本发明涉及食品保健技术领域,特别涉及解酒护肝养胃配方。
背景技术
解酒就是“醒酒”,使人从醉酒的状态中醒过来,恢复意识或恢复自制力,酒主要成份就是乙醇,酒精就是乙醇,人体内若是具备乙醇脱氢酶,就能使乙醇分解成乙醛,乙醛再经过乙醛脱氢酶的分解,变成乙酸,人是否醉酒,取决于血液中乙醇的浓度,当血液中乙醇浓度在0.05%-0.1%时,人开始朦胧、畅快地微醉,而达到0.3%时,人就会口齿不清,步态蹒跚,这就是我们常说的酒醉了,对于乙醇的承受力,人与人的差异很大,这是由于胃肠吸收能力和肝脏的代谢处理能力不同所致,酒精在人体的分解代谢有三条途径:肝脏、皮肤和呼吸系统,其中约95%通过肝脏的酶系统主要是指P450(单加氧酶)进行氧化代谢,现也已出现了一些服用类的解酒组合物用以进行辅助解酒;
目前的解酒产品仅作为单纯的解酒功能,其所含成分对身体的保护效果不足,使用安全性有待提高,由于酒精直接刺激肝器官,长期会造成器官损伤,并且目前的解酒产品通常表现为单一的服用形式,需求满足度有待进一步提高;为此,我们提出解酒护肝养胃配方。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供解酒护肝养胃配方,解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:解酒护肝养胃配方,按重量份计,包括葛根花12-16份、草果8-12份、菊花8-12份、高良姜4-6份、竹茹4-8份、苦参3-5份、枸杞子3-6份、决明子4-8份、桑叶2-4份、五味子12-14份、大枣2-6份、炙甘草2-4份、麦冬8-12份、灵芝3-5份、牡蛎2-4份、白扁豆4-6份和蜂蜜12-18份。
优选地,按重量份计,包括葛根花13-15份、草果9-11份、菊花9-11份、高良姜4.5-5.5份、竹茹5-7份、苦参3.5-4.5份、枸杞子4-5份、决明子5-7份、桑叶2.5-3.5份、五味子12.5-13.5份、大枣3-5份、炙甘草2.5-3.5份、麦冬9-11份、灵芝3.5-4.5份、牡蛎2.5-3.5份、白扁豆4.5-5.5份和蜂蜜14-16份。
解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:首先将除蜂蜜外的中药原材料净水浸泡3-5min,并进行清洗,洗净后自然晾干;
步骤二:将洗净后的草果、高良姜、苦参、决明子、五味子、炙甘草、麦冬、灵芝和白扁豆分别进行炒制,炒制时长为8-12min;
步骤三:将净水倒入金属容器,以净水为基底,依次将草果、决明子、五味子、灵芝、白扁豆、麦冬、高良姜、苦参、炙甘草、葛根花、菊花、枸杞子、竹茹、桑叶、大枣和牡蛎放入净水并大火煮沸,煮沸时长为80-120min,静置30min后,得到混合物;
步骤四:对上述步骤得到的混合物进行过滤,过滤后得到汁液和固态物,对汁液进行物理杀菌;
步骤五:将完成杀菌的中药汁液加入蜂蜜,并在蜂蜜充分混合后进行灌装;
步骤六:将上述步骤四得到的固态物进行二次干燥,使其含水率不高于8%;
步骤七:对上述二次干燥后的混合物进行切片并混合造粒,造粒后的颗粒直径为8-10mm,造粒完成后进行分装;
步骤八:将上述步骤七中造粒后的部分中药颗粒进行研磨至粉末状,并进行独立包装;
步骤九:完成解酒护肝养胃配方的制备。

解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

竹茹可清热化痰、除烦止呕,用治痰热咳嗽、胆火挟痰、烦热呕吐、惊悸失眠、中风痰迷、舌强不语、胃热呕吐;苦参能够清热燥湿、杀虫、利尿;枸杞子具有增强免疫功能、延缓衰老、抗肿瘤、降血脂、保肝、促进造血功能、抗遗传损伤、降血糖、降血压、抑制心脏及兴奋肠道等拟胆碱作用;决明子帮助清热明目、润肠通便;桑叶有抑菌、利尿、降压等作用,用治风热感冒、肺热燥咳、头晕头痛、目赤昏花;
五味子能够收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心;大枣有中枢抑制作用、护肝、增强肌力、抗变态反应、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、镇静安、增加白细胞、增强免疫等功能,用治脾虚食少、气血津液不足、乏力便溏;炙甘草能够补脾和胃,益气复脉;麦冬有保护心血管系统的作用,增强耐缺氧,延长常压缺氧的存活时间,增强免疫功能,降血糖,延缓衰老,抑制胃肠推进作用,用治肺燥干咳、吐血、肺痈、虚劳烦热、消渴、热病津伤、咽干口燥、便秘等;
灵芝具有补气安神,止咳平喘的功效,主治心神不宁,失眠,惊悸,咳喘痰多,虚劳证等;牡蛎有明显抑制血小板聚集作用,能降低高血脂病人的血脂,有利于胰岛素分泌和利用,又能使恶性肿瘤细胞对放射线敏感性增强,并对其生长有抑制作用,牡蛎中所含丰富的牛黄酸有明显的保肝利胆作用;白扁豆具有抗菌、抗病毒,增强细胞免疫功能,用治脾虚湿盛、运化失常而见食少便溏或泄泻,脾虚而湿浊下注,白带过多,暑湿吐泻等;蜂蜜能够健脾益胃,养血宁神。
实施例3
针对于本发明解酒护肝养胃配方的使用效果检测,优选的,按重量份计,选用包括葛根花14份、草果10份、菊花10份、高良姜5份、竹茹6份、苦参4份、枸杞子4.5份、决明子6份、桑叶3份、五味子13份、大枣4份、炙甘草3份、麦冬10份、灵芝4份、牡蛎3份、白扁豆5份和蜂蜜15份;
另选取3组市售普通解酒服用物做检测对比,设立A、B和C和D四个对照组,共选取醉酒样本100人,每组25人,其中A、B和C组为市售普通组,D组为本发明解酒护肝养胃配方,检测标准为醉酒者使用后的止吐率(%)、肝功能检测状况和醒酒率(%),测试情况如下表所示。
表一为4组解酒护肝养胃配方的使用检测对比情况:
由表一可知,本发明解酒护肝养胃配方在使用后对饮酒醉酒者的止吐效果明显,并且肝功能状况无异常,综合醒酒率高,较市售同类产品具有更好的使用效果,优势明显,使用推广价值高。

Claims (8)
1.解酒护肝养胃配方,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括葛根花12-16份、草果8-12份、菊花8-12份、高良姜4-6份、竹茹4-8份、苦参3-5份、枸杞子3-6份、决明子4-8份、桑叶2-4份、五味子12-14份、大枣2-6份、炙甘草2-4份、麦冬8-12份、灵芝3-5份、牡蛎2-4份、白扁豆4-6份和蜂蜜12-18份。
2.如权利要求1所述的解酒护肝养胃配方,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括葛根花13-15份、草果9-11份、菊花9-11份、高良姜4.5-5.5份、竹茹5-7份、苦参3.5-4.5份、枸杞子4-5份、决明子5-7份、桑叶2.5-3.5份、五味子12.5-13.5份、大枣3-5份、炙甘草2.5-3.5份、麦冬9-11份、灵芝3.5-4.5份、牡蛎2.5-3.5份、白扁豆4.5-5.5份和蜂蜜14-16份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:首先将除蜂蜜外的中药原材料净水浸泡3-5min,并进行清洗,洗净后自然晾干;
步骤二:将洗净后的草果、高良姜、苦参、决明子、五味子、炙甘草、麦冬、灵芝和白扁豆分别进行炒制,炒制时长为8-12min;
步骤三:将净水倒入金属容器,以净水为基底,依次将草果、决明子、五味子、灵芝、白扁豆、麦冬、高良姜、苦参、炙甘草、葛根花、菊花、枸杞子、竹茹、桑叶、大枣和牡蛎放入净水并大火煮沸,煮沸时长为80-120min,静置30min后,得到混合物;
步骤四:对上述步骤得到的混合物进行过滤,过滤后得到汁液和固态物,对汁液进行物理杀菌;
步骤五:将完成杀菌的中药汁液加入蜂蜜,并在蜂蜜充分混合后进行灌装;
步骤六:将上述步骤四得到的固态物进行二次干燥,使其含水率不高于8%;
步骤七:对上述二次干燥后的混合物进行切片并混合造粒,造粒后的颗粒直径为8-10mm,造粒完成后进行分装;
步骤八:将上述步骤七中造粒后的部分中药颗粒进行研磨至粉末状,并进行独立包装;
步骤九:完成解酒护肝养胃配方的制备。
4.根据权利要求3所述的解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中对中药原材料进行清洗前,首先人工挑除杂质。
5.根据权利要求4所述的解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中净水倒入后液面高于中药材5-7cm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中对汁液进行物理杀菌,杀菌温度为120℃。
7.根据权利要求6所述的解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五、步骤七和步骤八中分别进行汁液包装、颗粒包装和粉末包装,均在无菌环境下进行。
8.根据权利要求7所述的解酒护肝养胃配方的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中汁液进120目、170目和230目过滤器过滤,再经过分子筛进行精滤。
