As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the sliding device 15 includes two sliding rods 151, two ends of each sliding rod 151 are respectively fixedly connected to the front and rear walls of the sliding groove 14, a sliding block 152 is slidably sleeved on each sliding rod 151, a sleeve 153 is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding block 152, a connecting block 154 is slidably inserted into the top of the sleeve 153, a first spring 155 is installed at the bottom of the connecting block 154, and the top of the connecting block 154 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the corresponding supporting plate 12 or connecting plate 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the bottom of the support plate 12 and the bottom of the connecting plate 11 are both provided with a locking device 16, the locking device 16 includes two clamping plates 161, a clamping plate 162 is rotatably connected between the two clamping plates 161, one side of the two clamping plates 162 away from each other is provided with a limiting plate 163, the two limiting plates 163 are respectively and fixedly connected with the bottom of the support plate 12 and the bottom of the connecting plate 11, the groove wall of the chute 14 at the corresponding position of the bottom of the clamping plate 162 is fixedly connected with a latch 164, and the latch 164 is matched with the clamping plate 162; when the upper body and the lower body of the patient are respectively pressed on the first rotating plate 5 and the second rotating plate 6, the connecting plate 11 and the support plate 12 respectively move downwards under the action of gravity, so that the clamping plate 162 at the bottom of the connecting plate 11 and the clamping plate 162 at the bottom of the support plate 12 are respectively driven to be contacted with the corresponding clamping teeth 164 at the bottoms of the connecting plate and the support plate, and the first rotating plate 5 and the second rotating plate 6 are in an inclined state, so that the first rotating plate 5 and the second rotating plate 6 have a movement trend in the directions of each other under the action of the body pressure of the patient, and meanwhile, due to the limiting action of the limiting plate 163, the clamping plate 162 cannot deflect, so that the movement trend enables the clamping plate 162 and the clamping teeth 164 to be tightly clamped together, so that the connecting plate 11 and the support plate 12 are kept in a relatively static state, and further the body shaking of the patient in the operation process is avoided;
when needs pulling even board 11 or backup pad 12, cardboard 162 begins to take place to deflect because the effect that blocks of latch 164, thereby make cardboard 162 slide from the surface of latch 164, after even board 11 or backup pad 12 move suitable position, stop pulling even board 11 or backup pad 12, cardboard 162 is in the same place with latch 164 joint again under the effect of limiting plate 163, thereby make even board 11 or backup pad 12 stop motion, and then realized in time fixing after the adjustment of patient's backbone, make things convenient for going on of follow-up operation.
As shown in fig. 2, an arc-shaped plate 17 is arranged at the top of the support rod 2, fixed plates 18 are rotatably connected to both sides of the arc-shaped plate 17, the bottom of each fixed plate 18 is fixedly connected to the support plate, and a plurality of second springs 19 are connected between the arc-shaped plate 17 and the support rod 2; when a patient lies on the arc-shaped plate 17, because the weight of the upper half body and the lower half body of the patient is uneven, the arc-shaped plate 17 can deflect along with the position of the gravity center of the patient and extrude the second spring 19 at the deflection side, and the second spring 19 needs to be restored to the original shape, so that upward supporting force can be generated on the arc-shaped plate 17, the arc-shaped plate 17 can be tightly attached to the patient, and the patient can be better supported;
when the position of the connecting plate 11 or the supporting plate 12 is adjusted, the body of the patient can correspondingly deflect by taking the supporting rod 2 as an axis, so that the center of gravity of the patient is correspondingly changed, and the two sides of the arc-shaped plate 17 are rotatably connected with the fixing plate 18, so that when the center of gravity of the patient is changed, the arc-shaped plate 17 correspondingly deflects, and the operation position of the patient can be always kept at a proper position; simultaneously, the direct contact of patient's belly and bracing piece 2 has been avoided to arc 17 to make the sliding friction between patient's belly and bracing piece 2, change for the rotational friction between arc 17 and fixed plate 18, when having improved to patient's health regulation flexibility, still avoided because of the extrusion between the regional backbone of patient's operation that frictional force leads to, improved the success rate of operation.
As shown in fig. 2, the number of the sliding blocks 152 at the bottom of the supporting plate 12 is four, and the four sliding blocks 152 are respectively close to the four corners at the bottom of the supporting plate 12; the four sliders 152 can make the support plate 12 more smooth when sliding.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, protective pads are fixedly connected to the top of the support plate 12 and the top of the arc plate 17 at positions corresponding to the binding bands 13, and the protective pads are made of silica gel; the protective pad can protect the lower leg of the patient when the lower leg portion of the patient is strapped to the support plate 12.
As shown in fig. 1, a U-shaped groove 20 is formed through the front side of the first rotating plate 5, and the U-shaped groove 20 is located at a perpendicular bisector of the first rotating plate 5; when the upper body of the patient lies on the first rotating plate 5, the head of the patient can be placed at the U-shaped groove 20, so that the connection of oxygen is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, handles are mounted on the top of the connecting plate 11 and the top of the supporting plate 12; the handle can facilitate pulling the tie plate 11 or the support plate 12.
The working principle is as follows: when patients with excessively bent spines are operated, the patients often cannot lie on an operating table normally, and due to the lack of a proper supporting device, the patients can only be filled with some softer fillers on the abdomens of the patients during the operation, so that the patients can lie on the operating table reluctantly, and the patients are prevented from falling to two sides by the cooperation of a plurality of medical workers in the operation process; the specific measures and the using process are as follows: through the supporting plate 12, when in use, the supporting rod 2 is at a proper height by adjusting the hydraulic rod 3, then the patient lies on the supporting rod 2, the upper half of the patient is positioned at one side of the first rotating plate 5, the lower half of the patient is positioned at one side of the second rotating plate 6, meanwhile, the lower leg part of the patient is parallel to the supporting plate 12 and is fixed by the binding band 13, then the connecting plate 11 and the supporting plate 12 are respectively pulled, so that the upper half and the lower half of the patient are respectively attached to the first rotating plate 5 and the second rotating plate 6, finally, the air pump 9 is started to gradually expand the air bags 8 positioned on the first rotating plate 5, the second rotating plate 6 and the supporting rod 2, so that the air bags 8 can be better filled in the chest and the abdomen of the patient, and the expanded air bags 8 can play a role in supporting and protecting the patient, thereby effectively preventing the patient from shaking in the operation process, thereby providing a stable operation environment for the doctor operation and improving the accuracy of the operation;
in the operation process, along with the operation, when the backbone that the patient buckled is gradually expanded, can be through reducing hydraulic stem 3 to make bracing piece 2 together reduce, stimulate even board 11 or backup pad 12 respectively according to the demand simultaneously, thereby make the contained angle between patient's upper part of the body and lower part of the body crescent, and then realized according to the operation demand, accomplish the real-time adjustment to patient's backbone, reduced the operation degree of difficulty.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
