Third reentrant corner panel 23, fourth reentrant corner mounting panel 222 respectively with the terminal surface of second reentrant corner wallboard 61, the back laminating of the corresponding base plate of second reentrant corner wallboard 61. According to the invention, the third internal corner mounting plate 221 positioned at the bottom of the first internal corner groove is arranged into the inclined part 2211 and the flat part 2212 which are not in the same plane, so that the end face of the first internal corner wallboard 51 is convenient to abut against the joint of the inclined part 2211 and the second internal corner mounting plate 212, and the first internal corner groove can absorb wallboard mounting errors.
Fourth reentrant corner mounting panel 222 is equipped with second waterproof groove 2221 just to the one side of second reentrant corner wallboard 61, is equipped with waterproof stripe in second waterproof groove 2221, guarantees that second reentrant corner face 6 is waterproof. Second waterproof groove 2221 is located the bellied one side of second reentrant corner, and fourth reentrant corner mounting panel 222 that is located the bellied opposite side of second reentrant corner is provided with the screw, and the screw runs through and stretches into in the base plate of second reentrant corner wallboard 61 behind the fourth reentrant corner mounting panel 222 to make second reentrant corner wallboard 61 fixed with reentrant corner spare 2.
The external corner fitting 7 comprises a first external corner plate 71, one end of the first external corner plate 71 is provided with a second external corner plate 72 and a third external corner plate 73, and the other end is provided with a hook 74. The second external corner plate member 72 and the third external corner plate member 73 perpendicularly intersect each other, and the first external corner plate member 71, the second external corner plate member 72, and the third external corner plate member 73 are all of a Y-shaped structure. To facilitate the connection of the male corner fitting 7 with the leveling keel 1 of the first male corner panel 81, the second male corner panel 72 comprises a first male corner mounting plate 721 and a second male corner mounting plate 722 arranged in parallel. The first male corner mounting plate 721 has one end connected to the second male corner mounting plate 722 and the other end connected to the first male corner plate 71. The first external corner mounting plate 721 is attached to the back surface of the first external corner wall plate 81. The two ends of the hook 74 are respectively a first clamping plate 741 and a second clamping plate 742, the first clamping plate 741 is parallel to the third external corner plate 73, and the second clamping plate 742 is parallel to the first external corner mounting plate 721. The first external corner groove formed by the first external corner mounting plate 721, the first external corner plate 71 and the second clamping plate 742 of the external corner fitting 7 is used for connecting the cut end of the first external corner wallboard 81. In the construction process, the uneven external corners of the wall body easily cause uneven vertical seams between the ceramic tiles on the two external corner surfaces. The hook 74 of this embodiment can absorb the error of the outer corner seam unevenness, and the whole installation is simpler compared with the whole preassembled outer corner.
The flat connecting member 10 includes a first flat plate material 101 and a second flat plate material 102 arranged in parallel, and a third flat plate material 103 is connected between the first flat plate material 101 and the second flat plate material 102. The area surrounded by the first flat plate material 101 on the third flat plate material 103 side, the second flat plate material 102 on the third flat plate material 103 side, and the third flat plate material 103 is a first flat groove 104 adapted to the flat protrusion 12 of the flat wall plate 13. The area enclosed by the first flat plate material 101 on the other side of the third flat plate material 103, the second flat plate material 102 on the other side of the third flat plate material 103 and the third flat plate material 103 is another first flat groove 104 matched with the flat protrusion 12 of another flat wall plate 13. The present embodiment facilitates the flat connecting member 10 to connect two adjacent flat connecting wall plates 13 located on the same plane by the mutual matching of the flat connecting protrusion 12 and the first flat connecting groove 104.
In order to form the butting protrusion 12 by the butting wall plate 13, the butting wall plate 13 is provided with a second butting groove 11, the third butting plate 103 is positioned between two adjacent butting wall plates 13, and the first butting plates 101 at two sides of the third butting plate 103 are respectively positioned in the second butting grooves 11 of two adjacent butting wall plates 13. The second flat plate materials 102 on both sides of the third flat plate material 103 are respectively located on the back surfaces of two adjacent flat wall panels 13. The portion between the second butt groove 11 to the back surface of the butt wall plate 13 forms a butt protrusion 12. The open ends of the second flat connecting grooves 11 of two adjacent flat connecting wall plates 13 are opposite. The first flat plate 101, the second flat plate 102 and the third flat plate 103 of the flat connecting member 10 are used to connect two adjacent flat wall panels 13 located on the same plane and can sufficiently ensure the flat shape of the connection between the two flat wall panels 13. Waterproof rubber strips are arranged between the second flat connecting plates 102 on the two sides of the third flat connecting plate 103 and the back surfaces of the corresponding flat connecting wall plates 13. The flush joint wall plates 13 can be pressed to prevent water, and the flush joint between the flush joint wall plates 13 is tight.
In order to facilitate the connection of the leveling member 10 with the leveling wall plate 13 and the leveling keel 1, the second leveling plate 102 includes a first leveling mounting plate 1021 and a second leveling mounting plate 1022 arranged in parallel, the second leveling mounting plate 1022 is located at one end of the first leveling mounting plate 1021, and the third leveling plate 103 is located at the middle of the first leveling mounting plate 1021. The junction of two adjacent flush wall panels 13 is located on the first flush mounting plate 1021. The second flatly-connected mounting plate 1022 is attached to the leveling keel 1, a screw is arranged on the second flatly-connected mounting plate 1022, a nut of the screw is located in a gap between the second flatly-connected mounting plate 1022 and the flatly-connected wallboard 13, and a tip of the screw penetrates through the second flatly-connected mounting plate 1022 and the leveling keel 1 in sequence and then is inserted into a wall body. In this embodiment, the second flat mounting plate 1022 is spaced from the back of the flat wall plate 13 on the upper portion by a certain distance, so that the collision between the screw tail and the flat wall plate 13 can be avoided. In the present embodiment, the first flat plate material 101 and the third flat plate material 103 located on the other side of the second flat plate material 102 are inserted between two adjacent flat wall panels 13 by screwing the second flat mounting plate 1022 located on one side of the second flat plate material 102, so that the number of mounting steps is reduced.
The first flat plate material 101, the first flat mounting plate 1021, and the second flat mounting plate 1022 are perpendicular to the third flat plate material 103. In order to ensure the flatness of two adjacent flat joint wall plates 13, the second flat joint grooves 11 of two adjacent flat joint wall plates 13 are positioned on the same horizontal plane.
The installation method of the wall ceramic tile installation structure comprises the following steps:
1) the installation method of the wall internal corner ceramic tile comprises the following steps:
s1: fixing the second internal corner wall board 61 and the internal corner piece 2 through screws;
s2: the internal corner piece 2 fixed with the second internal corner wallboard 61 is fixed with the leveling keel 1 of the first internal corner surface 5 through a screw;
s3: and then, inserting the end part of the first internal corner wallboard 51 into the first internal corner groove to finish the installation of the internal corner ceramic tile of the wall body.
Before installation, waterproof adhesive tapes are pasted in the first waterproof groove 2121 and the second waterproof groove 2221 of the female corner fitting 2. The fourth reentrant corner mounting plate 222 is fixed to the base plate of the second reentrant corner wall plate 61 by screws. After the second internal corner wallboard 61 is fixed, the first internal corner mounting plate 211 and the leveling keel 1 on the first internal corner surface 5 are fixed through screws.
2) The method for installing the wall external corner ceramic tile comprises the following steps:
s1: inserting the cut end of the second external corner panel 91 into the second external corner groove;
s2: the external corner piece 7 and the leveling keel 1 of the first external corner surface 8 are fixed through screws;
s3: and inserting the cutting end of the first external corner wallboard 81 into the first external corner groove to complete the installation of the external corner ceramic tile of the wall body.
Wherein, one end of the second external corner wall panel 91 cut to 45 degrees is inserted into the second external corner groove enclosed by the third external corner panel 73, the first external corner panel 71 and the first snap-gauge 741. The outer corner piece 7 is fixed by screws to the leveling keel 1 of the first outer corner face 8 at the second outer corner mounting plate 722. s3: and (3) inserting the butt joint bulge 12 of the other butt joint wall plate 13 into the other first butt joint groove 104 of the butt joint member 10 to complete the tile installation of the wall butt joint.
And waterproof adhesive tapes are adhered to the first flat connection mounting plates 1021 on two sides of the third flat connection plate 103. The second flat connecting groove 11 at the end of a flat connecting wall plate 13 is inserted into the first flat connecting plate 101 at one side of the third flat connecting plate 103, and the back of the flat connecting wall plate 13 is attached to the waterproof adhesive tape at the first flat connecting plate 1021 at one side of the third flat connecting plate 103. And the second flat joint mounting plate 1022 is fixed with the leveling keel 1 through screws. And inserting the second flat connecting groove 11 at the end part of the other flat connecting wall plate 13 into the first flat connecting plate 101 at the other side of the third flat connecting plate 103, and tightly attaching the back surface of the flat connecting wall plate 13 to the waterproof adhesive tape at the first flat connecting mounting plate 1021 at the other side of the third flat connecting plate 103, thereby completing the tile mounting at the flat connecting part of the wall body.

As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the female corner fitting 2 includes a first female corner fitting 3 and a second female corner fitting 4, the first female corner fitting 3 forms the first female corner groove, the first female corner fitting 3 further forms the second female corner groove, the second female corner fitting 4 is provided with a female corner fitting protrusion 411, and the female corner fitting protrusion 411 is inserted into the second female corner groove so that the second female corner wall panel 61 is parallel to the second female corner face 6. The insertion of the female corner piece protrusion 411 into the second female corner groove may integrate the first female corner piece 3 and the second female corner piece 4. The third plate 33 includes a first mounting plate 331 and a second mounting plate 332 arranged in parallel. The first mounting plate 331 is located at one side of the second plate 32, and the second mounting plate 332 is located at the other side of the second plate 32. The second mounting plate 332 is vertically connected to the fourth plate 34, an area surrounded by the first plate 31, the second plate 32, and the first mounting plate 331 is the first inside corner groove, and an area surrounded by the second plate 32, the second mounting plate 332, and the fourth plate 34 is the second inside corner groove. After the installation of the reentrant corner ceramic tile is completed, between the ceramic tile on the outer surface of the first reentrant corner wallboard 51 and the end surface of the second reentrant corner wallboard 61, which are located by the first board 31 and the fifth board 41, therefore, the first board 31 and the fifth board 41 of the embodiment are used as seam-limiting pieces of the reentrant pieces, and the seam remaining of the reentrant corner is ensured. The sixth plate 42 is attached to the back surface of the second internal corner wall plate 61 corresponding to the substrate, and the sixth plate 42 is located on the surface of the leveling keel 1 of the second internal corner surface 6. The female corner fitting protrusion 411 is provided to the fifth plate 41. A fourth internal corner groove 421 is arranged on the face of the sixth plate 42 opposite to the leveling keel 1 of the second internal corner surface 6. Sixth panel 42 is equipped with the screw, and the nut of screw is located fourth reentrant corner recess 421, and the pointed end of screw runs through sixth panel 42 and then stretches into in the base plate of second reentrant corner wallboard 61 to make second reentrant corner spare 4 and second reentrant corner wallboard 61 fixed connection. The exposed screw tail can be hidden in the fourth internal corner groove 421, so that the surface of the leveling keel 1 of the sixth plate 42 and the second internal corner surface 6 is ensured to be attached tightly, and the second internal corner wallboard 61 is vertical.

The internal corner fitting 2 comprises a first internal corner fitting 3 and a second internal corner fitting 4, a first internal corner groove is formed in the first internal corner fitting 3, and the first internal corner fitting 3 is further provided with a second internal corner groove; second reentrant corner wallboard 61 passes through the screw and fixes with second reentrant corner fittings 4, and second reentrant corner fittings 4 still are equipped with reentrant corner fittings arch 411, and second reentrant corner fittings 4 of fixed second reentrant corner wallboard 61 insert reentrant corner fittings arch 411 in the second reentrant corner recess. In the method S1 for installing the wall inside corner tile, the inside corner fitting is the second inside corner fitting 4, and the fourth inside corner groove 421 of the second inside corner fitting 4 is screwed to fix the second inside corner fitting 4 to the base plate of the second inside corner wall plate 61. In the method S2 for installing the wall reentrant corner tile, the second reentrant corner fitting 4 of the second reentrant corner wall panel 61 is fixed by inserting the reentrant corner fitting protrusion 411 into the second reentrant corner groove to combine the first reentrant corner fitting 3 and the second reentrant corner fitting 4 into a single reentrant corner fitting, and then fixing the same to the leveling keel 1 of the first reentrant corner face 5 at the second installation plate 332 by means of screws. In the method S3 for installing the wall inside corner tiles, the first inside corner wall panel 51 is inserted into the first inside corner groove of the first inside corner fitting 3.
