the exhaust device also comprises an exhaust joint (4) with a shell (40), a first exhaust pipe (81) and a second exhaust pipe (82), wherein the shell (40) is respectively provided with a first air inlet (401), a second air inlet (402), a first air outlet (403) which can be in fluid communication with the first air inlet (401), and a second air outlet (404) which can be in fluid communication with the second air inlet (402), wherein the first air inlet (401) and the second air inlet (402) are respectively communicated with the first exhaust port (11) and the second exhaust port (12), two ends of the first exhaust pipe (81) are respectively communicated with the first air outlet (403) and the first air inlet (3111), two ends of the second exhaust pipe (82) are respectively communicated with the second air outlet (404) and the second air inlet (3112),
the exhaust joint (4) further comprises a push rod (45) which is arranged in the shell (40) and can move back and forth in the shell (40), the push rod (45) is provided with a stop, and the stop has at least two states in the moving process of the push rod (45): in a first state, the stopper closes the first air inlet (401) and the first air outlet (403), and opens the second air inlet (402) and the second air outlet (404); in a second state, the stopper closes the second inlet port (402) and the second outlet port (404), opens the first inlet port (401) and the first outlet port (403),
the shell (40) comprises a connecting pipe (41), a first exhaust hood (42) and a second exhaust hood (43) which are respectively arranged at two sides of the connecting pipe (41), the shape of each exhaust hood is cylindrical, one end of each exhaust hood is sealed, the other end of each exhaust hood is respectively provided with a first air inlet (401) and a second air inlet (402), the side wall of each exhaust hood is respectively provided with an air guide opening (405) communicated with the corresponding pipe orifice of the connecting pipe (41), the first air outlet (403) and the second air outlet (404) are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting pipe (41), the push rod (45) is arranged in the connecting pipe (41) along the length direction of the connecting pipe (41) and can move back and forth along the length direction of the connecting pipe (41), the stop blocks comprise a first stop block (46) and a second stop block (47) which are respectively fixed at two ends of the push rod (45), the stop blocks are respectively arranged in the connecting pipe (41) at intervals along the radial direction,
in the first state, the first stop (46) is arranged between the first air inlet (401) and the first air outlet (403) in a spaced mode, and the second stop (47) is arranged between the first air outlet (403) and the second air outlet (404) in a spaced mode; in the second state, the second stopper (47) is disposed between the second inlet (402) and the second outlet (404), and the first stopper (46) is disposed between the first outlet (403) and the second outlet (404).
