the detection frame 73 is arranged on the diversion conveying channel 72 and is used for detecting articles, and the information of the products can be quickly found for comparison and storage; the detection motor 77 and the gear 78 are matched with the driving rack 76, so that the two blocking plates 75 are driven to be mutually folded to block the passage of the object, so that the object can be better detected, the shooting accuracy is improved, or the objects are mutually separated, and the passage is opened to enable the object to smoothly pass through. Shooting the appearance of the article by using a camera 74, transmitting a shooting result to the computer management system 1 by the camera 74, comparing the shooting result with article information to be picked up on one hand, if the comparison is consistent, transmitting the article information to the main flow conveying channel 71 for output, and if the comparison is inconsistent, reversely transmitting the article to the corresponding goods shelf 41 again, and re-picking by the automatic sorting device 42; on the other hand, the device is used for detecting the appearance damage condition of the article and recording the appearance damage condition so as to compare the appearance damage of the returned article, so that the damage analysis module 14 can better analyze the damage or the update reminding module 15 can timely update and remind the article damage.
The working process comprises the following steps: when the material is to be taken, the applicant firstly puts forward an application through the application end 2, notes application information such as personnel information, article information, material taking time, returning time and the like, after approval and approval of related personnel, the applicant logs in and identifies through the face recognition system 3, and sends personnel information which is successfully identified to the computer management system 1, the computer management system 1 matches the personnel information which is successfully identified with the application information sent by the application end 2, and if the matching is successful, a material taking instruction is sent to the automatic sorting system 4 for material taking. If in an emergency stock taking state, the articles to be taken out of the warehouse can be selected directly through the voice recognition module 33 or the input module 31 of the face recognition system 3.
During material taking, the computer management system 1 judges the position of a goods shelf 41 where the goods are located according to the goods information, drives the lifting chain 51 of the automatic sorting system 4 of the goods shelf 41 to move the moving plate 61 up and down, acquires specific information recorded in the RFID electronic tag 54 of the corresponding goods through the reader 621, and knows the positions of the storage rack 53 and the storage cavity where the goods are located, so that the moving plate 61 accurately moves to the position of the storage rack 53 where the needed goods are located, meanwhile, the manipulator 67 moves left and right by utilizing the transverse linear module, so that the manipulator 67 corresponds to the arrangement position where the goods are located, then the taking plate rack 62 stretches into the embedded groove 533 of the corresponding storage rack 53 through the moving chain 68 of the moving device, so that the clamping block 63 corresponds to the bayonet 532, and then the lifting device is utilized to enable the clamping block 63 to be clamped with the bayonet 532, and the storage rack 53 is pulled outwards by utilizing the moving device, so that the storage cavity where the goods are located corresponds to the manipulator 67;
in the moving process of the rack 62, the manipulator 67 correspondingly touches the elastic partition 536, and when the elastic partition 536 is turned over, the manipulator 53 touches the counting button 537 to count, so that the position of the manipulator 67 can be accurately known, and the manipulator 67 can accurately grasp objects; after the robot 67 grabs the articles, the articles are temporarily placed on the temporary storage rack 672 by rotating the chassis 66, and after all the articles on the shelf 41 are taken out, the moving plate 61 is moved to correspond to the split conveying path 72, and the temporary storage rack 672 on which the articles are placed is conveyed onto the split conveying path 72 by the conveyor belt 671.
When the temporary storage frame 672 is conveyed to the detection frame 73, the temporary storage frame 672 is blocked by the blocking plate 75, then the appearance of the article is shot by the camera 74, shooting accuracy is improved, the shot result is transmitted to the computer management system 1 by the camera 74, on one hand, the shot result is used for comparing with article information required to be picked up, if the shot result is consistent, the shot result is conveyed to the main flow conveying channel 71 for output, if the shot result is inconsistent, the article is reversely conveyed to the corresponding goods shelf 41 again, the automatic sorting device 42 is used for re-fetching, on the other hand, the appearance damage condition of the article is detected, information is conveyed to the damage analysis module 14 for recording, the damage condition of the article is obtained, the appearance damage of the returned article is compared, the damage degree is known, or the article is updated in time.
Claims (7)
1. An intelligent warehouse management system, which is characterized in that: the automatic sorting system comprises a computer management system (1), wherein the computer management system (1) is respectively connected with an application end (2), a face recognition system (3) and an automatic sorting system (4), the application end (2) is used for receiving application information and sending information of successful application to the computer management system (1), the face recognition system (3) is used for inputting and recognizing personnel information and sending the personnel information of successful recognition to the computer management system (1), the computer management system (1) is used for matching the personnel information sent by the face recognition system (3) with the application information sent by the application end (2), if the matching is successful, a material taking instruction is sent to the automatic sorting system (4), and the automatic sorting system (4) is used for taking out or returning corresponding articles in a warehouse according to the material taking instruction; the automatic sorting system (4) comprises a plurality of shelves (41), an automatic sorting device (42) is arranged on the front side of each shelf (41), and the shelves (41) are communicated through a conveying device (43); the goods shelf (41) comprises an outer frame, a lifting device and a plurality of layers of supporting frames (52) are arranged in the outer frame, the lifting device is fixedly connected with the automatic sorting device (42), each layer of supporting frames (52) is provided with a storage frame (53), each storage frame (53) is provided with a storage cavity for storing articles, and each row of storage cavities is internally provided with an RFID electronic tag (54) corresponding to the articles; the storage frame (53) comprises a bottom plate (531), bayonet (532) is arranged at the front end of the bottom plate (531), an embedded groove (533) is formed in the lower portion of the bottom plate (531), rollers are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (531), a storage plate (534) is arranged above the bottom plate (531), a plurality of longitudinal partition plates (535) are arranged on the storage plate (534), a plurality of elastic partition plates (536) are arranged between every two adjacent longitudinal partition plates (535), the elastic partition plates (536) are connected with the storage plate (534) through elastic hinges to realize elastic overturning, storage cavities are formed between every two adjacent elastic partition plates (536), and counting buttons (537) are arranged on the elastic partition plates (536).
2. The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1, wherein: the application information comprises personnel information, article taking time and returning time.

The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1, wherein: the face recognition system (3) comprises an input module (31), a card recognition module (32), a voice recognition module (33), a man-machine conversation module (34), a dim light supplementing module (35) and a power-off memory module (36) which are used for inputting, memorizing and recognizing text and image information of login personnel and transmitting the information to the computer management system (1).

The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1, wherein: the computer management system (1) comprises a tracing module (11) for tracing and recording article information, an article analysis module (12) for analyzing the quantity of articles entering and exiting a warehouse, a cost analysis module (13) for analyzing cost data, a breakage analysis module (14) for analyzing the breakage degree of tools, an update reminding module (15) for reminding information and article update, a processing module (16) for processing personnel information and material taking information and a command module (17) for giving instructions.

The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1, wherein: the automatic sorting device (42) comprises a moving plate (61) connected with a lifting device, a plate taking frame (62), a transverse linear module (65) and a conveyor belt (671) are sequentially arranged on the moving plate (61), the plate taking frame (62) is close to one side of the goods shelf (41), the moving plate is connected with the moving plate (61) in a sliding manner, a reader (621) for reading an RFID electronic tag (54) is arranged in the plate taking frame (62), a clamping block (63) corresponding to a bayonet (532) is arranged at the front end of the plate taking frame (62), and a limiting block (64) is arranged at the rear end of the plate taking frame (62); a rotating chassis (66) is arranged on the sliding block of the transverse linear module (65), a rotating motor is arranged in the rotating chassis (66), and a manipulator (67) is arranged on the rotating chassis (66); the conveyor belt (671) is provided with a temporary storage rack (672).
