Description

Intelligent sorting and carrying system based on RFID technology and intelligent terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to an intelligent sorting and carrying system based on an RFID (radio frequency identification) technology and an intelligent terminal, and belongs to the field of automatic sorting and carrying management of logistics.
Background
With the increasing maturity of RFID technology, the application range of RFID technology is expanding. In the field of logistics, barcode identification has many limitations (for example, barcodes are easily damaged, stained, wrinkled and the like, which cause reading failure), and is gradually replaced by the RFID technology.
The existing logistics sorting system based on the RFID technology generally comprises a detection device, a classification device, a conveying device and a sorting port. The detection device is used for identifying, receiving and processing sorting signals of goods on the conveying device. According to the sorting signals, the sorting device enables the goods to enter the sorting openings corresponding to the goods. The sorting signal has the following form: RFID signal, weight, height, etc.
Taking airport baggage sorting as an example: the airport departure baggage transportation is roughly divided into the following procedures: consignment, security inspection, sorting, loading and unloading. When the luggage is consigned, the staff stick an RFID label (also called radio frequency label) on the luggage to carry out electronic registration on the luggage. The RFID label is based on the RFID technology, and the reader-writer can automatically identify the RFID label through radio frequency signals and acquire data stored in the RFID label, identify the label in high-speed motion and simultaneously identify a plurality of labels. The luggage is conveyed to the corresponding sorting opening through the detection device, the sorting device and the conveying device. The detection equipment specifically comprises: the RFID antenna device comprises a strip-shaped ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device, a columnar ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device, a portal frame type ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device and the like. The strip ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device has the shortest length of 0.5M and the longest length of 5M, and is mainly applied to the physical environment of horizontal transmission of single-point sampling, such as: airport luggage sorting chute outer baffle, commodity circulation letter sorting conveyer belt end etc.. The height of the antenna of the portal frame type ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device is 1.5-2 meters, and the portal frame type ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device is mainly applied to the physical environment of horizontal transmission of single-point sampling, such as: airport luggage sorting horizontal conveyor belts, logistics sorting horizontal conveyor belts, and the like. The height of the columnar ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device is 1-1.5 m, and the columnar ultrahigh frequency RFID antenna device is mainly applied to the physical environment of inclined transmission of multipoint sampling, such as: such as airport baggage arrival turntables, airport baggage sorting turntables, logistics sorting conveyors, and the like.
Obviously, the existing logistics sorting system based on RFID technology requires a plurality of large RFID antenna devices. When the technology of the logistics sorting center is upgraded, the original facility needs to be modified to additionally install the RFID antenna device and other matching devices, so that the time consumption is long and the cost is high.
Patent CN107742138A discloses a system and method for tracking the whole flow of luggage based on RFID, which includes a luggage strip printer, a first RFID reading device, a second RFID reading device, a third RFID reading device, and a fourth RFID reading device. The luggage strip printer has an RFID read-write function and is used for writing luggage information into the RFID label and printing the luggage strip with the RFID label. The first RFID reading device is arranged on the luggage conveying and sorting line and used for acquiring the classification information of the luggage. The second RFID tag reading device is arranged in the luggage loading and sorting area and used for acquiring loading information of the luggage. The third RFID reading device is used for acquiring the information of the luggage loading machine. The fourth RFID reading device is located at a destination airport. By the system, disputes caused by luggage loss and mistransportation can be avoided by airport service departments and airline service departments.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an intelligent sorting and handling system based on RFID technology includes: a wearable RFID terminal, an intelligent terminal (the intelligent terminal is portable and has a certain computing power, such as a mobile phone or an intelligent bracelet), at least one article attached with a first RFID tag, at least one conveying device attached with a second RFID tag (such as a trailer, a trolley, a small forklift, a refrigerator car, etc.); the conveying device is used for conveying the article to a corresponding opposite space (the opposite space can be a motor car, a truck, an airplane or a warehouse and the like) of the article. The intelligent terminal and the wearable RFID terminal can also be combined into an intelligent device.
A pair of space is selected as a target space in advance, and all articles corresponding to the target space are target articles. The selection mode is that a worker manually selects a counterpart space on the intelligent terminal, or the information management system automatically selects the counterpart space and sends the counterpart space to the intelligent terminal.
The first RFID tag stores first identification information, which is article identification information of an article to which the first RFID tag is attached. The item identification information is a series of item numbers, such as 20210101005, that contain time information.
The second RFID tag is stored with second identification information, the second identification information is an electronic code of the second tag, and the electronic code is associated with the space identification information of the target space. The space identification information can be a train number, a flight number, a license plate, a warehouse number and the like.
The worker carries the intelligent terminal and the wearable RFID terminal with the worker. The article is conveyed by the conveyor belt to the location of the worker. After the article enters the reading range of the wearable RFID terminal, the wearable RFID terminal tries to read the first RFID tag, analyzes the first RFID tag to obtain article identification information and sends the article identification information to the intelligent terminal. The intelligent terminal identifies the object according to the received object identification information, judges whether the object is a target object or not, and sends a conveying prompt for conveying the object to the conveying device if the object is the target object. Wherein, the method for identifying the article is shown in the fourth embodiment; the process of judging whether the object is the target object is as follows: and comparing the received article identification information with the article identification information of all target articles one by one, and if a consistent comparison result exists, determining the target article.
The workman carries article to conveyor according to the transport suggestion that intelligent terminal sent. And after the conveying device enters the reading range of the wearable RFID terminal, the wearable RFID terminal tries to read the second RFID tag, analyzes the electronic code of the second tag, and sends the electronic code to the intelligent terminal. The intelligent terminal inquires the space identification information of the electronic code associated target space and the space identification information of the opposite space corresponding to the article in the process of carrying according to the received electronic code of the second label, judges whether the space identification information and the space identification information are consistent, and if the space identification information and the space identification information are consistent, the article carrying state is correct; otherwise, the article carrying state is wrong; and the intelligent terminal sends out a corresponding article carrying state prompt.
The beneficial effect of this embodiment lies in:
1. the RFID tag is used for marking the object space corresponding to the object and the conveying device, the wearable RFID terminal reads and sends the identification information to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal analyzes whether the object is conveyed and the conveying state of the object according to the identification information and sends corresponding prompts. Obviously, the invention automatically identifies the articles, analyzes the article states and sends out the operation prompts through the cooperative work among the RFID tags, the wearable RFID terminals and the intelligent terminals, and workers carry out corresponding operations according to the operation prompts to finally realize the sorting and carrying of the articles. The invention can be deployed rapidly without reforming original facilities in places such as a logistics sorting center and the like, and can realize technical upgrading rapidly and at low cost.
2. According to the invention, the intelligent terminal and the wearable RFID terminal are small devices with good portability, so that a worker only needs to convey articles to the conveying device according to the prompt of the intelligent terminal, and does not need to manually scan or search luggage to be conveyed, thus realizing noninductive sorting, improving the sorting efficiency, and meanwhile, the intelligent terminal judges and prompts the conveying state by utilizing the second RFID tag, realizing real-time error correction and ensuring the sorting accuracy.
Compared with the prior art, namely a luggage full-flow tracking system and method based on RFID, the time and cost for configuring the wearable RFID are obviously less than the time and cost for configuring the first and second RFID terminals and large-scale devices communicated to transport lines of different sorting areas and the like. The effect is more prominent in the logistics field with a large number of article types and paying attention to efficiency and cost. And should not be considered as simply replacing the equipment in a document handling system, one should see the large transition in the sorting process behind the equipment change.
Example two
Further, the first identification information includes item identification information of an item to which the first RFID tag is attached (which may also include tag read time, tag signal strength, etc.). Alternatively, the first identification information includes an electronic code of the first RFID tag that is associated with item identification information of an item to which the first RFID tag is attached.
Similarly, the second identification information includes space identification information of the target space. Alternatively, the second identification information includes an electronic code of the second tag, the electronic code being associated with spatial identification information of the target space.
Since writing data to an RFID tag is more time consuming than reading data, there is a limit to the number of times data is written. The embodiment has the advantages that the electronic code of the RFID tag is associated with the article identification information and the space identification information, and data is not directly written into the RFID tag, so that the preparation time in the early stage is reduced, the working efficiency of the system is improved, the hardware requirement on the wearable RFID terminal is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, intelligent terminal is intelligent wrist-watch, and the workman carries intelligent wrist-watch and wearing formula RFID terminal, and the application scene is the airport. The following process can refer to fig. 2 and 3.
A first RFID tag is attached to the baggage, and the first identification information is a baggage ID.
The information management system sends out a synchronous updating instruction: baggage belonging to the flight a012 is carried. The flight a012 is the target space, and the baggage belonging to the flight a012 is the target baggage.
The smart watch receives the synchronous updating instruction, and updates the luggage information: the information management system loads all baggage information of the flight a012, including a baggage ID, a flight ID of a flight corresponding to the baggage, a time of the flight corresponding to the baggage, and an airline corresponding to the baggage.
And the intelligent watch judges whether a new trailer needs to be added for the flight according to the total number of the luggage of the flight A012, and if the total number of the luggage exceeds the capacity of the trailer, the intelligent watch calculates and displays the number of the newly added trailers. Or, the worker actively adds the trailer according to actual needs, and manually inputs the number of the newly added trailer in the smart watch.
Binding the trailer and the flight by manual association of workers: the second RFID tag is arranged on the trailer, the wearable RFID terminal reads the electronic code of the second RFID tag and sends the electronic code to the smart watch through Bluetooth, and the smart watch establishes the association relation between the electronic code and the space identification information (namely, the flight A012) of the target space.
Luggage is carried to workman position by letter sorting carousel, and the wearing formula RFID terminal reading signal within range on one's body of the workman is the first RFID label, and the analysis obtains luggage ID to with luggage ID send to intelligent wrist-watch.
And the intelligent watch judges whether the luggage is the target luggage or not according to the luggage ID, and if the luggage is the target luggage, the intelligent watch briefly vibrates twice to prompt a worker to carry the luggage.
The worker carries the luggage to the trailer, the second RFID tag enters the reading range of the wearable RFID terminal, the wearable RFID terminal reads the second RFID tag, and the second identification information is obtained through analysis and sent to the smart watch. The intelligent watch analyzes the carrying state of the luggage according to the second identification information as described in the first embodiment, and if the carrying state of the luggage is correct, the intelligent watch sends out a 'dripping' prompt sound, the intelligent watch vibrates once shortly, and the screen is green and normally bright; otherwise, the watch sends out a prompt sound of 'dripping' and continuously vibrates for one second, and the screen displays red and is always bright. If the luggage carrying state is wrong, after the second RFID tag leaves the reading range of the wearable RFID terminal, the intelligent watch stops sound and vibration prompt, the lamp is turned off, and meanwhile the intelligent watch reports the luggage carrying state to the information management system.
And if the baggage sorting in the same day is completely finished, the information management system sends out a sorting finishing instruction.
And the intelligent watch receives the sorting finishing instruction, clears all stored luggage information, and unbinds the trailer (namely, deletes the association relation between the electronic code and the space identification information in the intelligent watch).
The beneficial effect of this embodiment lies in: after the article are placed on the conveying device, when the wearable RFID terminal leaves a signal range capable of capturing the second RFID label, the intelligent terminal automatically uploads the carrying state of the article to the information management system, a worker can inquire the carrying state of the article on the information management system and timely process the article with wrong carrying, the sorting accuracy is further improved, and meanwhile, a foundation is laid for future article logistics tracking.
Example four
When in actual use, when the wearable RFID terminal reads the first RFID tag, a plurality of first identification information can be read, and in this embodiment, a plurality of first identification information are processed to a certain extent, so as to improve the accuracy of article identification.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the first identification information includes article identification information (article number), a tag read time, a tag read number of times, and a tag signal intensity value.
The wearable RFID terminal sends all the obtained first identification information to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal only keeps the first identification information with the maximum signal intensity value and confirms the identity of the current article closest to the wearable RFID terminal according to the article identification information (such as article number) in the identification information.
The article identity that this moment obtained is not accurate enough, in handling, discerns article once more:
during the article transportation process, the wearable RFID terminal tries to obtain and record the first identification information of the plurality of first RFID tags (the first RFID tags of the article and other articles in the transportation) for a plurality of times.
Inputting the obtained first identification information into a credibility scoring function, and calculating credibility scores of all RFID tags read by the wearable RFID terminal:
Figure BDA0003027640430000141
wherein m isscoreRepresenting the credibility score of a certain first RFID label, N representing the total number of label information corresponding to the first RFID label, TRA time difference between a read time and an end time in the nth tag information of the first RFID tag,
Figure BDA0003027640430000142
indicating the signal strength of all the tag information of the first RFID tagAbsolute value of degree average, CRThe number of times of reading in the nth tag information of the first RFID tag is represented, and a and b are fixed parameters.
Presetting a threshold value of 8.0, and if the maximum value of the credibility score exceeds the threshold value, confirming the identity of the currently carried article according to the first identification information (such as an article number) of the first RFID label corresponding to the maximum value of the credibility score; otherwise, the label information of a plurality of first RFID labels is obtained and recorded again, so that the identity of the currently carried article is identified again.
