Background
The management and control of the dangerous source are an important ring in the safety production, and the statistical management and hidden danger troubleshooting work of the dangerous source are indispensable links in the safety production. Although the existing dangerous source management platform can monitor the dangerous source in real time through various sensors such as a camera, an infrared grating and the like and an information acquisition device, the existing platform is lack of a method which can be well combined with the platform to perform corresponding audit management in the whole maintenance and inspection process when the dangerous source needs to be maintained or hidden dangers are inspected. In the existing auditing process, personnel who need to perform corresponding operation generally apply for auditors in advance, and the auditors need to audit operation time and qualification according to the identities and work plans of the operators, and need to carry corresponding necessary equipment and identity certificates to determine whether the operators wear labor protection supplies meeting the regulations before operation. The traditional auditing method needs to be audited for many times, and data transfer and information input are carried out between the access control system and the hazard source monitoring platform, so that the defects of low auditing efficiency, high error probability and high labor consumption exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for auditing and managing operation in a dangerous source, which aims to solve the problems of low auditing efficiency, high error probability and high labor consumption in the prior art.
The method for auditing and managing the operation in the dangerous source comprises the following steps:
step 1, an operator fills in operation information and initiates an operation application to a platform;
step 2, the safety manager audits the operation application on the platform, when the audit is passed, a field audit flow is selected and corresponding notice is sent to the corresponding field auditor, otherwise, a refusal application is sent to the operator;
step 3, after the operation application is passed, issuing an operation instruction to an access control system to authorize the operator according to the information of the operation application, and sending approval passing information to the operator;
step 4, the operator submits a field operation application at the entrance guard of the operation place according to the approved information;
step 5, the platform sends a notice to a field auditor for field audit after receiving the field operation application;
step 6, acquiring the dynamic two-dimensional code by a field auditor, scanning the dynamic two-dimensional code by a code scanner of the operation site, and sending a field audit result to the platform after the field auditor is allowed to complete field audit by the code scanner;
and 7, swiping a card by an operator at the access control equipment of the operation place, and allowing the access by the access control equipment if the card swiping information is authorized operator when the on-site verification result is that the verification is passed and the operator is in binding compliance, or not allowing the access.
Preferably, the operation information in step 1 includes an identity of an operator, a hazard source serving as an operation object, and operation time, the platform automatically matches personal information of the operator, an operation location corresponding to the hazard source, and a hazard source operation requirement according to the operation information, and the safety manager calls a work plan, the personal information, and the hazard source operation requirement to assist the safety manager in auditing through the platform during auditing.
Preferably, after selecting the field auditing process, the platform records the approved operation application, each operation application record comprises corresponding operation information and field auditors, after the operation application is recorded, the application number of the corresponding application record is sent to the mobile terminal of the operator along with the approved information, the mobile terminal of the operator stores the operation application number and submits the application number together when the field operation application is submitted, and after receiving the field operation application, the platform finds the auditors corresponding to the operation application record according to the operation application number and sends a notification to the mobile terminal of the field auditors.
Preferably, the notice sent to the on-site auditor contains the dynamic two-dimensional code, and the platform simultaneously sends corresponding identification information to the identification module, wherein the identification information comprises the identification code corresponding to the dynamic two-dimensional code and the code scanner number of the corresponding operation place; and the code scanner scans the dynamic two-dimensional code and then sends the dynamic two-dimensional code to the identification module, the identification module identifies whether the code number of the code scanner and the dynamic two-dimensional code are correct, and if the code number and the dynamic two-dimensional code are correct, the field auditor is allowed to log in and send a field audit result.
Preferably, the platform has a monitoring module for monitoring the hazard source, the access control equipment sends authentication passing information to the platform when allowing an operator to enter, the platform queries corresponding operation application records according to information of operation sites to which the operator and the access control equipment belong, and sends the information of the hazard source in the records to the detection module to close the monitoring device for monitoring the corresponding hazard source, so as to prevent false alarm.
Preferably, the access control system is further provided with a camera at an operation place, the camera is connected with a video analysis module, the video analysis module is started to analyze and identify video data collected at the operation place when the access control equipment punches a card, whether a person who punches the card wears labor protection products meeting the regulations is checked, if the person who punches the card wears the labor protection products not meeting the regulations is identified, an alarm prompt is sent to the access control equipment, and the access control equipment prohibits the person who punches the card from entering the access control equipment and displays the alarm prompt; otherwise, the card reader is allowed to enter.
The invention has the following advantages: according to the invention, the operation is recorded, and the auditor can realize the auxiliary audit of the production meter, the personnel file and other data information accessed by the platform, especially the combination of on-line audit and on-site audit is realized through the platform and the mobile terminal of the worker, so that the transfer and entry procedures of the personnel filling form among different auditors are greatly reduced, the error rate of the audit is effectively reduced, the entrance guard system can quickly authorize and confirm whether the operator can enter according to the application of the audit operation and the on-site audit result, the audit efficiency is improved, and the labor consumed in the application and audit process is reduced.
Moreover, the method combines the auditing system, the access control system and the monitoring system of the hazard source through the pipeline platform, so that the on-site auditor can forcibly reach the site through scanning the codes by the two-dimensional code, the auditor is prevented from escaping from the auditing program by utilizing the system loophole, and errors are prevented from occurring in the process of designating the on-site auditor and transmitting information. The auditing method combines the dangerous source monitoring system, so that the monitoring equipment of the corresponding dangerous source can be closed while on-site auditing is carried out, false alarm of the monitoring system on troubleshooting and maintenance operation is avoided, and the reliability of platform management is improved. And the method also enables the access control system to combine the on-site audit result and the video identification result, reduces the problem of audit errors caused by single manual inspection and single video identification, and effectively improves the reliability of on-site audit and the access control system.

And 6, the notice sent to the field auditor contains the dynamic two-dimensional code, the field auditor obtains the dynamic two-dimensional code and scans the dynamic two-dimensional code by a code scanner of the operation site, and the code scanning allows the field auditor to send a field audit result to the platform after the field audit is completed.
The platform simultaneously sends corresponding identification information to the identification module, wherein the identification information comprises an identification code corresponding to the dynamic two-dimensional code and a code scanner number of a corresponding operation place; the code scanner scans the dynamic two-dimensional code and then sends the dynamic two-dimensional code to the identification module, the identification module identifies whether the code of the code scanner and the dynamic two-dimensional code are correct, if the code of the code scanner and the dynamic two-dimensional code are correct, the code of the code scanner passes, and if not, the code of the code scanner is forbidden to enter.
And 7, swiping a card by an operator at the access control equipment of the operation place, and allowing the access by the access control equipment if the card swiping information is authorized operator when the on-site verification result is that the verification is passed and the operator is in binding compliance, or not allowing the access.

The platform has the monitoring module of monitoring danger source, entrance guard's equipment sends the authentication to the platform when allowing the operation personnel to enter and passes information, and the platform is according to the information inquiry of operation personnel and entrance guard's equipment affiliated operation place to corresponding operation application record, closes the monitoring devices who monitors corresponding danger source with the information transmission of danger source in this record to detection module, prevents the false alarm.
According to the method, the auditing system, the access control system and the monitoring system of the hazard source are combined through the pipeline platform, so that the on-site auditor can forcibly reach the site through two-dimension code scanning, the auditor is prevented from escaping from an auditing program by using system bugs, and errors are prevented from occurring in the process of designating the on-site auditor and transmitting information. The auditing method combines the dangerous source monitoring system, so that the monitoring equipment of the corresponding dangerous source can be closed while on-site auditing is carried out, false alarm of the monitoring system on troubleshooting and maintenance operation is avoided, and the reliability of platform management is improved.
