Description

Preparation method of quick-adhesion fishing bait
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fishing baits, and particularly relates to a novel quick-adhesion type fishing bait and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, fishing has become an outdoor sport enjoyed by many people, more and more people are added to the outdoor fishing line, and the fishing bait also becomes the key part of fishing due to the important role played by the fishing bait in the fishing sport. However, conventional fishing lures do not easily clump together and tend to run out too quickly in water, which is a significant challenge for novices. In addition, some fishing enthusiasts prefer to use a large amount of bait for nesting, which wastes a lot of manpower and material resources, but has little effect. Therefore, the development of a general fishing lure which is easy to use, long in time-efficiency and economical is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem of providing a novel quick-adhesion type fishing bait and a preparation method thereof, effectively solves the problems that the common fishing bait is not easy to agglomerate and is easy to run off in water, and is popular with a plurality of fishing enthusiasts due to the advantages of repeated utilization, simple operation, easy fishing beginners and the like.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for solving the technical problems, and the novel quick-bonding fishing bait is characterized by comprising a bait matrix, natural mica powder uniformly wrapped on the surface of the bait matrix and fish food bait adhered on the surface of formed particles, wherein the bait matrix is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
sorbitol 65% -80%
6 to 10 percent of sodium polyacrylate
0.7 to 1.1 percent of talcum powder
0.1 to 0.3 percent of ferric oxide
The balance being water.
Further limited, the bait matrix is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
sorbitol 70%
20.8 percent of water
8 percent of sodium polyacrylate
1 percent of talcum powder
0.2 percent of ferric oxide.
Further limiting, the sodium polyacrylate is granular sodium polyacrylate with the grain size of 100 meshes; the sorbitol is industrial-grade sorbitol; the fish food bait is cereal or legume food bait.
The preparation method of the novel quick-adhesion fishing bait is characterized by comprising the following specific steps: adding sorbitol into water, stirring to obtain paste, adding sodium polyacrylate, rapidly dispersing, adding ferric oxide and pulvis Talci, rapidly stirring, mixing, extruding with screw extruder to obtain strips with diameter of 10mm, cutting with blade to obtain granules with length of 10mm, pouring into mica powder while it is wet to coat a layer of mica powder, and dipping the fishing bait in water to release viscous groups to stick to common cereal or bean food bait.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects: according to the invention, sorbitol with good water absorption is used as a main carrier, granular high-molecular adhesive material sodium polyacrylate is added, pigment iron sesquioxide and talcum powder are added, extrusion molding is carried out through a screw extruder, natural mica powder with colors is wrapped on the outer layer, and finally the novel fishing bait which can reflect light in water, has high viscosity and is difficult to lose is obtained. After dipping water with this fishing bait, wherein granule type macromolecular material releases the stickness group, glues ordinary cereal or beans food bait, and the granule of dispersion type can fishing bait reuse many times, can save the fishing bait when the fishing, practices thrift the number of times and the time of changing the fishing bait, and then increases the rate of getting caught by the bait of fish.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to examples, but it should not be understood that the scope of the subject matter of the present invention is limited to the examples below, and any technique realized based on the above contents of the present invention falls within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Adding 70 kg of industrial-grade sorbitol into 20.8 kg of water, stirring into paste, adding 8 kg of granular sodium polyacrylate with the particle size of 100 meshes, quickly and uniformly dispersing, then adding 0.2 kg of ferric oxide red pigment and 1 kg of talcum powder, quickly stirring and uniformly mixing, extruding into strips with the diameter of 10mm by using a screw extruder, subsequently cutting into granules with the length of 10mm by using a blade, pouring into mica powder while the granules are wet to uniformly wrap a layer of mica powder on the surface, wherein the appearance of the mica powder is shown in figure 1, the distribution condition of the granular sodium polyacrylate is shown in figure 2, and the used mica powder is shown in figure 3 and is a uniform hexagonal sheet structure with the side length of about 100 mu m. After the fishing bait is dipped in water, the granular polymer material releases viscous groups to stick common cereal or legume food baits.
Example 2
Adding 65 kg of industrial sorbitol into 23.6 kg of water, stirring into paste, adding 10 kg of sodium polyacrylate in the form of particles with the particle size of 100 meshes, quickly and uniformly dispersing, adding 0.3 kg of red iron trioxide pigment and 1.1 kg of talcum powder, quickly stirring and uniformly mixing, extruding into strips with the diameter of 10mm by using a screw extruder, subsequently cutting into particles with the length of 10mm by using a blade, pouring the particles into mica powder while the particles are wet to uniformly coat the surfaces of the particles with a layer of mica powder, and dipping the fishing bait in water, wherein the particle type high polymer material releases viscous groups to stick common cereal or bean food baits.
Example 3
Adding 80 kg of industrial-grade sorbitol into 13.2 kg of water, stirring into paste, adding 6 kg of granular sodium polyacrylate with the particle size of 100 meshes, quickly and uniformly dispersing, adding 0.1 kg of ferric oxide red pigment and 0.7 kg of talcum powder, quickly stirring and uniformly mixing, extruding into strips with the diameter of 10mm by using a screw extruder, subsequently cutting into granular materials with the length of 10mm by using a blade, pouring the granular materials into mica powder while the granular materials are wet so that the surface of the granular materials is uniformly coated with a layer of mica powder, and after the fishing bait is dipped in water, releasing viscous groups from granular high polymer materials to stick common cereal or bean food baits.
The foregoing embodiments illustrate the principles, principal features and advantages of the invention, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, and that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the scope of the principles of the invention.
