Referring to fig. 1, an engineering machine data monitoring interconnection system provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention includes: the engineering machine is used for mechanical equipment working on a construction site; the identity recognition device is used for detecting identity information of other engineering machinery within a certain range of the engineering machinery with a certain legal identity; the GPS module is used for acquiring the position of the engineering machinery where the GPS module is located and sending positioning information to the identity recognition device; and the feedback module is used for feeding back the information passing the verification to the identity recognition device when the engineering machinery with the legal identity receives the verification information.
The engineering machinery comprises legal engineering machinery and illegal engineering machinery, a large number of engineering machinery are constructed simultaneously on an engineering project site, most of the engineering machinery has legal identities, most of the engineering projects need to be matched with a plurality of devices to complete construction tasks, so the engineering machinery with the illegal identities is inevitable to be constructed on the same construction site with other engineering machinery, when the engineering machinery with the illegal identities and the engineering machinery with the legal identities are constructed in the same region, the engineering machinery with the legal identities can detect identity information of the engineering machinery with the illegal identities through an identity recognition system, and if the engineering machinery with the illegal identities cannot pass through a detection instruction of the identity recognition system through detection, the equipment is judged to be the illegal identities.
The identity recognition device is installed on the engineering machinery with the legal identity and used for sending verification codes to other engineering machinery which collects identity information in advance and receiving response codes fed back by other engineering machinery with the legal identity through the feedback module.
In the embodiment of the invention, the system further comprises an alarm device, if the identity recognition device does not receive the response code after sending the verification code to a certain engineering machine, the identity recognition device receives the positioning information of the GPS module of the engineering machine and sends the positioning information to the identity recognition device, and the identity recognition device sends the positioning information to the alarm device, so that the alarm device generates alarm information. The alarm information comprises position information and operation time limit information of the engineering machinery with the illegal identity, and the generated alarm information can be broadcasted by a buzzer or a voice broadcast device.
The identity recognition device sends corresponding alarm information and an operation limiting command to the engineering machinery, the illegal identity engineering machinery immediately enters operation limiting countdown (such as 25 minutes) after receiving the limiting command, a cab buzzer starts to alarm, a limiting warning is displayed on a display screen, an operator is informed of stopping the equipment in a safe area as soon as possible, the equipment stops all work after 20 minutes, and the operator is asked to contact a rental and sales unit immediately to carry out corresponding operation.

An engineering machine data monitoring interconnection system, comprising: the engineering machine is used for mechanical equipment working on a construction site; the identity recognition device is used for detecting identity information of other engineering machinery within a certain range of the engineering machinery with a certain legal identity; the GPS module is used for acquiring the position of the engineering machinery where the GPS module is located and sending positioning information to the identity recognition device; and the feedback module is used for feeding back the information passing the verification to the identity recognition device when the engineering machinery with the legal identity receives the verification information.

The engineering machine data monitoring interconnection system of claim 1, wherein the identity recognition device is installed on an engineering machine with a legal identity, and is configured to send a verification code to other engineering machines that have collected identity information in advance, and receive a response code fed back by the other engineering machines with the legal identity through the feedback module.

The engineering machine data monitoring interconnection system of claim 2, further comprising an alarm device, wherein if the identification device does not receive the response code after sending the verification code to a certain engineering machine, the identification device receives the positioning information of the GPS module of the engineering machine and sends the positioning information to the identification device, and the identification device sends the positioning information to the alarm device, and the alarm device generates alarm information.
