背景技术
犬(狗)和猫经过长期的驯养进化,犬变成以肉食为主的杂食动物,猫仍属于完全肉食动物。犬和猫的消化器官由消化道和消化腺组成,消化过程是物理消化、化学消化和微生物消化的综合结果。
宠物营养是研究宠物摄入、利用营养物质的全过程以及营养物质于宠物生命活动相互关系的科学。食物中的有效成分能够被有机体用以维持生命、生长、繁殖的一切化学物质,被成为营养物质或营养素、养分。犬和猫的基本营养素有蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂类、维生素、矿物质和水。
蛋白质是生命的物质基础。构成蛋白质的基本单位是氨基酸,氨基酸的数量、种类和排列顺序变化,组成了各种各样的蛋白质,不同的蛋白质具有不同的结构和同能。它的主要作用是构成机体组织器官、参与形成机体内功能物质、修补组织更新以及氧化供能转化为脂肪或糖类。图1显示了不同来源蛋白质的生物学价值。

脂肪对犬猫中地能量浓度起到关键作用,能提供必需脂肪酸,合成激素,组成神经系统,构成细胞膜,是皮肤和激素正常运作的重要元素,另外,它还是脂溶性维生素的载体。
维生素和矿物质是动物维持正常生理机能不可缺少的低分子有机化合物,维持动物生命所必需的微量营养成分。既不提供能量,也不是动物体的组成部分,主要是以辅酶和催化剂的形式广泛参与体内代谢和各种化学反应,从而保证机体组织器官的细胞结构和功能的正常。维生素存在量少,不能有动物自身合成,必须由日粮供给。宠物必须矿物元素是在体内具有确切的生理功能和代谢作用。日粮供给不足或缺乏可引起生理功能和结构异常。动物体内矿物元素含量约4%,其中5/6存在于骨骼和牙齿中,其余分布在身体各个部位。
宠物饲料是指经过工业化加工、制作的供宠物犬、猫食用的产品,也可成为宠物食品。宠物配合饲料/全价猫粮/全价狗粮是指为满足宠物不同生命阶段的营养需要,将多种饲料原料和饲料添加剂按照一定比例配制的饲料,单独食用即可满足以上提及的宠物全面营养需要。
犬舌头乳头味蕾相对较少,对味觉敏感度相对人要低;通常犬和猫对氨基酸、不同类型的有机酸和核苷酸有非常高的敏感度,这些都是动物组织中含量丰富的有机物;咸味对犬和猫都有很强的诱使作用,对犬的作用要强于猫;犬和猫的味觉区别在于甜味,犬对甜味有特别的喜好,研究表明,有一个编码甜味受体的基因在猫的舌头上没有表现出来,所以猫对甜味不敏感。
目前国内市场上有上百家宠物食品公司,但其中技术水平参差不齐。随着人们生活水平的提高和爱护动物的意识不断增强,越来越多的家庭会饲养猫、狗作为宠物。猫、狗粮是专门为猫、狗提供的营养食品,其作用主要是为猫、犬提供最基础的生命保证、生长发育和健康所需的营养物质。目前,市场上销售缺乏食材安全且性价比高,营养搭配合理且适口性极佳的宠粮配方。犬猫的肠道相对较短,由于肠道蠕动较快,所以常有饥饿感。日粮中纤维素含量越高,排空速度越快;日粮中谷物蔬菜水果的含量会影响纤维素的含量,纤维素实际上无法为机体提供能量,日粮中过多的纤维素会造成宠物体重下降。日粮中缺乏纤维素又会造成宠物排泄不畅且容易长胖。犬和猫对食物进行酶的消化主要在小肠,由于腺体发达,消化液中蛋白酶和脂肪酶含量丰富,肝脏功能强大,胆汁分泌旺盛,因此犬猫对食物中蛋白质和脂肪的吸收能力相对较强。因此日粮中蛋白质和脂肪含量是非常关键的两个指标来预测宠物能从中获取的能量多少。对于猫来说,过多的谷物蛋白会造成机体过敏,因此最合适吸收的还是动物蛋白,这也是用来结合判断目前市场上宠粮蛋白质指标优劣的标准之一。相对而言,犬猫大肠和盲肠不但细菌数量少,而且种类也少,因此能很好适应更换食物,而犬猫则不能,这也是为什么它们需要逐步换食,否则消化道微生物极易发生紊乱引起腹泻的原因。研究证明,低聚果糖(FOS)和甘露寡糖(MOS)可以促进宠物肠道有益微生物的增长,防止有害微生物定殖,从而维持犬猫肠道的健康。富含有益微生物的发酵类成分如奶酪等也能为机体提供益生菌。因此,在宠粮中含有能有效促进有益微生物生长的成分就能使得宠物脆弱的肠道保持健康。综合来说,宠粮需要满足宠物自身生长和活动的能量需求,并需要保证其处于持续的健康的状态。其食物须具备充足且平衡的营养成分配比,以及一定的抑菌抗炎的效果来应对其日常接触到的一些细菌。另外,我国的宠粮市场还处于发展的起步阶段,在引进国外品牌的同时,我们也需要结合自身中医草本的优势,在保证营养标准的同时,发挥成本优势。家养的宠物容易采食过多而运动不足,长此以往即会导致宠物体脂过高,进而容易增加患上高血脂、高胆固醇、心血管不畅等疾病的风险。同时,宠物尤其猫咪的应激性反应也会导致其心脏功能衰退或失衡。而中医草本能对动物机体某部分具有选择性治疗作用的特性。

本发明的目的是提供一种宠物食粮,按重量计,该食粮包括以下组分:

优选地,当所述宠物食粮适用于狗时,所述动物油脂选自鸡油或鱼油的一种或几种。
优选地,所述果蔬植物选自甘薯、南瓜、胡萝卜粉、甜菜粕、苹果、蔓越莓、螺旋藻粉和丝兰粉的一种或多种。

本发明还提供了一种宠物食粮的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将65-85份肉类熟化后制粉,10-25份果蔬植物制成粉或泥,1-15份草本类制成粉,混合在一起,然后加入5-15份蛋白粉、1-5份功能营养物质,1-5份复合维生素,和1-5份复合矿物质混合搅拌均匀;
(2)将上述混合物挤压膨化成型,然后准备动物油脂5-15份进行喷涂,即得宠物食粮,该宠物食粮营养全面,适合各年龄阶段各种类宠物食用。
优选地,当所述宠物食粮适用于狗时,所述肉类选自兔肉和鸡肉类、鸡肝类、牛肝类、牛肉类、鸭肉类、虾肉类中的一种或多种,当所述宠物食粮适用于猫时,所述肉类选自鱼肉类和鸡肉类、鸡肝类、牛肝类、牛肉类、鸭肉类和虾肉类中的一种或多种。

该宠物犬和猫食粮添加草本类的特别之处在于它具有调节机体免疫力、适应能力、天然抗氧化及抗炎作用,例如,姜黄、薄荷叶等,能温和有效地为宠物机体提供免疫因子,无论宠物处于任何生长阶段,都能发挥其抗病力强的效果。
此外本发明针对现有的宠物粮进行了改进,本发明的宠物食粮利用了更合理的配方和各成分的配比,采用了高质量肉粉、蛋白质粉和油脂作为主要成分,果蔬植物提供营养均衡,不含谷物等易过敏源,氨基酸平衡护理肠道、促进消化,富含不饱和脂肪酸Omega-9和Omega-3/6保护心脏,美毛护脑,丰富的营养矿物质,钙磷均衡,促进骨骼生长。

在本发明的一个优选实施例中,按重量计,适用于猫的宠物食粮包括以下组分:鸡肉鲜肉20份,鲜鸡肝10份,鲜三文鱼肉20份,牛肉鲜肉10份,奶酪粉8份,三文鱼油5份,南瓜7份,甜菜粕5份,丝兰粉1份,蔓越莓2份,姜黄2份,薄荷叶1份,黄芪1份,枸杞1份,牛磺酸2份,果寡糖1份,硫酸锌1份,碘酸钙1份,维生素D3 1份,维生素B1 1份,维生素B2 1份。
本发明的宠物食粮中所用的薄荷叶具有宣散风热、清利头目、抗毒抗炎、保肝利胆等作用。薄荷叶对常见的病原菌都由很好的抗菌活性最低抑菌浓度范围为0.039%-5.00%。薄荷叶含挥发油,主要成分为薄荷醇,其由很强的利胆作用。另外内服小量薄荷能引起皮肤毛细血管矿长,促进汗腺分泌,增加散热,同时猫咪对薄荷叶有特殊的敏感性,这一作也是通过其兴奋了中枢而实现的。
本发明的宠物食粮中所用的姜黄性温,味辛、苦。归心、脾、肝三经。有破血行气、散结止痛之功。根据中医药理,姜黄素能有效抑制胶原和肾上腺素引起的血小板聚集,减少心肌耗氧量,对于缓解宠物尤其是猫咪的应激反应对其心脏或心血管带来的伤害能起到有效的作用。另外姜黄能提高载脂蛋白A水平,降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量,增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,起到降血脂的作用。对于家养的宠物来讲,主要在室内活动,有限的空间和运动量造成宠物体脂控制容易超出正常范围。因此,加入姜黄能温和有效地降低宠物高血脂高胆固醇的风险。除此以外,根据体外实验,姜黄素对球菌有抑制作用,挥发油有强大的抗真菌,抗炎作用。此外,姜黄素还有抗氧化,可降低细胞内的活性氧水平,保护线粒体功能和调节细胞凋亡等途径,保护细胞的氧化损伤。
下面是更为具体的实施例展开本发明,但是本发明不限制在这些实施例的范围。除非另外指明,本发明中的份数以重量计。

随机选取30只实验狗进行试喂,分别利用实施例1、实施例3、对比例1制备的宠物食粮和市售宠物狗食粮(购自某超市),连续喂养20天,对实验狗采食量、粪便是否成型、有无眼屎方面形成实验数据并进行对比,结果见表1和表2。
随机选取30只实验猫进行试喂,分别实施例2、实施例4、对比例2和市售宠物猫食粮(购自某超市),连续喂养20天,对实验猫采食量、粪便是否成型、有无眼屎或泪痕方面形成实验数据并进行对比,结果见表3和表4。

从表1可以看出与现有市售宠物狗粮相比,本发明的宠物狗食粮更加适口。从表2可以看出,现有市售宠物狗粮相比,本发明的宠物狗食粮能给狗提供更全面的营养,使狗更健康,并且从对比例1和实施例1的对比可以看出,草本类在基本不影响适口性的情况下,明显增加了宠物狗的健康状况。
从表3可以看出与现有市售宠物猫粮相比,本发明的宠物猫食粮更加适口。从表4可以看出,现有市售宠物猫粮相比,本发明的宠物猫食粮能给猫提供更全面的营养,使猫更健康,并且从对比例2和实施例2的对比可以看出,草本类基本不影响适口性的情况下,明显增加了宠物猫的健康状况。
从以上描述可以可看出本发明的宠物犬、猫食粮的成分天然,食品安全有保障,根据宠物的生理特点,合理调配各类成分的比例:各种肉类65-85份,蛋白质粉5-15份,动物油脂含量达5-15份,果蔬植物的比例达15-25份,草本类含量达1-15份,以及营养素类添加剂含量达1-15份。这样的合理配比既通过宠物易吸收的肉类优质蛋白提升了宠粮的适口性,又为宠物提供了生长发育繁殖所必须的营养和能量。本发明还通过添加功能营养物质,例如,果寡糖等有益成分以抑制猫狗在日常生活中的一些常见问题,如消化不良,泌尿道疾病,毛发皮肤问题等。另外,本发明通过添加了具有调节机体免疫力、适应能力、天然抗氧化、抗炎作用的中医天然草本成分,如姜黄、薄荷叶辅以其他草本类成分;温和有效地为机体提供免疫因子,无论宠物处于任何生长阶段,都能发挥其抗病力强的效果。
