the driving wheel set (2) comprises a first mounting plate (202), two ends of the first mounting plate (202) are provided with a rotor outer wheel (203), the rotor outer wheel (203) is rotationally connected with the first mounting plate (202), a stator (201) is arranged in the rotor outer wheel (203), the stator (201) is fixedly connected with the first mounting plate (202), and the stator (201) is electrically connected with the control center (7);

the cleaning device is characterized by further comprising a bearing plate (13), mounting lugs (1301) are arranged at two ends of the bearing plate (13), the mounting lugs (1301) are connected with the driving wheel set (2) and the driven wheel set (3), and the cleaning device (8) is arranged on the lower surface of the bearing plate (13);
a water inlet (10) is arranged on the water tank (4), a heating pipe (14) is arranged in the water tank (4) and is electrically connected with the control center (7), a temperature sensor (15) and a water level sensor (16) are also arranged at the bottom of the water tank (4), and the temperature sensor (15) and the water level sensor (16) are electrically connected with the control center (7);
the adhesive tape (803) or the brush strip (804) is clamped on the clamping block (805), and the clamping block (805) is clamped on the cleaning device (8).

one side of the bearing plate (13) is provided with a first infrared distance sensor (17), the other side is provided with a second infrared distance sensor (18), and the first infrared distance sensor (17) and the second infrared distance sensor (18) are electrically connected with the control valve (6).

s7, when snow is accumulated on the solar photovoltaic panel (1), a heating pipe (14) in the water tank (4) is heated, a temperature sensor (15) senses the temperature in the water tank (4), hot water is sprayed out from a first spray head (801) or a second spray head (802), and snow on the solar photovoltaic panel (1) is melted and cleaned;
s8, the water level sensor (16) senses the water level in the water tank (4), and when the water level is lower than the water level of the water level sensor (16), an alarm is given, and water is added into the water tank (4) from the water adding port (10).
