and the driving part body is in transmission connection with the driving connecting part so as to lift through the driving connecting part.
Optionally, the driving connection portion includes: the first rotating shaft is arranged between the cutting saw body and the driving part body so as to enable the cutting saw body and the driving part body to rotate relatively, the first rotating seat is arranged on the cutting saw body, and the sleeve part is arranged at the driving end position of the driving part body;

The dust cover is arranged on the cutting saw body and matched with the cutting saw body in shape, so that the cutting saw body is wrapped. Thereby realizing that: the dust cover can move simultaneously along with cutting the saw body and then can realize harmful dust collection work with the dust cover that the volume is less. In addition, the air inlet of the dust cover is arranged on one side of the main body, which faces the saw blade of the cutting saw main body, so that the air inlet is over against the saw blade, harmful dust generated when the saw blade cuts materials such as plates and the like is directly and effectively collected in a targeted manner, and the dust removal effect of the dust cover is improved.

The invention provides a dust-proof device for a cutting saw, which comprises: the main dust cover body wraps the cutting saw body and is matched with the cutting saw body in shape; a main suction pipe disposed on and in communication with the dust cover main body; one end of the main suction pipe is communicated with the negative pressure suction mechanism, and the other end of the main suction pipe faces the cutting position of the saw blade of the cutting saw body.
The dust cover of the present invention comprises: dust cover main part and main suction pipe. The main suction pipe is directly communicated with the negative pressure suction mechanism, so that a larger negative pressure suction force can be generated in the main suction pipe. Through the arrangement of the main suction pipe towards the cutting position of the saw blade of the cutting saw body, the main suction pipe with the strongest suction force can effectively face the position where harmful dust is generated on the saw blade, so that the dust removing capacity of the dust-proof equipment is further improved.
4. According to the dust-proof device for the cutting saw, the main suction pipe is arranged in the moving direction of the saw blade and is respectively arranged on one group of opposite sides of the dust cover main body.
Since the saw blade of the cutting saw body is cutting a plate material or the like, a large amount of harmful dust is generated from the side of the saw blade in the moving direction thereof. Therefore, the main suction pipe is arranged in the moving direction of the saw blade, so that the harmful dust generating position can be effectively and further rightly aligned, and the dust removing capacity of the dust-proof equipment is further improved.

The invention provides a dustproof device for a cutting saw, which comprises a negative pressure suction mechanism and a negative pressure suction mechanism, wherein the negative pressure suction mechanism comprises: one end of the dust cover is communicated with the air exhaust pipeline of which the other end extends to the roof of the factory building, and the negative pressure suction machine is communicated with the air exhaust pipeline.
The whole space layout of the factory building can be effectively optimized by arranging the exhaust pipeline on the roof of the factory building, so that the structure of the factory building is clean and tidy.
6. The invention provides a cutting saw, comprising: a dust-proof device for the cutting saw; and cutting the saw body; the driving connecting part is connected with the cutting saw body; the driving connecting part is of a flexible connecting structure, and the cutting saw body is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity; and the driving part body is in transmission connection with the driving connecting part so as to lift through the driving connecting part.

The dustproof cover not only can play a dustproof role. And the cutting saw body can be limited, so that the cutting saw body is offset in position and automatically adjusted within an allowable range.
9. The invention provides a cutting saw, the driving connecting part also comprises: the driving mechanism fixing frame is provided with the driving connecting part and the driving part body; the driving mechanism fixing frame is driven to move in the horizontal direction so as to drive the cutting saw body to move; the driving mechanism fixing frame is flexibly connected with the driving part body, and the driving part body is vertical to the driving part body along the vertical direction under the action of the self gravity.
The driving mechanism fixing frame can be driven to move along the length direction of the fixing frame guide sliding rail, so that the cutting saw body can horizontally translate, and cutting and resetting actions are further completed.
In the invention, the driving mechanism fixing frame and the driving part body are flexibly connected, so that the driving part body can be kept vertical under the action of gravity, the driving part body and the cutting saw body are kept in a vertical state, and the phenomenon that the driving part body is blocked and the lifting driving action of the cutting saw body is influenced by position offset is avoided.

The main suction pipe 6 is a rectangular housing with an open lower end, is arranged in the moving direction of the saw blade 3, and is respectively arranged on a group of opposite sides of the dust cover main body 5, so that the position where harmful dust is generated can be effectively and further directly opposite, and the dust removing capability of the dust-proof equipment is further improved. In addition, the dust cover 1 is arranged on the cutting saw body 2 and matched with the cutting saw body in shape, so that the cutting saw body 2 is wrapped. Thereby realizing that: the dust cover 1 can move along with the cutting saw body 2, so that harmful dust collection can be realized by using the dust cover 1 with smaller volume;
the negative pressure suction mechanism is communicated with the dust cover 1 so as to form a negative pressure space in the dust cover 1; in this embodiment, the negative pressure suction mechanism includes: one end of the dust cover is communicated with the dust cover 1, the other end of the dust cover extends to an exhaust pipeline of a factory building roof, and the negative pressure suction machine is communicated with the exhaust pipeline.
Of course, the structure of the dust cover 1 is not limited in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the dust cover 1 only includes the main dust cover body 5 wrapping the cutting saw body 2 and matching the shape thereof.

A cutting saw, as shown in fig. 5 and 4, comprising:
a dust-proof device for the cutting saw; and the number of the first and second groups,
a cutting saw body 2;
a driving connection part 7 connected with the cutting saw body 2; as shown in fig. 3, the driving connection part 7 is a flexible connection structure, and the cutting saw body 2 is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of its own weight; in the present embodiment, the drive connection portion 7 includes: a first rotating shaft 9 arranged between the cutting saw body 2 and the driving part body 8 to enable the cutting saw body 2 and the driving part body 8 to rotate relatively, a first rotating seat 10 arranged on the cutting saw body 2, and a sleeve part 11 arranged at the driving end position of the driving part body 8; the first rotating shaft 9 is arranged on the first rotating seat 10, and the sleeve joint part 11 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 9, so that the cutting saw body 2 is vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the gravity of the cutting saw body; the driving part body 8 and the cutting saw body 2 are connected together through the flexible connection structure, so that the heavy cutting saw body 2 can be effectively ensured to be in other states in the cutting moving process, and the cutting saw body 2 can be always vertical in the vertical direction under the action of the gravity of the cutting saw body 2, so that the phenomenon that the cutting saw body 2 is blocked is avoided, and the cutting saw body 2 is ensured to accurately cut the plate;
and the driving part body 8 is in transmission connection with the driving connecting part 7 so as to lift through the driving connecting part 7. Moreover, a relative gap for the position offset of the cutting saw body 2 is formed between the dust cover 1 and the cutting saw body 2; the dust cover 1 restricts the moving range of the cutting saw body 2. The dustproof cover 1 can play a dustproof role. In addition, the cutting saw body 2 can be limited, so that the cutting saw body is offset in position and automatically adjusted within an allowable range;
a driving mechanism fixing frame 12, as shown in fig. 4, on which the driving connecting portion 7 and the driving portion body 8 are mounted; the driving mechanism fixing frame 12 is driven to move in the horizontal direction so as to drive the cutting saw body 2 to move; in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the driving mechanism fixing frame 12 is flexibly connected to the driving portion body 8, and the driving portion body 8 is vertical in the vertical direction under its own weight. Specifically, the driving mechanism fixing frame 12 is provided with a second rotating shaft 13; be provided with on the drive division body 8 with second pivot 13 sets up the second that rotates the continuous seat 14 of rotation, so that drive division body 8 is perpendicular along vertical direction under its self action of gravity, can make its self of drive division body 8 keep along vertical direction is perpendicular under the action of gravity simultaneously to make drive division body 8 all keep the vertical state with cutting saw body 2, avoid the jam to avoid drive division body 8 to take place position offset simultaneously and influence the lift drive action to cutting saw body 2.
