Along with the enhancement of environmental awareness of people and the improvement of wild animal protection measures of the country, the number of birds is increasing day by day. Although birds are friends of human beings, the bird brings many benefits to human beings, and when birds stay on the tower pole of the power transmission line and nest, the bird can seriously affect the operation safety of the power transmission line. The power transmission pole has the characteristics of high and stable ground clearance, and many birds like to nest in the environment free from human interference. In order to reduce the influence of birds on a transmission line, the existing bird repelling method commonly used in an electric power system is to install windmills on a pole or prevent bird stabs, but the effect is not ideal, so people can often see that many birds stay on the pole or carry the transmission pole with bird nests in the field. Such a real problem is urgently needed to be solved.

The bird frequency recorder is used for recording bird approach frequency. The bird frequency recorder can be selected from an ultrasonic detection device and an electromagnetic wave detection device.
The precise bird repelling device can be an ultrasonic bird repelling device, a sound bird repelling device, a directional light bird repelling device and other directional energy bird repelling devices.
The range type bird repelling device can be a non-directional bird repelling device such as a smell type bird repelling device, an image type bird repelling device and the like.
When the approaching frequency of the birds is lower than 100 times per day, the close birds are repelled by using the accurate bird repelling device; when the approaching frequency of the birds is higher than 100 times per day, the bird repelling device with the application range and the bird repelling device with the accurate range repel the approaching birds.
