅拌后包装即可。稳定剂组合物是2kg硬脂酸钙、6kg碳酸钙和3kg氢氧化铝组合物。
实施例三
一种耐高寒防腐漆,按以下方法制备:A.收集干净整齐的银杏叶和松树叶,清洗干净后,放入烘干机于36度低温烘干,烘干后送入搅碎机进行粉粹,放入乙酸乙酯中浸泡48小时,过滤出滤渣留液体,取100kg的液体,于搅拌条件下向其中缓慢加入22kg聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,再按顺序加入6kg石油醚,4kg聚氨酯, 3kg起泡剂,7kg丙烯酸树脂再次恒温40度搅拌1小时后待用;
B.将4kg微晶石蜡,5kgPE蜡,6kg硬脂酸,5kg丁基橡胶水浴加热至60~70℃, 再恒温加热4~6h;待用;
C.将步骤A和步骤B得到的成分混合后加入稳定剂组合物后逐滴加浓硫酸调PH 到5,然后加入1kg滑石粉,再加入5kg亚磷酸酯后1000r/min转速下高速搅拌,搅拌后包装即可。稳定剂组合物是2kg硬脂酸钙、6kg碳酸钙和3kg氢氧化铝组合物。
应用效果:
将漆刷好送入冷冻室,逐渐降温至零下20度,测试耐寒性,结果:未开裂。
将漆刷好送入冷冻室,急速降温至零下20度,测试耐寒性,结果:未开裂。调节雨水到pH低于5.6的酸性的雨水,对刷好漆的墙体进行冲刷,晾晒后,再次冲刷,反复50次。检测防腐性:未腐蚀。

1.一种耐高寒防腐漆,其特征在于:按以下方法制备:A.收集干净整齐的银杏叶和松树叶,清洗干净后,放入烘干机低温烘干,烘干后送入搅碎机进行粉粹,放入乙酸乙酯中浸泡48小时,过滤出滤渣留液体,搅拌液体向其中缓慢加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,再按顺序加入石油醚,聚氨酯,起泡剂,丙烯酸树脂再次恒温搅拌均匀待用;
B.将微晶石蜡,PE蜡,硬脂酸,丁基橡胶水浴加热至60~70℃,再恒温加热4~6h;待用;
C.将步骤A和步骤B得到的成分混合后加入稳定剂组合物后逐滴加浓硫酸调PH到5,然后加入填料,再加入亚磷酸酯后800~1000r/min转速下高速搅拌,搅拌后包装即可。
