In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a first layer of bricks are laid horizontally in a straight line from left to right by adopting the foundations built by using the layers of the pressed joints of the bricks with the width from bottom to top, and when a layer of bricks is built, the first layer of bricks need to be contracted to the inner side of the mud pit wall by a plurality of centimeters, and each layer of the brick surface of the mud pit wall which is built in a circulating and reciprocating manner is that the brick heads of the wall surface are displayed no matter seen from left to right or from top to bottom: a layer of convex drums 15 and a layer of concave flat 16, or the mud cellar walls 7 and 1 are built in a random variable state. In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the four circles of the wall 7,1 of the mud pit are built by using the brick joints with the wide lower part and the narrow upper part, the first layer of bricks on the wall foundation of the mud pit are horizontally built from the right to the left, and each layer is upwards from the second layer, and the same row of bricks for building the brick joints are built: one brick is flush with the basic brick, and one brick is retracted into the mud pit wall by a plurality of Cm, so that the brick surface of the whole mud pit wall is inclined from bottom to top at an angle of 45 degrees from the right to the left in a manner of a convex drum 15, a concave drum 16 and a flat surface 16 which are equal and symmetrical from the second layer to the top, and the mud pit wall 7,1 is in a state (shown in figure 2); in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the brick wall surface is embodied as follows: the fermentation wine cellar is formed by straight and flat building from right to left, a convex drum 15 and a concave flat 16 which are inclined from left to right and from bottom to top at an angle of 45 degrees in opposite directions from the second layer to top, and a movable transverse blocking plate 17,2 is arranged in each groove which is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees in opposite directions at intervals of a plurality of Cm. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the mud pit wall hanging body 40 is arranged on the full wall surface from bottom to top or from top to bottom on the vertical single-sided mud pit brick wall which is built by bricks and has a flat surface and a wide lower part and a narrow upper part; and then two sides of the middle brick wall of two adjacent mud cellars 7,2 are downwards provided with the double-wall full single-wall surface and the hanging body 40 like a jockey wall, and the further preferable embodiment of the invention also adopts the convex drum 15 and the concave flat 16 described in the brick laying, and the combination of the two modes is made of various plates: the mud pit wall coating body 40 in the state of 1 is made into a convex drum 17 and a concave flat 17 which are mutually and equally symmetrical and incline from bottom to top at an angle of 45 degrees from left to right, or the mud pit wall coating body 40 in the state of 1 is made into a convex drum 17 and a concave flat 17 which are mutually and equally symmetrical and incline from bottom to top at an angle of 45 degrees from the opposite direction from right to left; in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hanging body 40 is a bottom plate laid in a frame width on the center line of four frames 41,3, wherein the center line is connected with a plurality of holes 26,1 of the body through a sealing structure, or a plurality of vertical or horizontal or random variable reinforcing lining belts 41,1, the bottom plate is horizontally aligned and linearly cut from bottom to top or from top to bottom layer by layer according to a certain distance from top to bottom, the cut bottom plate is moved downwards to form a bottom plate transverse support 41,2 in an upward slightly-warped state at an angle smaller than 90 degrees with the bottom plate, the independently movable mud pit hanging body 40 is shown in a state of one layer of convex drum 1 and one layer of concave drum 17,1, and each layer of the upward slightly-warped bottom plate transverse supports 21,2 and the head end are arranged; or the mud pit wall hanging body 40 is arranged into a random variable type; in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the brick and the plate are selected to form the structural shape which is inclined at 45 degrees and is respectively different from the left to the right or from the right to the left, from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom, and the structural shape is inclined at 45 degrees and is opposite to the direction, so that the double-sided mud pit independent movable suspension body 40 is manufactured (as shown in fig. 2), a plurality of vertical type liner belts 41,1 with hole openings are connected to two opposite inner sides of the center line of the four frames 41,3 through a sealing structure, a bottom plate transverse support 41,2 with various strip-shaped plates with proper width is adopted, the bottom plate transverse support 41,2 is paved and connected with the two opposite sides of the plurality of vertical type liner belts 41,1 according to a certain vertical distance, is horizontally aligned from one side to the other side in the four frames and is connected through the sealing structure, and the ends of the bottom plate transverse support 41,2 are slightly upwards tilted at 90 degrees with the vertical type liner belts 41,1, and the two opposite sides of the bottom plate transverse support 41,2, or the double-sided independent movable hanging body 41 is made into a tower-shaped state with wide lower part and narrow upper part (as shown in figure 1); the double-sided mud pit hanging body is provided with the independently movable mud pit hanging body with the full height 41 and the half height 41,6, the board for display and the manufacturing method are selected to manufacture the various double-sided independently movable mud pit hanging bodies which are inclined upwards at an angle of 45 degrees from the right to the left and from the bottom to the top and from the left to the right and from the bottom to the top to the 45 degrees opposite to the display, the two displayed double-sided independently movable whole vertical full height 41 and half height 41,6 mud pit hanging bodies are respectively provided with a pair of short hanging strips 39 or a long hanging strip 39,4 at the two ends of the upper side of the protection frame with the same width, or more than one hanging hole 39,3 is arranged on the edge of each double-sided mud pit hanging body frame; the further preferred technical scheme is that the bottom of a square frame 41,3 made of various plates and keeping the same shape with the mud pit wall 7,1 in the same area from top to bottom and filling the pit mud space from top to bottom is inserted into the pit mud at the bottom of the pit, and the strip 41,4 which is laid transversely layer by layer from bottom to top and is the narrowest at the bottommost layer and widened layer by layer from top to bottom is spaced by a plurality of cm from top to bottom in the distance from the two vertical frame edges of the square frame to the bottom, or vice versa: the widths of the battens are increased downwards layer by layer at the narrowest part of the highest layer; the laid strips 41,4 of the laminate are either upright or inclined upwards and inwards at an angle of several cm or inclined downwards and outwards at an angle of several cm; the transverse battens 41,4, the transverse lining belts 41,1 connected with the mud pit wall towards the back, are perforated at a right angle of 90 degrees at the head ends and are fixedly connected with the mud pit brick wall 7,1 through expansion bolts 41,5, and the square frames 41 are connected by adopting a sealing structure at all junctions, but the angle of inward convergence of the two outer corners of the front bottom edge of each square frame 41,3 inclining forwards and outwards is equal to or larger than the angle of inclination from the top to the bottom. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, two sides of a middle reserved wider lane are respectively arranged at an angle of 45 degrees on the ground of the liquor making workshop, and the two sides are towards the lane direction and are respectively reserved with a full-open vertical full-height and half-height mud cellar doors 42 and 43 at one side of each adjacent lane; in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wall piles on both sides of the fully open vertical mud pit door are respectively in a transverse T shape and are connected with the middle walls of two adjacent mud pits backwards, the fully open vertical full-height and half-high mud pit doors 42 and 43 are closed by closely contacting the outer sides of the leaves and the inner sides of the T-shaped door piles 46, the inner sides of the vertical full-height and half-high mud pit doors 42 and 43 adopt the mud pit hanging body 40 made of the plate materials, and the structural form and the manufacturing method described and shown are manufactured and perfectly configured. Further preferred embodiments of the present invention also provide that the full-height, half-height vertical full open mud doors 42, 43 are arranged to: the outer door stacks 46 of the driveways are provided with hinges 42,1 which are bent long and thick and are internally provided with full-height and half-height vertical mud cellar doors 42, 43 which are opened and closed towards the outer sides of the travelling crane; further, according to the selected technical scheme, the fully-open half-high mud cellar door 43 is also provided with interfaces which are in butt joint up and down and are respectively in opposite stepped openings 44, and the interfaces are in tight butt joint; or the interfaces which are butted up and down are adopted to form opposite acute angles of 45 degrees and tight butting interfaces 45 with opposite angles; and/or by using a combination of the aforementioned stepped ports and the 45 ° acute opposing angle docking ports (as shown in fig. 3). In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a wider and strong string in the form of a pocket of rigid or flexible material having twice the height of the door is placed on the ground in an equally symmetrical display, the door is laid on the string, the other half of the string is held in an equally symmetrical position opposite to the lower surface of the door, the upper and lower surfaces are fixed and the excess part is left as the full-height vertical pit door 42, a pair of short straps 39 or long straps 39,4 opposite to the upper ends, and/or more than one hook hole 39,3 is provided on the upper side of the full-height or half-height vertical pit door; (as shown in fig. 2). In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the fully open vertical full-height and half- height 42, 43, the mud cellar door and the independent movable single-side and double-side mud cellar hanging body 40,1, 41,6 must be made of firm materials and reinforced, and the fully open type wine cellar door is also suitable for fermentation of other flavor types or wineries, and construction and use of fully open type wine cellars such as brick laying, stone setting, cement finishing and the like. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, each of said mud cellars in the liquor shop is provided with a pipe tray support 23,2 (as shown in fig. 1) which can be moved at any time and has a length and width dimension slightly smaller than the four middle walls of the mud cellars and is placed on the top of said mud cellars on the edges of the four walls of the mud cellars; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a mud pit cover 26 which has the same length and width dimensions as the center line of the wall top of the mud pit, is arranged on each mud pit in the liquor-making workshop, has a micro-trapezoidal long and wide surface and is larger than the pipeline support and discharge support laid on the pit top, except for the inlet 26,1 of the front pipe head 19 provided with the double valves 9 on two sides of two output pipelines, and a window 26,4 provided with a movable cover curtain 26,2 is reserved at a position suitable for manual operation and observation; and the cover 26, the whole of other mud cellar covers except the fully open mouth of the bottom are all in a fully closed state, the material of the mud cellar cover 26 is a rigid thin plate material and/or a thin flexible transparent or semitransparent material, and the upper two sides of the mud cellar cover 26 are respectively provided with a handle 26, 3. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution in the yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution storage tank 21 in the underground cave storage wine pit are guided into the yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution sub-storage tank 21 and 2 at the highest point of the ground topography of the wine distilling workshop through the pump bodies 21 and 3 of the yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution storage tank through the output pipeline 11. In the preferred technical scheme, a cold and hot air output pipeline 10 is laid and installed on the middle walls 7 and 1 of the two rows of closely adjacent mud cellars which are mutually symmetrical; is connected with the cold and heat generator 22 and the gas transmission pump body 22,1 thereof; laying two yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution output pipelines 23 and 23,1 at the same time; the former is a spraying output pipeline 11 which is directly connected with pump bodies 21,2 on yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution separate storage tanks 21,1 on the ground of a distilled spirit workshop; the latter is a drip irrigation output pipeline 11 which is directly connected with a valve 9 on an output port at the outer bottom of a yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution separate storage tank pool 21 and 1 on the ground of a distilled spirit workshop; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the front pipe heads 19 of the double-sided single valves 9 of the cold and hot output pipeline 10 enter the mud pit cover 26 through the corresponding hole ports 26 and 1, and the double valves 9 are respectively arranged on two sides of the two yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution output pipelines 11, except that the cold and hot output pipeline 10 is not used for the mud pit cover 26, and other pipe heads and pipelines are connected in the mud pit cover 26, the double valves 9 on two sides of the two yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution spray 23, drip irrigation tank 23 and 1 output pipeline are respectively provided with the quick loose-joint or pull-plug 20 and the front pipe head 19 connected with the quick loose-joint or pull-plug 20 and the front pipe head 19 which enters each corresponding mud pit cover 26, the corresponding hole ports 26 and 1 are reserved in the mud pit cover 26, the spray 23, drip irrigation 23 and 1 matched with the mud pit cover 26 are laid in the mud pit cover, the pipelines pass through the quick loose-joint and pull-plug 20, the connection is carried out, and the tray supports 23 and 2 are paved by a spraying output pipeline 23 and one of drip irrigation pipelines 23 and 1, or the combination thereof, or separated from the cellar or the same cellar, or vertically or horizontally, or in a random variable mode (as shown in figure 1); in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the spraying pipeline 23 can also be connected with the underground overground yellow water and mud pit nutrient solution output pipeline 11 by a tee joint; or directly connected with the other pump body 21,4 on the underground yellow water and mud cellar nutrient solution storage tank 21; adopting a mode of manual cooperation with computer monitoring and computer management, spraying or dripping yellow water and pit mud nutrient solution into the fermentation mud pit throughout the year, and fermenting at constant temperature; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a slurry mixing submersible pump body 25,1 is respectively arranged in each container at the bottom of the mud cellar, a slurry suction port at the bottom of the submersible pump body is wrapped by a filter screen, and yellow water accumulated in the containers is pumped to two branch pipelines which are respectively provided with a valve 9 and a tee joint at the top of the mud cellar at any time through an output pipeline 11; one is connected with the spraying pipeline 23 through a quick loose joint and a shifting plug-in component 20; the other one is connected with the upper pipe head 19 of the container 8 which is a totally closed tank type container except that the upper and lower parts of the upper pipe head 19 are respectively provided with an inlet and outlet pipe head 19, and the front end of the other one is larger but not higher than the spray droping pipeline tray bracket 23, 2; the lower pipe head is connected with the drip irrigation pipeline 23,1 through a quick loose joint and plug-in component 20; or the spraying 23 and the drip irrigation 23,1 are connected with the slurry mixing diving pump bodies 21,5 through a tee joint, and the same cellar or separate cellars are all changed into a spraying use mode; and/or two output pipelines of the spraying and drip irrigation are connected with the mud cellar cover 26, the inner container 8 and the pipe head 19 at the bottom through a tee joint, a quick loose joint and plug-in component 20, so that the mud cellar and the two output pipelines are all simultaneously used in the same cellar or separate cellars to form a drip irrigation use mode. The preferable technical proposal is that two, three and four mud cellars 7,2 share one container 8, a slurry mixing diving pump body 21,5 is respectively arranged in the container, and two pipelines which are respectively branched out from a matched four-way branch and lead to the top of each mud cellars are respectively provided with a valve 9 for standby; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, various metal screens and plates with dense uniform or non-uniform small hole openings 26,1 are adopted to manufacture horizontal whole width 13, half width 24,1, vertical whole width 25, half height 25,3 rigid bags and quilts for containing the pit mud with the thickness of a plurality of cm, and reticular bags and quilts sewn by flexible knitted products, knitted products or textile products are filled with the pit mud with the proper thickness and are spread and leveled to be shaped, and long needle threads are penetrated in a zigzag manner up and down to carry out longitude and latitude dense sewing to manufacture a plurality of the pit bags and the quilts used horizontally and vertically; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a plurality of flexible bags and quilts which are horizontally used in the mud cellar are required to be sewn on each mud cellar 7,2, the area of each bag and quilt is larger than the plane area of the mud cellar, the mud cellar is suitable for each horizontal whole 13, the mud cellar bags and the quilts can be alternately covered on the top of the mud cellar and are also suitable for being pleated and wrinkled and paved on each layer of fermented grains in the mud cellar 7, 2; and spread on the assorted tray shelf 24, go in and out the said mud cellar at the same time; the mud pit bag and the quilt which are made into the whole vertical full-height and 25 and half-height 25 and 3 and are made of various rigid materials are equal to the capacity of the mud pit; the volume of the pit is not more than the position and the volume of the pit used in the pit which are vertically matched with each other; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the tray supports 24,24 and 2 matched with the horizontal whole width 13, half width 24 and 1 and the mud cellar bag quilt are manufactured by a method that four frames 41 and 3 are connected and paved with lining belts 41 and 1 with holes 26 and 1 on the whole body or vertically or horizontally or optionally in a variable mode through a sealing structure on the inner central line, and a pair of short-width hanging belts 39 opposite to each other or long-width hanging belts 39 and 4 on two opposite sides are respectively arranged on the whole horizontal half width tray supports 24,24 and 2 and two side frames 41 and 3; and/or more than one hook hole 39,3 is arranged on the upper edge of each frame; (as shown in fig. 2 and 3). Further preferred embodiments of the present invention are also vertical full 25 and half 25,3 matching rack supports 25,1, 25,2, made by connecting four frames 41,3, inner median or vertical or horizontal or random variable lining belts 41,1 through sealing structure and having a pair of short straps 39 on both ends of the upper side frame, or having a long strap 39,4 on both opposite sides and/or having more than one hook hole 39,3 on the upper edge of each rack support; the further preferred embodiment of the invention is that a plurality of vertical full-width 25 and half-height 25,3 vertical lining protective frames which are made of various materials with the same depth and width as the mud cellar and are the same as the cellar container are sewn or manufactured, and the mud cellar bag and the quilt are matched with the vertical hanging lining protective frames 25,1, 25,2, and are matched and placed into the cellar; or independently put into the cellar for use; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a plurality of horizontal mud cellar bags 13 and 24,1 in half width are laid on the tray frames 24,2 matched with each other and are matched with the horizontal mud cellar bags for cellar use; or independently put into the cellar for use; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the transverse whole width 13 and the half width 24,1 of the upper and lower two layers of the fermented grains laid in the mud cellar are vertically arranged, and one or two vertical strip-shaped muds 25,3 with the height of a plurality of cm are vertically arranged in the middle of the mud cellar bag and the quilt, the cellar bag and the quilt; in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material selected from various rigid or flexible materials is used for making the mud pit bag and the quilt, and the thickness and the area of the mud pit bag and the quilt are the same as those of the material selected from the following materials: a plurality of small circle-shaped semi-finished products of the whole horizontal type breadth 13, the half breadth 24,1 or the whole vertical type breadth 25, the half height and the strip 25,3 which are connected and reinforced into a whole are in the shape of small circles, when the mud cellar bag and the quilt are laid on the first layer: the second layer on the pocket belt which is wider and firm and has the length of the mud pit bag, the quilt 13, 24,1, 25,3 and the width twice as high as the redundant pocket belt is left from the starting end: the third layer of the lower single surface of the mud cellar bag and the quilt, which is in equal symmetry with the pocket belt and blocks the waist and the bottom, is as follows: the fourth layer of the mud pit bag and the quilt is a semi-finished product which is filled with pit mud, connected with and fixed into a whole and made of small circles: the fifth layer on the other upper single side of the mud pit bag and the quilt which are the same as the second layer is as follows: the rest hanging strips below are folded back to the upper side, the hanging strips are positioned and reinforced at the same position as the lower hanging strips, the extended hanging strips are a pair of short-width hanging strips with two opposite ends or a long-width hanging strip with two opposite sides, and the mud pit bag, the quilt and the upper and lower pocket belts are sewn together into an ideal and suitable mud pit bag quilt by adopting long-needle silk threads through dense longitude and latitude (as shown in figure 2). Further preferably, the two sides are made of rigid or flexible materials, or one side is rigid and the other side is flexible and mixed, and the transverse whole width 13, or the transverse half width 24,1, a mud pit bag, a quilt, or the vertical whole width 25,3, the mud pit bag and the quilt are made of composite materials filled with pit mud with the thickness of a plurality of cm; or the large square bucket 13,1 of the horizontal whole and half mud cellars which has the same plane and area with each layer and is in an open square bucket shape by the bottom and four bucket walls which are 90 degrees, right angles and upwards and have a plurality of cm heights is manufactured, and the bucket bottom at the bottommost layer and four circles of walls are made without adopting the composite material for containing the cellars; the bottom of each upward layer is made of a composite material for containing pit mud; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the small square hoppers 23 and 3 of the mud pit and the hopper walls on one side of the two hopper walls which are adjacent to the two hopper walls of the two hoppers in the pit are made of composite materials which are required to contain pit mud, and the other parts of the small square hoppers are made in the same way as the large square hoppers 13 and 1; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, all the large and small square hoppers 13,1, 23 and 3, the four vertical walls and the hopper bottoms are made of composite materials for containing pit mud, so that the movable pit mud becomes the movable pit mud and can be directly placed into a brick pit for fermentation; in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pit size square is produced by forming a square frame from four walls and a bottom of a composite material containing pit mud and, if necessary, other rigid or flexible materials other than pit mud by using upper and lower lunches 13,2, 23,4 and vertical lunches 13,3, 23,5 (see fig. 3), and the bottom of the pit size square 13,1, 23,3 is formed by: the hinge 14 is arranged at the lower cross edge of the hopper bottom 13,2, 23,4, 1 to enable the whole hopper bottom to become a movable hopper bottom door 14,4 which can be opened and closed, and the opening and closing mechanism 14,2 is arranged at the middle position of the lower cross edge of the hopper bottom 13,2, 23,4 which is corresponding to the side of the hinge 14,1 and is in close contact with the lower cross edge of the hopper bottom; in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the mud pit size prescription 13,1, 23,3 and the bottom of the hopper are set as follows: the middle of the bucket bottom is additionally provided with lower cross edge lunches 13,2, 23 and 4, hinges 14 and 1 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the bucket bottom, so that the bucket bottom is changed into two double bucket bottom doors 14 and 3 which are opened and closed from the middle to the outer side, and opening and closing mechanisms 14 and 2 are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the lower cross edge lunches, which are tightly contacted with the outer sides of the two bucket bottom doors respectively; further preferred embodiments of the invention also provide that the hopper bottom is configured such that: hinges 14 and 4 are respectively arranged on the two corresponding outer lower cross edge lunches 13,2, 23 and 4, so that the bucket bottom is changed into two double bucket bottom doors 14 and 3 which are opened and closed from two sides to the middle, and an opening and closing mechanism 14 and 2 is arranged in the middle of the two outer lower cross edge lunches which are opened and closed from the outside to the inside and are tightly contacted; further preferred embodiments of the invention also, or the mud pit size square buckets 13,1, 23,3, are configured as: a hinge 14,1 is arranged at one side of any vertical edge lune 13,3, 23,5 of the hopper, so that the hopper wall becomes an openable vertical wall door 14,6, and an opening and closing mechanism 17,2 is arranged at the vertical edge lune 13,3, 23,5 where the movable vertical wall door 14,6 and one side corresponding to the hinge 14,1 are in close contact with the hinge; in a further preferable embodiment of the invention, hinges 14 and 1 are respectively arranged on two sides of one vertical edge lunchbox 13,3, 23 and 5 on any opposite sides of the square hopper of the mud pit, so that the two vertical wall doors are changed into two diagonally opposite vertical wall doors 14 and 5, and an opening and closing mechanism 14 and 2 is arranged at the tight contact position of the other side of the two vertical wall doors and the vertical edge lunchboxes 13,3, 23 and 5;
