The installation mode between the base plate 2 and the keel 1 can be determined according to the installation direction of the keel 1, when the base plate 2 is suitable for insertion, the clamping groove 5 of the base plate 2 is aligned with the clamping piece 15 of the keel 1, the base plate is inserted into the keel 1 from the end part of the keel 1, and then the base plate slides to a proper position; when being fit for the buckle, then aim at buckle 15 with the buckle groove 5 of base plate 2, press, accomplish the buckle can on suitable position to buckle 15.

When assembling the substrates 2 (carrying the tiles 3), the insertion can be performed through the female connection ports 4 and the connecting members 6.
The first fixing arm 61 of the connector 6 abuts against the lower end wall 42 of the female connection port 4 of the left-hand board 2. The first panel 612 of the first fixing arm 61 may be provided with a nail insertion groove for marking a nail insertion position for a screw, a fastening nail, or the like, so as to facilitate the nail insertion. The screw is taken as an example for explanation. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the screw is screwed into the first fixing arm 61 from the screw-in groove position on the first panel 612, passes through the first fixing arm 61 to be fixedly connected with the substrate 2, and a cross rib 21 structure with a smaller cavity can be arranged at the end fixedly connected position of the substrate 2, so as to improve the fastening effect of the screw and enhance the structural strength of the end.
Further, the first bottom wall 611 of the first fixing arm 61 abuts against the lower end wall 42, so that the height of the first bottom wall 611 can be raised, and correspondingly, the recess 22 is formed at the corresponding position of the back side surface of the base plate 2 to match with the first bottom wall 611, so that the mounting position of the first fixing arm 61 is relatively fixed. It will be understood that the recesses 22 may be provided at corresponding positions on the lower end wall 42 of the end portion of the back side surface of the substrate 2, so as to form a positioning effect, determine the fixed connection position of the connecting member 6 and the substrate 2, and facilitate the connection and fixation.
The second fixing arm 62 of the connector 6 can be disposed in contact with the lower end wall 42 of the female connector 4 of the right-hand board 2. The second panel 622 of the second fixing arm 62 can be locked and inserted into the nail groove, so that the nail inserting position can be conveniently marked by screws, fastening nails and the like, and the nail inserting is convenient. The screw is taken as an example for explanation. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the screw nail is driven into the second fixing arm 62 at the position of the nail driving groove on the second panel 622, and passes through the second fixing arm 62 to be fixedly connected with the mounting surface, or fixedly connected with other connecting structures, so as to fix the position of the connecting member 6 and enhance the assembling stability of the base plate 2 (including the ceramic tile 3).
Further, the second bottom wall 621 of the second fixing arm 62 abuts against the mounting surface or a plane of another connecting structure, thereby stabilizing the connection stability of the connecting member 6.
It will be appreciated that the basic structure of the first and second retaining arms 61, 62 is identical, except for the relative affixation location of the main bar 63, as shown in fig. 6. The first fixing arm 61 is used to fix the connecting element 6 and the substrate 2, and the second fixing arm 62 is used to fix the connecting element 6 and the mounting surface (or other connecting structure).
In the embodiment of the invention, the connecting female port 4 of the left substrate 2 is inserted at the left side of the leveling terminal 7, the connecting female port 4 of the right substrate 2 is inserted at the right side of the leveling terminal 7, the two connecting female ports 4 are butted to form a connecting female cavity, the leveling terminal 7 is buckled in the connecting female cavity, and the extension rib 64 is positioned in the butt joint gap of the lower bottom wall of the connecting female cavity. The first retaining arm 61 supports the left side base plate 2 and the second retaining arm 62 supports the right side base plate 2 such that the two base plates 2 can be organized together and secured to a mounting surface (or other attachment structure).
After the two tiles 3 are assembled through the base plate 2, a gap is formed between the two tiles, which is a connecting gap 9. The leveling gap 71 of the leveling terminal 7 is opposite to the connecting gap 9, so that the leveling device can be inserted into the leveling gap 71 through the connecting gap 9 and further enter the leveling terminal 7 to perform corresponding leveling operation. The levelers are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
It can be understood that the base plate 2 is sequentially inserted and fixed with the connecting piece 6 to complete the assembly and splicing of the ceramic tiles 3 of the whole wall surface.
It will be appreciated that the joint 9 can mitigate thermal expansion and contraction of the tile 3. The special seam filling operation can be carried out, and the corresponding materials are used for filling the seam.
In the embodiment of the invention, the keel 1 can be made of metal, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the keel is close to that of the ceramic tile on the premise of meeting the strength requirement. The substrate 2 may be a stone-plastic plate.
