Abstract
本发明公开了一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,按重量份数计,包括基础油100份、石墨烯0.05~2份、抗磨剂0.05~2份、助剂0~10份,抗磨剂的制备步骤如下:(1)将十八烷基三甲基溴化铵与氯乙酰氯加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,调节pH值为8‑10,反应得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得化合物A;(2)将化合物A与2‑巯基‑4‑甲基咪唑加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,调节pH值为8‑11,在搅拌的条件下进行反应,得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得抗磨剂。借助制备的抗磨剂和石墨烯协同作用,显著提高该润滑剂的抗磨及减摩性能,使其具有优良的抗极压性能和承载能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,更具体地涉及一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油分为工业润滑油和车用润滑油两大类,其中车用润滑油包括发动机油、水箱及冷却系统用油、自动波箱油、齿轮油、刹车及离合系统用油等,润滑油一般是由基础油和添加剂组成的,对于发动机油,基础油通常约占90%,剩下的添加剂占10%,基础油的质量对于润滑油的性能至关重要,其提供了润滑油最基础的润滑、冷却、抗氧化、抗腐蚀等性能,因此为了提高润滑油的其余性能,在润滑油中还添加了能提高其综合性能的添加剂,在发动机油中常使用的添加剂有抗氧化添加剂、防锈添加剂、防腐蚀添加剂、抗泡添加剂、粘度指数改进、降凝剂、清洁添加剂、分散剂、抗磨损添加剂等,上述多种添加剂需要根据实际需求进行添加,多项性能需要进行综合平衡,需要进行台架试验以及通过其在发动机内的综合表现确定或评定配方的性能优劣。目前,石墨烯在润滑油中应用以提高其性能的研究比较多,但是对于降低车体零件之间的机械摩擦,减少损耗还有待进一步加强。
因此,本申请提高一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂以解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,有效地提高润滑油的抗磨性能和抗极压性能。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,按重量份数计,包括基础油100份、石墨烯0.05~2份、抗磨剂0.05~2份、助剂0~10份,其中,所述抗磨剂的制备步骤如下:

较佳地,所述基础油选自矿物基础油、合成基础油和植物基础油中的任意一种。
较佳地,所述石墨烯为双层石墨烯或单层石墨烯。优选为双层石墨烯,抗磨剂可掺杂至石墨烯片层之间,同石墨烯结合之后进一步提高抗磨性能。
较佳地,所述石墨烯采用改性石墨烯,所述改性石墨烯的制备方法包括:
(1)将石墨烯粉体加入硬脂酸和乙醇中,超声30-60min后,然后加入双氧水,得到混合物A,将混合物A冷凝、抽滤、洗涤得到混合物B;
(2)将混合物B与二甲基甲酰胺混合并置于真空烘箱中,在90℃条件下干燥12h,干燥之后进行粉碎处理,得到改性石墨烯。借助该改性石墨烯不仅提高其在基础油中的分散性,更有助于提高抗磨性能。
较佳地,所述助剂选自分散剂、黏度调节剂、抗泡剂、防腐剂中的至少一种。
较佳地,所述黏度调节剂为乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇二甲基醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物和聚氧乙烯醚至少一种。
较佳地,分散剂是选自甘油脂肪酰二己醇。
较佳地,抗泡剂采用二甲基硅油。
较佳地,防腐剂为苯丙三氮唑。
相应地,本申请还提供一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)将石墨烯、抗磨剂加入到基础油中,在40~60℃下进行搅拌,之后进行超声分散,超声时间30-120min,得到预混液;
(2)将助剂加入到步骤(1)的预混液中,在65~80℃下进行搅拌,得到高性能石墨烯润滑剂。
与现有技术相比,本申请的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,包括基础油、石墨烯、抗磨剂和助剂,引入石墨烯以提高润滑剂的减摩和抗磨性能。尤其是通过制备的抗磨剂显著提高润滑剂的抗磨及减摩性能,提高其抗极压和承载能力。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,按重量份数计,包括矿物基础油100份、双层石墨烯0.5份、抗磨剂0.5份、三乙醇胺0.005份、甘油脂肪酰二己醇0.005份、二甲基硅油0.005份、苯丙三氮唑0.005份,其中,抗磨剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)将1mol十八烷基三甲基溴化铵与1mol氯乙酰氯加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,加入适当的氢氧化钠调节pH值为8,在搅拌的条件下进行反应,得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得化合物A;
(2)将1mol化合物A与1mol 2-巯基-4-甲基咪唑加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,加入适当的氢氧化钠调节pH值为8,在搅拌的条件下进行反应,得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得抗磨剂。
利用上述组分制备高性能石墨烯润滑剂,包括步骤:
(1)将双层石墨烯、抗磨剂加入到矿物基础油中,在60℃下进行搅拌,之后进行超声分散,超声时间60min,得到预混液;
(2)将三乙醇胺、甘油脂肪酰二己醇、二甲基硅油、苯丙三氮唑加入到步骤(1)的预混液中,在80℃下进行搅拌,得到高性能石墨烯润滑剂。
实施例2
一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,按重量份数计,包括矿物基础油100份、单层石墨烯0.5份、抗磨剂0.5份、三乙醇胺0.005份、甘油脂肪酰二己醇0.005份、二甲基硅油0.005份、苯丙三氮唑0.005份。
抗磨剂的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不进行阐述。
高性能石墨烯润滑剂的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不进行阐述。
实施例3
一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,按重量份数计,包括植物基础油100份、双层石墨烯1份、抗磨剂1份、三乙醇胺0.005份、甘油脂肪酰二己醇0.005份、二甲基硅油0.005份、苯丙三氮唑0.005份,其中,抗磨剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)将1mol十八烷基三甲基溴化铵与1mol氯乙酰氯加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,加入适当的氢氧化钠调节pH值为10,在搅拌的条件下进行反应,得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得化合物A;

一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,按重量份数计,包括矿物基础油100份、双层改性石墨烯2份、抗磨剂2份、三乙醇胺0.005份、甘油脂肪酰二己醇0.005份、二甲基硅油0.005份、苯丙三氮唑0.005份。抗磨剂的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不进行阐述。
改性石墨烯的制备方法包括:
(1)将石墨烯粉体加入硬脂酸和乙醇中,超声30min后,然后加入双氧水,得到混合物A,将混合物A冷凝、抽滤、洗涤得到混合物B;

对实施例1-4和对比例1-4制得的润滑剂进行性能测试,结果见表1。
摩擦系数:采用摩擦磨损试验机对润滑剂进行测试,以氮化硅陶瓷球和轴承钢为摩擦副,转速为1000转/秒,载荷为100N。
稳定性:对进行摩擦系数测试后的润滑剂放置10天观察是否有沉淀。

由表1可知,采用本申请实施例1-4中的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其摩擦系数较对比例1-4中的摩擦系数大大减小,表明本申请通过引入石墨烯和抗磨剂的协同作用,显著提高润滑剂的抗磨及减摩性能,使其具有优良的抗极压性能和承载能力。

Claims (7)
1.一种高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:基础油100份、石墨烯0.05~2份、抗磨剂0.05~2份、助剂0~10份,其中,所述抗磨剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)将十八烷基三甲基溴化铵与氯乙酰氯加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,加入氢氧化钠调节pH值为8-10,在搅拌的条件下进行反应,得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得化合物A;
(2)将所述化合物A与2-巯基-4-甲基咪唑加入反应容器中,溶剂为乙醇,加入氢氧化钠调节pH值为8-11,在搅拌的条件下进行反应,得到生成物,将该生成物洗涤、过滤、去除溶剂后,制得所述抗磨剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其特征在于,所述基础油选自矿物基础油、合成基础油和植物基础油中的任意一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其特征在于,所述石墨烯为双层石墨烯。
4.如权利要求1所述的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其特征在于,所述石墨烯采用改性石墨烯,所述改性石墨烯的制备方法包括:
(1)将石墨烯粉体加入硬脂酸和乙醇中,超声30-60min后,然后加入双氧水,得到混合物A,将混合物A冷凝、抽滤、洗涤得到混合物B;
(2)将混合物B与二甲基甲酰胺混合并置于真空烘箱中,在90℃条件下干燥12h,干燥之后进行粉碎处理,得到改性石墨烯。
5.如权利要求1所述的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其特征在于,所述助剂选自分散剂、黏度调节剂、抗泡剂、防腐剂中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的高性能石墨烯润滑剂,其特征在于,所述黏度调节剂为乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇二甲基醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物和聚氧乙烯醚至少一种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的高性能石墨烯润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)将石墨烯、抗磨剂加入到基础油中,在40~60℃下进行搅拌,之后进行超声分散,超声时间30-120min,得到预混液;
(2)将助剂加入到步骤(1)的预混液中,在65~80℃下进行搅拌,得到高性能石墨烯润滑剂。
