The invention relates to a special animal tissue sampler for veterinary laboratory detection, which comprises a tube body 1 and a positioning tube 5, wherein a first annular fixed block 10 is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the tube body 1, a threaded through groove 100 is formed in the middle of the surface of the first annular fixed block 10, a push rod 3 is movably connected in the tube body 1, a piston 30 is arranged at the bottom end of the push rod 3, the piston 30 is driven to move by the push rod 3, a threaded connecting block 31 is arranged on the outer wall of the push rod 3 and close to the bottom end, a circular through groove 32 is formed on the outer wall of the push rod 3 and close to the top end, an auxiliary rod 4 is movably connected in the circular through groove 32, a user can conveniently pull the push rod 3 to move by the auxiliary rod 4, a first internal thread 14 is formed at the bottom end of the inner wall of the tube body 1, a detachable tube 2 is movably connected at the bottom end of the tube 1, the push rod 3 can be moved out of the tube 1 by the detachable tube 2, the detachable tube 2 is rotatably connected in the positioning tube 5, the bottom of the detachable pipe 2 is a closed structure, and the middle part of the bottom of the detachable pipe 2 is connected with an adsorption pipe 21, used for sucking a tissue sample, the edge of the bottom end of the adsorption tube 21 is provided with an arc-shaped fixed block 210, one side of the opening of the arc-shaped fixed block 210 is provided with a cutter 2100, used for cutting tissue samples entering the hollow insertion needle 500 from the sampling port 5000, the bottom end of the positioning tube 5 is provided with an annular positioning plate 50 which is attached to the outer surface of the part to be sampled, thereby fixing the position of the hollow contact pin 500, avoiding the hollow contact pin 500 from being broken off in the using process, the middle part of annular locating plate 50 bottom is equipped with hollow contact pin 500, and the bottom of adsorption tube 21 passes the top of annular locating plate 50 to the inside of hollow contact pin 500, and hollow contact pin 500's outer wall is seted up with the corresponding sample connection 5000 of the solid piece 210 opening part of arc, and hollow contact pin 500's bottom is equipped with solid syringe needle 5001, is favorable to the crust of puncture animal.
In the above scheme, the outer diameter of the adsorption tube 21 is matched with the inner diameter of the hollow insertion pin 500, which is beneficial to the stability of the adsorption tube 21 during movement.
Further, the outer side of the arc-shaped block 210 is attached to the inner wall of the hollow insertion needle 500, so that the sampling port 5000 can be closed after the arc-shaped block 210 cuts the tissue sample.
It should be noted that the lengths of the hollow insertion needle 500 and the suction tube 21 are not limited, and can be adjusted according to the specific tissue sampling site, while the relative positions and connection relationships of the arc-shaped fixing block 210, the cutter 2100 and the sampling port 5000 are not adjustable.
When the special animal tissue sampler for veterinary laboratory detection is used, a user holds the positioning tube 5 to insert the hollow insertion pin 500 into a part to be sampled of an animal, then aligns the adsorption tube 21 with the hollow insertion pin 500, inserts the adsorption tube 21 into the hollow insertion pin 500, accurately moves the positioning bump 13 to the right end of the limiting groove 51 in the insertion process to ensure that the opening of the arc-shaped fixed block 210 is aligned with the sampling port 5000, after the adsorption tube 21 is completely inserted into the hollow insertion pin 500, the user pulls the push rod 3 outwards through the auxiliary rod 4 to drive the piston 30 to move outwards until the threaded connecting block 31 is contacted with the first annular fixed block 10, at the moment, the user rotates the push rod 3 to connect the threaded connecting block 31 with the first annular fixed block 10 in a threaded manner to form a fixed position, so that negative pressure can be formed in the tube body 1, and negative pressure can be formed in the hollow insertion pin 500 under the action of the adsorption tube 21, animal tissues at the sampling port 5000 are sucked into the hollow insertion needle 500, a user rotates the tube body 1 through the auxiliary rotating block 12 to drive the arc-shaped fixing block 210 to rotate, the cutter 2100 cuts the sucked tissues to obtain animal tissue samples, the tissue samples can be adsorbed at the end part of the adsorption tube 21, then, the user pulls out the positioning tube 5 and moves the detachable tube 2 out of the positioning tube 5, at the moment, the tissue samples move out to the outside along with the adsorption tube 21, then, the user resets and rotates the push rod 3 to separate the threaded connection block 31 from the bottom of the first annular fixing block 10 and pushes the push rod 3 downwards to enable the tissue samples to fall into a sampling storage vessel, and therefore, the sampling of the animal tissues is completed; after accomplishing the sample, the user takes out in the circular logical groove 32 of auxiliary rod 4 follow push rod 3 earlier, then dismantles removable pipe 2 from the bottom of body 1, pulls piston 30 again and makes push rod 3 follow body 1 internal shift out to dismantle this animal tissue sampler completely, afterwards, the user alright with wash, disinfect and disinfect to these spare parts, thereby make this animal sampler can used repeatedly.
