Abstract
The invention discloses a novel quick-bonding fishing bait and a preparation method thereof, wherein the novel quick-bonding fishing bait comprises a bait matrix, natural mica powder uniformly wrapped on the surface of the bait matrix and fish food bait adhered on the surface of formed particles, wherein the bait matrix is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 65 to 80 percent of sorbitol, 6 to 10 percent of sodium polyacrylate, 0.7 to 1.1 percent of talcum powder, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of ferric oxide and the balance of water. The invention also specifically discloses a preparation method of the novel quick-adhesion fishing bait. The fishing bait is easy to operate in the using process, easy to use and reusable, and is a quick-adhesion fishing bait which is not easy to run off.

Example 1
Adding 70 kg of industrial-grade sorbitol into 20.8 kg of water, stirring into paste, adding 8 kg of granular sodium polyacrylate with the particle size of 100 meshes, quickly and uniformly dispersing, then adding 0.2 kg of ferric oxide red pigment and 1 kg of talcum powder, quickly stirring and uniformly mixing, extruding into strips with the diameter of 10mm by using a screw extruder, subsequently cutting into granules with the length of 10mm by using a blade, pouring into mica powder while the granules are wet to uniformly wrap a layer of mica powder on the surface, wherein the appearance of the mica powder is shown in figure 1, the distribution condition of the granular sodium polyacrylate is shown in figure 2, and the used mica powder is shown in figure 3 and is a uniform hexagonal sheet structure with the side length of about 100 mu m. After the fishing bait is dipped in water, the granular polymer material releases viscous groups to stick common cereal or legume food baits.
Example 2
Adding 65 kg of industrial sorbitol into 23.6 kg of water, stirring into paste, adding 10 kg of sodium polyacrylate in the form of particles with the particle size of 100 meshes, quickly and uniformly dispersing, adding 0.3 kg of red iron trioxide pigment and 1.1 kg of talcum powder, quickly stirring and uniformly mixing, extruding into strips with the diameter of 10mm by using a screw extruder, subsequently cutting into particles with the length of 10mm by using a blade, pouring the particles into mica powder while the particles are wet to uniformly coat the surfaces of the particles with a layer of mica powder, and dipping the fishing bait in water, wherein the particle type high polymer material releases viscous groups to stick common cereal or bean food baits.

A preparation method of a quick-adhesion fishing bait is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding 70 kg of industrial-grade sorbitol into 20.8 kg of water, stirring into paste, adding 8 kg of granular sodium polyacrylate with the particle size of 100 meshes, quickly and uniformly dispersing, adding 0.2 kg of red iron trioxide pigment and 1 kg of talcum powder, quickly stirring and uniformly mixing, extruding into strips with the diameter of 10mm by using a screw extruder, subsequently cutting into granules with the length of 10mm by using a blade, pouring the granules into mica powder while the granules are wet to uniformly wrap a layer of mica powder on the surface of the granules, wherein the mica powder is a uniform hexagonal sheet structure with the side length of about 100 mu m, and sticking common cereal or bean food baits after being dipped in water.
