Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to avoid that the dish characteristics of the cooked dish do not meet the expectations of users.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a method for ordering a custom dish, which comprises the following steps:
A. listing various food materials, various ingredients, various seasonings and various cooking processes for a user to select;
B. obtaining the user's selection of the plurality of food materials, the plurality of ingredients, the plurality of flavorings, and the plurality of cooking processes;
C. generating a custom dish according to the selected food material, the selected ingredients, the selected seasonings and the selected cooking process;
D. acquiring the dish characteristics of the custom dish from a preset dish characteristic library according to the selected food material, the selected ingredients and the selected seasoning;
E. and outputting the user-defined dishes and the dish characteristics for the user to check and place orders.
Preferably, the dish characteristic includes nutritional ingredient information and/or taste ingredient information.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
F. if a ordering request of the user for the self-defined dishes is received, generating a cooking starting program capable of starting a corresponding cooking module according to the selected cooking process, generating a food adding program capable of adding the selected food to the cooking module to be started according to the selected food, generating an ingredient adding program capable of adding the selected ingredients to the cooking module to be started according to the selected ingredients, and generating a seasoning adding program capable of adding the selected seasonings to the cooking module to be started according to the selected seasonings;
G. and executing the food material adding program, the ingredient adding program, the seasoning adding program and the cooking starting program to cook so as to obtain the custom dish.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
H. if receiving an ordering request of the user for the custom dish, storing the custom dish and the dish characteristic in a correlation manner;
I. and if the ordering request of other users is received, listing the custom dishes and the dish characteristics which are stored in a relevant way for the other users to check and place orders.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
J. if more than two groups of self-defined dishes and dish characteristics are stored in a correlated manner, the selection of the other users on the dish characteristics is obtained;
K. and sorting more than two groups of the self-defined dishes and the dish characteristics which are stored in an associated manner by taking the selected dish characteristics as sorting factors.
Preferably, if the selection of the same dish property is obtained twice in the step J, the two or more sets of the associated custom dishes and the dish properties are reversely sorted by using the dish properties selected twice as sorting factors in the step K.
Preferably, in step B, the selection comprises the selected species and the corresponding portion.
The invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method as described above.
The invention also provides intelligent cooking equipment, which comprises a control module, an information interaction module, a food material adding module, an ingredient adding module, a seasoning adding module and a plurality of cooking modules, wherein a plurality of food materials are stored in the food material adding module, a plurality of ingredients are stored in the ingredient adding module, a plurality of seasonings are stored in the seasoning adding module, the plurality of cooking modules provide a plurality of cooking processes, the control module is respectively and electrically connected with the information interaction module, the ingredient adding module, the seasoning adding module and the plurality of cooking modules, the control module comprises a computer readable storage medium and a processor which are mutually connected, and the computer readable storage medium is as above; in the step A, listing the plurality of food materials, the plurality of ingredients, the plurality of seasonings and the plurality of cooking processes by using the information interaction module for selection by a user; in the step B, the selection of the plurality of food materials, the plurality of ingredients, the plurality of seasonings and the plurality of cooking processes by the user is obtained by utilizing the information interaction module; and in the step E, outputting the self-defined dishes and the dish characteristics by using the information interaction module for the user to check and place orders.
Preferably, the information interaction module comprises a touch screen and/or a wireless communication module.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: because after the selection of the user is obtained, the dish characteristics of the custom dish can be obtained from the preset dish characteristic library according to the selected food materials, ingredients and seasonings, and the custom dish and the dish characteristics are output to be checked by the user, the user can know whether the dish characteristics of the custom dish meet the expectations of the user before placing an order, if the dish characteristics of the custom dish do not meet the expectations of the user, the user can not place the order on the custom dish, and the situation that the dish characteristics of the cooked custom dish do not meet the expectations of the user is avoided.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent cooking device comprises a control module 1, a touch screen 2, a wireless communication module 3, a food material adding module 4, a material adding module 5, a seasoning adding module 6 and three cooking modules 7, wherein the control module 1 is electrically connected with the touch screen 2, the wireless communication module 3, the food material adding module 4, the material adding module 5, the seasoning adding module 6 and each cooking module 7 respectively.
The touch screen 2 and the wireless communication module 3 are both used as information interaction modules of the intelligent cooking device. The touch screen 2 may directly list various information to a user and receive various information input by the user. The wireless communication module 3 can be in communication connection with portable intelligent communication equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer of a user, and then various information is listed on the portable intelligent communication equipment and received by the user. The food material adding module 4 is used for storing various food materials such as beef, chicken, eggs, bitter gourds, tomatoes, potatoes and the like, and the food material adding module 4 is used for adding the stored food materials into the cooking module 7 for cooking; the ingredient adding module 5 is used for storing various ingredients, such as ginger, scallion, garlic, hot pepper and the like, and the ingredient adding module 5 is used for adding the stored ingredients into the cooking module 7 for cooking; the seasoning adding module 6 is used for storing various seasonings such as soy sauce, salt, vinegar, granulated sugar, chili oil and the like, and the seasoning adding module 6 is used for adding the stored ingredients into the cooking module 7 for cooking; the three cooking modules 7 are different from each other and are respectively a frying pan, a high-pressure furnace and a frying furnace, so that the three cooking modules 7 can respectively provide three cooking processes of frying, stewing and frying.
A dish characteristic library is preset in the control module 1 and comprises a nutritional ingredient information library and a taste ingredient information library. The nutrient component information base is established with a corresponding relationship between each food material stored in the food material adding module 4 and each nutrient component information, for example: the nutrient component information corresponding to each 100g of beef is 20.2g of protein, 2.3g of fat, 2g of carbohydrate and 2g of fatty acid; the nutrient content information corresponding to each 100g of eggs is 18.5g of protein, 3.1g of fat, 1.4g of carbohydrate and 2g of fatty acid; the nutrient content information corresponding to each 100g of eggs is 13.3g of protein, 8.8g of fat and 2.8g of carbohydrate; the corresponding nutrient content information of each 100g of balsam pear is 1g of protein, 0.1g of fat, 4.9g of carbohydrate and 1.4g of dietary fiber; the corresponding nutrient content information of each 100g of tomato is 0.9g of protein, 0.2g of fat, 4g of carbohydrate and 0.5g of dietary fiber; the nutritional information for each 100g of potato is 1.9g protein, 0.1g fat, 16.8g carbohydrate and 2.3g dietary fiber. The flavor component information base is established with correspondence between various ingredients stored in the ingredient adding module 5 and respective flavor component information, and between various flavors stored in the flavor adding module 6 and respective flavor component information, for example: the pungency degree of ginger per gram is 3, the pungency degree of scallion per gram is 1, the pungency degree of garlic per gram is 2, the pungency degree of chili per gram is 5, the salinity of soy sauce per gram is 4, the salinity of salt per gram is 5, the acidity of vinegar per gram is 5, the sweetness of granulated sugar per gram is 4, and the pungency degree of chili oil per gram is 5.
Four conventional dishes of balsam pear fried beef, tomato fried eggs, potato stewed chicken and fried eggs or any other user-defined four conventional dishes are preset in the control module 1, and are listed on the touch screen 2, so that a user can select a desired conventional dish on the touch screen 2 to place an order; the control module 1 stores food material adding programs, ingredient adding programs, seasoning adding programs and cooking starting programs corresponding to the conventional dishes, the food material adding programs are provided with proper food material parts, the ingredient adding programs are provided with proper ingredient parts, the seasoning adding programs are provided with proper seasoning parts, and the cooking starting programs are provided with proper cooking time. If a user wants to eat the balsam pear fried beef, the user can directly select the conventional dish balsam pear fried beef on the touch screen 2 for ordering, wherein the balsam pear fried beef is prepared from balsam pears and beef, the ingredients are garlic and hot peppers, the seasoning is soy sauce, and the cooking process is frying; after ordering by a user, the control module 1 executes a corresponding food material adding program firstly to enable the food material adding module 4 to add a proper amount of bitter gourds and beef into the frying furnace, then executes a corresponding ingredient adding program to enable the ingredient adding module 5 to add a proper amount of garlic and hot peppers into the frying furnace, then executes a corresponding seasoning adding program to enable the seasoning adding module 6 to add a proper amount of soy sauce into the frying furnace, and finally executes a corresponding cooking starting program to enable the frying furnace to start for a proper time to cook, so that the conventional dish bitter gourd fried beef is obtained.
If the user wants to eat the potato-fried beef, but no potato-fried beef exists in the preset conventional dishes, in this case, the user can operate on the touch screen 2 to enter the custom ordering interface, so that the user can customize the desired dish, namely the potato-fried beef, and order the dish, and the ordering method of the customized dish is detailed as follows:
referring to fig. 2 and 3, the control module 1 lists the food materials including beef, chicken, eggs, balsam pears and tomatoes stored in the food material adding module 4 on the user-defined ordering interface of the touch screen 2, lists ingredients including ginger, shallots, garlic and peppers stored in the ingredient adding module 5, lists seasonings including soy sauce, salt, vinegar, granulated sugar and chili oil stored in the seasoning adding module 6, and lists three cooking processes including frying, stewing and frying provided by the three cooking modules 7 respectively for selection by a user. The potato stir-fried beef food material is potato and beef, the ingredients are hot pepper, the seasoning is soy sauce, the cooking process is stir-frying, a user can select 150g of potato and 100g of beef as food materials on the touch screen 2, 5g of hot pepper is selected as ingredients, 3g of soy sauce is selected as seasoning, and stir-frying is selected as a cooking process, after the control module 1 obtains the selection of the food materials, the ingredients and the cooking process from the user on the touch screen 2, the control module stir-fries the potato and beef according to the selected food materials, the selected ingredient hot pepper, the selected seasoning soy sauce and the selected cooking process to generate self-defined dish potato stir-fried beef, and obtains the nutritional ingredient information of the potato stir-fried beef from the nutritional ingredient information base according to the 150g of potato and the 100g of beef, wherein the nutritional ingredient information is 23.05g of protein, 2.45g of fat, 27.2g of carbohydrate, 2g of fatty acid and 3.45g of dietary fiber, and obtains the taste ingredient information of the potato stir-fried beef from the taste ingredient information base according to the 5g of hot pepper and the 3g of soy sauce Degree 12. Then the control module 1 outputs the characteristics of the potato-fried beef and the dishes containing the nutritional ingredient information and the taste ingredient information on the touch screen 2 for the user to check, and the user can know the characteristics of the dishes of the potato-fried beef by checking the nutritional ingredient information and the taste ingredient information of the potato-fried beef. If the user feels that the vegetable characteristics of the customized potato-fried beef do not meet the expectations of the user, such as insufficient nutrition, too spicy or too salty taste, the user can not order the customized potato-fried beef; if the user feels that the dish characteristics of the customized potato-fried beef meet the expectations of the user, the user orders the customized potato-fried beef.
After a user orders potato-fried beef, the control module 1 receives a corresponding ordering request, generates a cooking starting program capable of starting the frying oven according to a selected cooking process, generates a food material adding program capable of adding 150g of potatoes and 100g of beef into the frying oven according to a selected food material, generates an ingredient adding program capable of adding 5g of hot pepper into the frying oven according to a selected ingredient, generates a seasoning adding program capable of adding 3g of soy sauce into the frying oven according to a selected ingredient, executes the food material adding program to enable the food material adding module 4 to add 150g of potatoes and 100g of beef into the frying oven, executes the ingredient adding program to enable the ingredient adding module 5g of hot pepper into the frying oven, executes the seasoning adding program to enable the seasoning adding module 6 to add 3g of soy sauce into the frying oven, executes the cooking starting program to enable the frying oven to start for a proper time for cooking, thereby obtaining the self-defined dish potato fried beef.
After receiving the ordering request, the control module 1 stores the generated customized dish potato beef, the corresponding food material adding program, the ingredient adding program, the seasoning adding program, the cooking starting program and the dish characteristics containing the nutritional ingredient information and the taste ingredient information in a correlated manner, and then lists the potato beef on the touch screen 2, so that other users can display the potato beef and the corresponding dish characteristics on the touch screen 2 for other users to check and select ordering at the next ordering. If the user also defines other dishes, such as the balsam pear fried eggs, and orders the dishes, the control module 1 also stores the balsam pear fried eggs and the corresponding dish characteristics in a correlated manner and displays the two sets of defined dishes, such as the potato fried beef and the balsam pear fried eggs, and the corresponding dish characteristics on the touch screen 2, so that other users can select one of the dish characteristics, such as the salinity, the control module 1 sorts the potato fried beef and the balsam pear fried eggs by using the salinity as a sorting factor, and sorts the potato fried beef and the balsam pear fried eggs on the touch screen 2 from high salinity to low salinity so as to facilitate the user to compare and view the dish. If other users select the salinity twice, the control module 1 will use the salinity as a sorting factor to reversely sort the fried beef with potatoes and the fried eggs with bitter gourds, so that the fried beef with potatoes and the fried eggs with bitter gourds are sorted on the touch screen 2 from low to high according to the salinity.
In this embodiment, if the user does not want to order on the touch screen 2 but wants to order remotely, the user can use the portable intelligent communication device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer to communicate with the wireless communication module 3 of the intelligent cooking device, and then the user can use the portable intelligent communication device to order remotely, so that various information originally listed on the touch screen 2 can also be listed on the portable intelligent communication device through the wireless communication module 3, various information originally received by using the touch screen 2 can also be received on the portable intelligent communication device through the wireless communication module 3, and in addition, other ordering and dish making processes are the same as those described above, and are not described again here.
The control module 1 comprises a computer readable storage medium and a processor which are connected with each other, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the ordering method of the self-defined dishes is realized.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the three cooking modules 7 of the intelligent cooking device are a frying oven, a frying oven and a frying pan, and thus the cooking processes provided by the three cooking modules 7 are frying, frying and frying, so that the intelligent cooking device cannot provide conventional dishes such as potato and chicken stewing, but instead provides fried chicken cutlet and french fries. In addition, other structures of the intelligent cooking device are the same as those of embodiment 1, and the ordering method of the customized dishes is also the same, and the detailed description is omitted here.
