Claims (10)

1. The connecting structure of the assembled artificial board curtain wall is characterized by comprising a main body structure (8), and a plurality of connecting components and unit plates which are arranged on the main body structure (8), wherein the connecting components are uniformly distributed at intervals from bottom to top;
the connecting assembly comprises a connecting piece (6) and a plug-in (4), the plug-in (4) consists of a bottom plate (402) and two inclined plates (401) symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate (402), a through long cavity groove structure with an upper opening is formed, and the opening of the cavity groove is gradually increased; the plug-in (4) is provided with at least 2 connecting pieces (6) along the length direction, and the connecting pieces (6) are fixedly connected with the main body structure (8);
the unit plate comprises a cross beam (3), upright columns (7), supporting keels (2) and artificial boards (1), the cross beam (3) is of a through-long hollow cavity structure with an inverted trapezoidal section, the length of the cross beam (3) is the same as that of the plug-in (4), and a plurality of upright columns (7) are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the cross beam (3) at equal intervals along the length direction of the cross beam; the same sides of the side parts of all the stand columns (7) on the cross beam (3) are fixedly provided with a supporting keel (2) and fixedly connected with an artificial board (1) through the supporting keel (2), namely a unit plate block is formed;
a unit plate is arranged between two adjacent connecting assemblies, a cross beam (3) of the unit plate is matched and placed in a cavity groove of an insert (4) in one connecting assembly, and the top of an upright post (7) of the unit plate is fixedly connected with a connecting piece (6) in the other adjacent and upper connecting assembly;
the number of the unit plates is a plurality of and is evenly distributed from bottom to top at intervals, and the artificial boards (1) of two adjacent unit plates are aligned up and down and are arranged closely.

The connection structure of the assembled artificial board curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein one end of each of the two sloping plates (401) of the plug-in unit (4) far away from the bottom plate (402) is provided with a folded edge (405), the two folded edges (405) are symmetrically arranged at the upper opening of the cavity groove of the plug-in unit (4), and the distance between the two folded edges (405) is slightly larger than the width of the upper surface of the beam (3).

The connection structure of assembled artificial board curtain wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connection member (6) comprises a connection plate divided into a left part and a right part, which are respectively marked as a support plate and a plugboard; the upper surface of the plug board is symmetrically provided with two inclined side plates (603), a plate frame slot with an opening at the upper part is formed between the plug board and the two side plates (603) on the upper surface of the plug board, the section of the plate frame slot is a trapezoidal slot, and the slot width gradually decreases from outside to inside; the inner part of the trapezoid groove of the plate frame slot is matched with the outer part of the plug-in (4), and the plug-in (4) can be matched and inserted into the plate frame slot; the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the main body structure (8) through screws.

The connection structure of assembled artificial board curtain wall as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner sides of the end parts of the two side plates (603) far away from the insertion plate are provided with hanging grooves (601), the opening of the hanging groove (601) faces downwards, and the outer walls of the two sides of the insertion piece (4) are provided with corresponding hooks (404); when the plug-in (4) is inserted into the plate frame slot in a matching way, the hooks (404) at two sides of the plug-in (4) can penetrate into the hanging grooves (601) of the two side plates (603) in a matching way.

The connection structure of the fabricated artificial board curtain wall according to claim 3, wherein a pair of reinforcing ribs (602) inclined obliquely upward are symmetrically disposed at the inner side of the middle portion of the two side plates (603), the inclination angle of the reinforcing ribs (602) is 45 °, when the plug-in unit (4) is inserted into the plate frame slot, the two reinforcing ribs (602) are tightly abutted against the two outer side walls of the plug-in unit (4) in a matching manner, so as to prevent the plug-in unit (4) from loosening.

The connection structure of assembled artificial board curtain wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom plate (402) is provided with circular through holes (403), the cross beam (3) is provided with corresponding bolt holes, and when the cross beam (3) is fittingly placed in the cavity groove of the plug-in unit (4) in the connection assembly, the circular through holes (403) of the bottom plate (402) and the bolt holes of the cross beam (3) are connected and fixed by corresponding bolts.

The connection structure of the assembled artificial board curtain wall according to claim 3, further comprising a sealing rubber strip (5), wherein the upper and lower ends of the artificial board (1) are respectively provided with a boss (101) and a matched groove (102); the boss (101) is of a trapezoidal structure, the shape of the sealing rubber strip (5) is similar to that of the outer surface of the boss (101), and a plurality of burrs (501) are arranged on the outer side of the sealing rubber strip (5);

3) fixedly connecting a connecting piece (6) of a connecting assembly with a main body structure (8) through a screw, then installing a unit plate block on the connecting assembly, inserting a cross beam (3) of the unit plate block into a cavity groove of an insert (4) in the connecting assembly in a matching manner, connecting and fixing the insert (4) and the cross beam (3) through a bolt, and bonding a sealing rubber strip (5) on a boss (101) of an artificial board (1) in the unit plate block; then installing a next connecting component upwards, welding and fixing the bottom of an insert (4) in the next connecting component installed upwards and the top of a stand column (7) of a unit plate block below, and installing the connecting components and the unit plate blocks according to the sequence from bottom to top, namely completing the installation of the artificial board curtain wall;
wherein, the bottom of the connecting piece (6) of the connecting component at the lowest part is fixedly provided with a vertical column (7) for supporting.
