After all the bypass cables 12 of the six phases are adjusted in place, the bypass cables 12 are lapped with the main conductor at the moment, specifically: ground operating personnel wear insulating gloves to respectively hold the telescopic insulating operating rod 24 to simultaneously and synchronously hang the quick connector 21 of the bypass cable 12 at the operating end of the operating rod on the main conductors of the power side and the corresponding phase of the load measurement in corresponding operation, and quickly screw the quick connector in the clockwise direction, so that the corresponding main conductor of the quick connector 21 of the cable is ensured to be in good contact, after the overlapping of the bypass cables 12 of three phases is completed, the bypass load switch 11 is closed to enable the bypass cable 12 to be in live operation, and then the operation of replacing a switch (or a drop-out fuse) is carried out on a column with load.
In order to further improve the connection reliability of the second hook 26 of the insulation pulley 23, the second hook 26 has a U-shaped structure, and a safety device for preventing the second hook 26 from slipping off and hooking the electric wire is provided in the second hook 26.
According to the invention, the insulating operating rod 24 is of a telescopic structure capable of being spliced in multiple sections, the insulating operating rod 24 is made of epoxy resin materials, and the length of each section of the insulating operating rod 24 is designed to be 1.5 m.
