1. An edge sealing and packaging method for a product of an edge sealing machine is applied to the edge sealing machine, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, placing the product to be subjected to edge sealing and packaging on a feeding conveyor, and conveying the product to a preset position by using a film conveying part;
s2, performing a film separation process by using the film separation part;
s3, after the film separating process is finished, conveying the product to a discharging conveyor, and performing an edge sealing process by an edge sealing mechanism;
s4, after the edge sealing process is finished, the film feeding part stops feeding the film, the transition conveyor returns the product to the direction of the discharging conveyor for a distance L, and the transverse sealing mechanism is used for performing the transverse sealing process on the product;
and S5, finishing edge sealing and packaging of the product after the transverse sealing process is finished, and sending out the product subjected to edge sealing and packaging by a transition conveyor.
2. The edge banding packaging method for products of claim 1, wherein in said step S1, whether the products are transported to the preset position is detected by an induction electric eye.
3. The edge banding packaging method of claim 1,
in the edge sealing process of step S3, the edge sealing mechanism includes: the edge sealing cutter mechanism (75) is sequentially provided with a film drawing wheel (72), a film clamping wheel (73) and a film clamping synchronous mechanism (74) in the same horizontal direction;
the edge sealing knife (751) in the edge sealing knife mechanism (75) is arranged at one end far away from the film clamping wheel (73) so as to ensure that the edge sealing knife cuts the edge film after the edge film is clamped by the film clamping synchronous mechanism and moves a sufficient distance, thereby finishing the edge sealing process.
4. The edge banding packaging method for a product of claim 3,
the edge sealing machine comprises a frame (1), wherein a feeding conveyor (3), a discharging conveyor (6) and a transition conveyor (11) are sequentially arranged on the frame (1), a film conveying part (9) is arranged on one side of the feeding conveyor (3), a film separating part (4) is arranged at a position above the feeding conveyor (3), an edge sealing mechanism (7) and a film collecting part (8) are arranged on one side of the discharging conveyor (6) on the frame (1), the transverse sealing mechanism (5) is arranged on the frame (1), and the transverse sealing mechanism (5) is arranged at a position above the discharging conveyor (6) or above the transition conveyor (11).
5. A method of edge banding packaging of products as claimed in claim 4, wherein said transverse sealing means (5) is located behind said edge sealing means (7) in the direction from the outfeed conveyor (6) to the transition conveyor (11).
6. A method of edge banding packaging of products as claimed in claim 4 wherein said transition conveyor (11) and said outfeed conveyor (6) are powered by different power sources.
7. A method of edge banding a product as claimed in claim 4 wherein said film-separating portion (4) is a triangular-plate film-separating member.
8. The method of edge banding and packaging a product of claim 1 wherein said edge sealer is a three-stage belt edge sealer.
9. The method of claim 1 wherein L is 50mm L1, wherein L1 is H/2 and H is the product height.
