(2) And granulating the soft material to obtain granules, drying the obtained granules at 50 ℃ for 60min, and sieving the granules with a 10-mesh sieve to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying.
The volatile amount of the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine compositions for soothing nerves and maintaining beauty obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 is measured, the traditional Chinese medicine compositions for soothing nerves and maintaining beauty are heated for the same time under the same conditions, the obtained gas is collected, and the content of the effective components in the gas of each example and comparative example is measured by a gas-mass spectrometer, so that table 1 is obtained.

The following tests were performed on the tranquillizing and skin-nourishing traditional Chinese medicine compositions obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2:
the test consisted of 70 volunteers, randomized into 7 groups, each half of which was male and female.
