The procedure was the same as in example 1 except that the pineapple resin in steps (1) and (3) was replaced with storax.
Comparative example 2
(1) Respectively pulverizing 20 parts of fructus Actinidiae chinensis resin, 20 parts of lavender, 20 parts of Majorana Hortensis, 20 parts of chamomile, 20 parts of mint and 30 parts of orange peel, and uniformly mixing with 10 parts of honey and 41 parts of humectant (the mass ratio of propylene glycol to glycerol is 1: 1) to obtain a soft material.
(2) And granulating the soft material to obtain granules, drying the obtained granules at 50 ℃ for 60min, and sieving the granules with a 10-mesh sieve to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying.
The volatile amount of the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine compositions for soothing nerves and maintaining beauty obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 is measured, the traditional Chinese medicine compositions for soothing nerves and maintaining beauty are heated for the same time under the same conditions, the obtained gas is collected, and the content of the effective components in the gas of each example and comparative example is measured by a gas-mass spectrometer, so that table 1 is obtained.

Referring to table 1, it can be seen that styrax is used in the comparative example 1 to replace the rosa resin, and only one granulation is performed in the comparative example 2, however, the content of the active substances in the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and maintaining beauty obtained in the comparative examples 1 and 2 is significantly lower than that in the example 1, in the example of the present invention, the active gas released by the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and maintaining beauty contains more beneficial gases such as tannin, citrinin, dihydronobiletin, alpha-elemene, beta-ocimene, etc., so as to achieve a good effect of soothing the nerves and maintaining beauty, which indicates that the components obtained in the example of the present invention have significant advantages.
The following tests were performed on the tranquillizing and skin-nourishing traditional Chinese medicine compositions obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2:
the test consisted of 70 volunteers, randomized into 7 groups, each half of which was male and female. Before testing, 70 volunteers all showed a series of symptoms of insomnia, dull skin, large pores, etc. 7 groups of the Chinese medicinal composition for soothing the nerves and beautifying the face, which is prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 2, are inhaled in an equal amount every day, 30 days after the use, the scoring condition of each group of volunteers after the use is counted according to the scoring standard, and the result is shown in table 2 by taking the average value.
3 scoring indexes are set: the discomfort effect, the irritation and the fragrance are relieved, and different scores are given to different influence degrees of the invention according to various evaluation indexes.
The discomfort relieving effect means that the volatilization of the effective components after heating can relieve the insomnia and the discomfort of skin problems of volunteers; the irritation means that after the effective components are volatilized after the heating, the invention can generate uncomfortable feeling to the nasal cavity and the oral cavity when playing the effect; the aroma is whether the odor of the heated active ingredients is favored by volunteers when the active ingredients are volatilized.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is scored according to the percentage, the discomfort relieving effect accounts for 60 points, the irritation accounts for 20 points, the fragrance accounts for 20 points, each scoring index is respectively scored according to the excellent, good and general indexes, and the scoring structure of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and beautifying in each embodiment and comparative example is obtained as shown in the following table 2 and is shown in the table 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying disclosed by the 5 embodiments of the invention has the advantages of obvious effect of relieving discomfort and small irritation after being used by volunteers, does not cause discomfort of nasal cavities and oral cavities, and has fragrance which is loved by the volunteers. Has good physical therapy effects of improving health and maintaining beauty. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and beautifying obtained by replacing the rosa roxburghii resin with storax (comparative example 1) and the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and beautifying obtained by only carrying out primary granulation (comparative example 2) are difficult to achieve the effects of the embodiment of the invention, and have obvious differences. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and beautifying disclosed by the invention is characterized in that the addition of the Chinese pear resin and other components act together, so that the effects of soothing the nerves and beautifying are realized.
In conclusion, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying provided by the invention has good soothing and beautifying effects and is deeply welcomed by consumers.

5. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying as claimed in claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying comprises the following components in parts by mass:
10-30 parts of shredded pear resin, 10-30 parts of lavender, 10-30 parts of marjoram, 10-30 parts of chamomile, 10-30 parts of mint, 20-40 parts of orange peel, 4-16 parts of honey and 33-49 parts of humectant.
6. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying as claimed in claim 5, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying comprises the following components in parts by mass:
20 parts of water pear resin, 20 parts of lavender, 20 parts of marjoram, 20 parts of chamomile, 20 parts of mint, 30 parts of orange peel, 10 parts of honey and 41 parts of humectant.
7. A preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s10, dividing each component of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying skin into two parts, respectively crushing the water pear resin, lavender, marjoram, chamomile, mint and orange peel in one part, and uniformly mixing with honey and a humectant to prepare a first soft material;
s20, granulating the first soft material to obtain first granules;
s30, respectively pulverizing the other part of the fructus Actinidiae chinensis resin, lavender, marjoram, flos Matricariae Chamomillae, herba Menthae and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, and mixing with Mel and humectant to obtain a second soft material;
s40, granulating the second soft material to obtain second granules;
s50, mixing the first particles and the second particles, crushing and re-granulating to obtain dried particles to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and beautifying;
wherein, in the second soft material, the amount of the humectant is less than that in the first soft material.
