Abstract
The invention discloses a compound disinfectant for treating river crab shaking diseases, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the compound disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-68% of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 11-15% of benzalkonium bromide, 7-10% of didodecyldimethylammonium chloride and the balance of pure water. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the polyhexamethylene guanidine, the benzalkonium bromide and the didodecyldimethylammonium chloride which belong to the same cationic surfactant are compounded, and are ionized in a water solution to generate strong electropositivity, so that bacteria and viruses with negative charges can be adsorbed, and the sterilization and disinfection effects are better.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a compound disinfectant, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a compound disinfectant for treating river crab shaking diseases, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
River crab, also known as Eriocheir sinensis (Eriocheir sinensis), has tender meat, fresh taste and rich nutrition, is one of the main crustacean economic animals cultured in fresh water in China, and has more than 30 years of history of artificial culture. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the culture scale, the types of river crab diseases are more and more, and the disease degree is more and more serious. The shaking disease of river crabs is particularly prominent. The symptoms of tremor are mainly manifested as tremor and curliness of the appendages, slow movements, and poor appetite. The disease is fast in onset, only 2-3 days from symptom to death, the death rate is high, the size of the survived river crabs is small due to missing of the optimal growth period, loss occurs to farmers, and the breeding production of the river crabs is seriously influenced.
At present, in aquaculture, farmers mostly select chemical drugs such as crystal trichlorfon, furazolidone, terramycin and the like to treat the river crab shaking disease, but the drugs easily cause drug resistance of pathogens and drug residue and pollute aquaculture water.

By adopting benzalkonium bromide which is a cationic surfactant broad-spectrum bactericide, the permeability of bacterial cytoplasmic membranes can be changed, and bacterial cytoplasmic substances are caused to seep out to block the metabolism of the bacterial cytoplasmic substances to play a role in killing. The didodecyldimethylammonium chloride has low toxicity, low corrosivity and low irritation, can kill various microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, mold, fungi and the like, has the advantages of no influence of organic pollution on the toxicity-killing capacity, no influence of light, heat, hard water, pH value, temperature, humidity and the like, and long duration of the drug effect. The polyhexamethylene guanidine, the benzalkonium bromide and the didodecyldimethylammonium chloride which belong to the same cationic surfactant are compounded, and are ionized in a water solution to generate strong electropositivity, so that bacteria and viruses with negative charges can be adsorbed, and the sterilization and disinfection effects are better.

Four disease-causing ponds were selected and set as test groups one, two, three (corresponding to example one, example two, example three) and control group (non-treatment group), respectively. Each group is provided with three net cages, 40 diseased river crabs in the pond are cultured and put in each net cage, and the test observation lasts 15 days. During the normal feeding period, the compound disinfectant shown in the example I is used in the test group I, the compound disinfectant shown in the example II is used in the test group II, and the compound disinfectant shown in the example III is used in the test group III, and after being diluted by water, the compound disinfectant is uniformly sprinkled in a whole pool according to the dosage of 250 ml/mu-meter and is three times a day. The control group was not treated. Feeding, time to death and number of deaths were observed and recorded and cumulative mortality was calculated.
Results of the experiment
The experimental result is shown in figure 1, and the experimental result shows that the compound disinfectant can effectively treat the river crab shaking disease. The cumulative mortality of the test groups is lower than that of the control group, the treatment effect of the test group three is most obvious, and the death can be controlled on the fourth day.
