本发明一种用渗金属溶液浸渍石墨碳套,属于金属冶炼领域。提供了一种在端部设相互垂直的卡槽结构对碳套端部进行限位安装的碳套,结合金属浸渍工艺,形成的高耐磨性的碳套及其制备方法,包括碳套主体,碳套主体为套筒结构,碳套主体两端端面对应设置有卡槽,所述卡槽沿碳套主体径向贯穿碳套主体壁厚,碳套主体两端的卡槽夹角为90°,卡槽底部设置有圆角,在两端设置有卡接结构,碳套主体两端受力平衡,通过优化石墨碳套的结构,在两端设置有卡接结构,碳套主体两端受力平衡,具有机械强度高、密度大、孔隙率小、弹性模量好。

技术领域
本发明一种用渗金属溶液浸渍石墨碳套的制备流程及工艺,属于金属冶炼领域。
背景技术
目前,在轧钢生产制造过程中,需要通过石墨碳套进行钢片传送,由于钢片的热处理环境要求温度高,速度快,即对碳套的要求是耐高温、耐磨损,碳套工作时,直接和钢片接触,碳套工作稳定性,直接影响钢片生产成品的质量一致性,现有的石墨碳套直接采用石油焦或者沥青进行成型、焙烧、浸渍等工艺,容易出现在制备过程中开裂,成品率低,生产成本高,且在使用时容易结瘤,现有的生产工艺采用的浸渍,多采用酸溶液,对人体用影响,分散效率低,此外,现有的制备获取的碳套各处结构一致,没有针对接触面进行处理,且磨损后不能够进行修复,缺少针对性的性能的改性提升。
公告号CN101696121B公开了高温石墨碳套及生产方法,包括将原料混捏、成型及防氧化剂浸渍处理加工而成,所用原料由重量百分比为65~70%、粒径为 300~400目的粉末及重量百分比为30~35%的改性沥青组成;所述粉末是由重量百分比为99.5~99.8的针状焦、重量百分比为0.3~0.5的氮化钛和重量百分比为 0.2~0.3%的二硅化钼组成;所述改性沥青是将高温煤沥青经熔化脱水后添加酚醛树脂改性处理而成,高温煤沥青与酚醛树脂的重量比为100∶3~5,上述通过在石墨碳套成分进行改变,整体结构缺少针对性的改善,且其浸渍工艺效率低,通过长时间的静置,整体制备节拍长。
公告号CN100534951公开了用氧化物溶液浸渍石墨碳套处理方法,上述工艺采用浸渍周期长,生产效率低。
公开号CN202482364U公开了一种高温抗变形的碳套辊,碳套辊在金属辊芯辊身的两端内壁分别均匀焊接数根挡筋条;在辊身空腔内置有陶瓷浇注料,陶瓷浇注料的中央沿辊身的轴向留有中心孔;第一轴头的中心沿辊身的轴向设有与中心孔连通的排气孔,上述辊体结构即采用了芯轴受热后容易膨胀开裂。

本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供了一种在端部设相互垂直的卡槽结构对碳套端部进行限位安装的碳套,结合金属浸渍工艺,形成的高耐磨性的碳套及其制备方法。
本发明一种用渗金属溶液浸渍石墨碳套是这样实现的,本发明一种用渗金属溶液浸渍石墨碳套包括碳套主体,碳套主体为套筒结构,碳套主体两端端面对应设置有卡槽,所述卡槽沿碳套主体径向贯穿碳套主体壁厚,碳套主体两端的卡槽夹角为90°,卡槽底部设置有圆角;
所述卡槽槽宽2-3cm;
所述卡槽槽深为槽宽的2-4倍;
所述碳套主体内壁设置有陶瓷涂层。
本发明一种用渗金属溶液浸渍石墨碳套的制备流程及工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:石墨辊体(1)的制备,采用质量百分百为针状焦:98-99%、Al2O3: 0.2-0.5%;TiN:0.2-0.3%、MoSi2:0.3-0.5%混合为粉末;
取上述粉末和沥青混合备用,所述粉末质量比70-75%、沥青质量比25-30%;
所述沥青为高温煤沥青经熔化脱水后添加酚醛树脂改性处理而成,高温煤沥青与酚醛树脂的重量比为100∶3~5;
步骤二:将上述粉末和沥青混合物压制成型,形成石墨辊体(1)坯料,通过压力机进行粉末和沥青混合物逐步施压,分多次填料施压保压,烘焙;
步骤三:粗加工石墨化毛坯,加工端部卡槽结构;
步骤四:采用退火炉对石墨碳套进行抗氧化浸渍,浸渍液配方按重量比为:多聚磷酸盐及偏聚磷酸盐30-70wt%,SiC2.5-10wt%、SiO22.5-10wt%、 Al2O32.5-10wt%、B2O32.5-10wt%,MnO22.5-10wt%、NiO 2.5-10wt%,稀土氧化物0.1-5wt%;粒度均在0.1-100μm;体系分散剂为羧甲基纤维素;
浸渍液制备设置温度为120-200℃,压力为0.1-0.8MPa,所得混合粉体溶于 70-80℃水中,其中粉料总质量占液体总质量的5-10wt%,搅拌5-15分钟;
浸渍时间18-30小时,温度70-120℃,压力0.4-0.6MPa;
步骤五:完成浸渍进行后续加工处理。
有益效果:
一、通过优化石墨碳套的结构,在两端设置有卡接结构,碳套主体两端受力平衡。
二、具有机械强度高、密度大、孔隙率小、弹性模量好。
三、结构简单,使用方便。

取上述粉末和沥青混合备用,所述粉末质量比70-75%、沥青质量比25-30%;
所述沥青为高温煤沥青经熔化脱水后添加酚醛树脂改性处理而成,高温煤沥青与酚醛树脂的重量比为100∶3~5;
步骤二:将上述粉末和沥青混合物压制成型,形成石墨辊体(1)坯料,通过压力机进行粉末和沥青混合物逐步施压,分多次填料施压保压,烘焙;
步骤三:粗加工石墨化毛坯,加工端部卡槽结构;
步骤四:采用退火炉对石墨碳套进行抗氧化浸渍,浸渍液配方按重量比为:多聚磷酸盐及偏聚磷酸盐30-70wt%,SiC2.5-10wt%、SiO22.5-10wt%、 Al2O32.5-10wt%、B2O32.5-10wt%,MnO22.5-10wt%、NiO 2.5-10wt%,稀土氧化物0.1-5wt%;粒度均在0.1-100μm;体系分散剂为羧甲基纤维素;
浸渍液制备设置温度为120-200℃,压力为0.1-0.8MPa,所得混合粉体溶于 70-80℃水中,其中粉料总质量占液体总质量的5-10wt%,搅拌5-15分钟;
浸渍时间18-30小时,温度70-120℃,压力0.4-0.6MPa;
步骤五:完成浸渍进行后续加工处理。

取上述粉末和沥青混合备用,所述粉末质量比70-75%、沥青质量比25-30%;
所述沥青为高温煤沥青经熔化脱水后添加酚醛树脂改性处理而成,高温煤沥青与酚醛树脂的重量比为100∶3~5;
步骤二:将上述粉末和沥青混合物压制成型,形成石墨辊体(1)坯料,通过压力机进行粉末和沥青混合物逐步施压,分多次填料施压保压,烘焙;
步骤三:粗加工石墨化毛坯,加工端部卡槽结构;
步骤四:采用退火炉对石墨碳套进行抗氧化浸渍,浸渍液配方按重量比为:多聚磷酸盐及偏聚磷酸盐30-70wt%,SiC2.5-10wt%、SiO22.5-10wt%、Al2O32.5-10wt%、B2O3 2.5-10wt%,MnO22.5-10wt%、NiO 2.5-10wt%,稀土氧化物0.1-5wt%;粒度均在0.1-100μm;体系分散剂为羧甲基纤维素;
浸渍液制备设置温度为120-200℃,压力为0.1-0.8MPa,所得混合粉体溶于70-80℃水中,其中粉料总质量占液体总质量的5-10wt%,搅拌5-15分钟;
浸渍时间18-30小时,温度70-120℃,压力0.4-0.6MPa;
步骤五:完成浸渍进行后续加工处理。
