The conveyer belt among the packagine machine is mainly responsible for transporting all kinds of materials, relies on the motor to provide power, needs the conveyer belt to operate continuously under the condition of frequent operation. For clothes falling in the conveyor belt, and wear of the equipment itself, can result in the conveyor belt being too slow or even running down. For example: the reason for the slow speed of the conveyor belt is: the resistance of the conveyor belt is large, and the power supply fails and the parameters are wrong; the reasons for the belt downtime are: motor failure, controller failure, power failure. Possible abnormal conditions of the packaging machine can be obtained by monitoring the operating speed of the packaging machine.
The first preset threshold value is set as an abnormal judgment rule for the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine, so that the running speed of the equipment at the position can be preliminarily judged, and whether the equipment at the position is in an abnormal state or not can be determined. For example: if the running speed of the package is set to 300 packs/minute, the number of packs passing per second is 5 boxes by calculation. At the moment, if the running speed monitored by the plug-in detection equipment is judged to be within 25 boxes/5 seconds after calculation, the detection of false operation or rejection of unqualified products can be considered, namely, the abnormity occurs. Because packagine machine's special encapsulation function, when carrying out capsule injecting glue in the reality is used, probably appear because dry glue shelters from photoelectric switch and makes the interior volume of glue jar use up, lead to pasting a large amount of insecure tobacco bale problem of flowing out. Therefore, in order to avoid the outflow of the product with quality problems, the glue amount of the glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine needs to be monitored. When an abnormality determination rule is set, the second threshold value of the glue amount needs to be considered to ensure that the glue amount of the glue cylinder at each position is not lower than the corresponding second preset threshold value when the packaging machine works. In addition, in the abnormality judgment rule, the shutdown state of each position of the packaging machine needs to be subjected to parameter setting through setting of relevant parameters, so that the shutdown state of each position of the packaging machine can be monitored in real time through a PLC functional program.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the method further comprises:
judging the stability of the packaging machine through a preset stability factor;
if the stability factor of the current parameter data is smaller than a preset stability factor, the operation state of the packaging machine is stable;
and if the stability factor of the current parameter data is greater than the preset stability factor, the operation of the packaging machine is overspeed.
When the operation speed of the packaging machine is too fast, the conditions of abrasion of a transmission belt, heating of a motor and the like can be caused. Therefore, in order to reduce the occurrence of the abnormal state, in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the operation stability of the packaging machine may be identified by a preset stability factor; if the stability factor is smaller than a preset threshold value, the packaging machine is in a stable operation state, otherwise, the packaging machine is in an abnormal state;

In one or more embodiments of this description, when choosing with K50L pilot lamp, when equipment is unusual, through the control command that PLC functional program sent, the pilot lamp of control relevant position sends ruddiness to control corresponding speaker and carry out voice broadcast, make operating personnel can in time obtain effectual reputation alarm information. When the equipment is stopped and is in a state of waiting for production, the indicating lamp emits yellow light and is matched with corresponding voice broadcasting to give an alarm, so that operators can reasonably distribute technicians to perform corresponding maintenance.

and recording the occurrence frequency and the duration of various abnormal states through the interactive display terminal so as to facilitate the update and maintenance of the packaging machine equipment by workers.
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a monitoring device for a packaging machine, as shown in fig. 2. The device comprises: receiving section 201, analyzing section 202, determining section 203, and transmitting section 204;
the receiving unit 201 is configured to receive a status signal monitored by a plug-in detection device, and acquire current parameter data of the status signal;
the analysis unit 202 is configured to analyze the current parameter data through a PLC function program, where the current parameter data is a state parameter of each plug-in detection device;
the determining unit 203 is configured to determine a location where a fault of the packaging machine is located and an abnormal state type when determining that the state parameter of the external hanging detection device is abnormal according to a preset abnormal determination rule; the preset abnormity judgment rule comprises that the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding first preset threshold value, the glue amount of a glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding second preset threshold value, and whether each position of the packaging machine is in a stop state;
and the sending unit 204 is used for sending corresponding control instructions to the indicator lamp and the voice broadcast through the PLC functional program so as to realize monitoring and alarming.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the apparatus further comprises:
the system comprises a presetting unit, a detection unit and a control unit, wherein the presetting unit is used for deploying plug-in detection equipment at a plurality of positions of a packaging machine according to the type of the packaging machine; the method comprises the steps of setting running speed and parameter data which accord with production requirements through an interactive display terminal, and prestoring the running speed and parameter data in a PLC (programmable logic controller), wherein the parameter data which accord with the production requirements at least comprise: the speed of processing and packaging at each position of the packaging machine and the glue amount of the glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the apparatus further comprises:
the shutdown monitoring unit is used for adding a shutdown monitoring program into the PLC functional program according to the production requirement; monitoring the working state of each position of the packaging machine in real time through the shutdown monitoring program; and if the working state of any position of the packaging machine is monitored to have a shutdown, sending a corresponding control instruction to the indicator light and the voice broadcast through a shutdown monitoring program in the PLC functional program.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the apparatus further comprises:
and the mute control unit is used for adding a mute control instruction in the PLC functional program so as to stop the voice broadcast when a worker maintains the PLC functional program.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the apparatus further comprises:
the interactive display unit is used for sending the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the abnormal state type to an interactive display terminal through the PLC functional program so that a worker can obtain information of abnormal equipment through the interactive display interface; and recording the occurrence frequency and the duration of various abnormal states through the interactive display terminal so as to facilitate the update and maintenance of the packaging machine equipment by workers.
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a monitoring device for a packaging machine, as shown in fig. 3. The apparatus comprises:
at least one processor 301; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory 302 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 301; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory 301 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 302 to cause the at least one processor 301 to:
receiving a state signal monitored by plug-in detection equipment, and acquiring current parameter data of the state signal;
analyzing the current parameter data through a PLC functional program, wherein the current parameter data are state parameters of each plug-in detection device;
if the state parameters of the external detection equipment are judged to be abnormal according to the preset abnormal judgment rule, determining the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the type of the abnormal state;
the preset abnormity judgment rule comprises that the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding first preset threshold value, the glue amount of a glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding second preset threshold value, and whether each position of the packaging machine is in a stop state;
and sending a corresponding control instruction to the indicator lamp and the voice broadcast through the PLC functional program to realize monitoring and alarming.
As shown in fig. 4, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, a non-volatile storage medium is provided, in which computer-executable instructions 401 are stored, wherein the executable instructions 401 include:
receiving a state signal monitored by plug-in detection equipment, and acquiring current parameter data of the state signal;
analyzing the current parameter data through a PLC functional program, wherein the current parameter data are state parameters of each plug-in detection device;
if the state parameters of the external detection equipment are judged to be abnormal according to the preset abnormal judgment rule, determining the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the type of the abnormal state;
sending a corresponding control instruction to an indicator light and voice broadcast through the PLC functional program;
the preset abnormity judgment rule comprises that the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding first preset threshold value, the glue amount of a glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding second preset threshold value, and whether each position of the packaging machine is in a stop state.

Claims (10)

1. A method of monitoring a packaging machine, the method comprising:
receiving a state signal monitored by plug-in detection equipment, and acquiring current parameter data of the state signal;
analyzing the current parameter data through a PLC functional program, wherein the current parameter data are state parameters of each plug-in detection device;
if the state parameters of the external detection equipment are judged to be abnormal according to the preset abnormal judgment rule, determining the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the type of the abnormal state;
the preset abnormity judgment rule comprises that the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding first preset threshold value, the glue amount of a glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding second preset threshold value, and whether each position of the packaging machine is in a stop state;
and sending a corresponding control instruction to the indicator lamp and the voice broadcast through the PLC functional program to realize monitoring and alarming.
2. The monitoring method for a packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the status signal monitored by the hang detection device, the method further comprises:
deploying plug-in detection equipment at a plurality of positions of the packaging machine according to the type of the packaging machine;
the method comprises the steps of setting running speed and parameter data which accord with production requirements through an interactive display terminal, and prestoring the running speed and parameter data in a PLC (programmable logic controller), wherein the parameter data which accord with the production requirements at least comprise: the speed of processing and packaging at each position of the packaging machine and the glue amount of the glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine.
3. The monitoring method for a packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the status signal monitored by the hang detection device, the method further comprises:
adding a shutdown monitoring program into the PLC functional program according to the production requirement;
monitoring the working state of each position of the packaging machine in real time through the shutdown monitoring program;
and if the working state of any position of the packaging machine is monitored to have a shutdown, sending a corresponding control instruction to the indicator light and the voice broadcast through a shutdown monitoring program in the PLC functional program.
4. The monitoring method for the packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the status signal monitored by the hang detection device and acquiring the current parameter data of the status signal, the method further comprises:
and adding a mute control instruction in the PLC functional program so as to stop the voice broadcast when a worker maintains the PLC functional program.
5. The monitoring method of the packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein after the PLC function program sends corresponding control commands to the indicator light and the voice broadcast, the method further comprises:
the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the type of the abnormal state are sent to an interactive display terminal through the PLC functional program, so that a worker can obtain information of abnormal equipment through the interactive display interface;
and recording the occurrence frequency and the duration of various abnormal states through the interactive display terminal so as to facilitate the update and maintenance of the packaging machine equipment by workers.
6. The packaging machine monitoring method according to claim 1, further comprising:
judging the stability of the packaging machine through a preset stability factor;
if the stability factor of the current parameter data is smaller than a preset stability factor, the operation state of the packaging machine is stable;
and if the stability factor of the current parameter data is greater than the preset stability factor, the operation of the packaging machine is overspeed.
7. A packaging machine monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the abnormal condition type comprises at least any one or more of: the CCD of the small box is abnormal, the appearance of the sixth surface is abnormal, the appearance of the loose bag is abnormal, the appearance of the strip bag is abnormal, the lifting machine and the outlet are shut down, the glue injection is abnormal, the appearance detection of the third and fifth wheels is abnormal, and the rejection of the eighth wheel is abnormal.
8. The packaging machine monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the shutdown state comprises: the program of any position of the packaging machine is exited, the any position of the packaging machine is crashed, and the packaging machine is powered off.
9. A packaging machine monitoring apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
receiving a state signal monitored by plug-in detection equipment, and acquiring current parameter data of the state signal;
analyzing the current parameter data through a PLC functional program, wherein the current parameter data are state parameters of each plug-in detection device;
if the state parameters of the external detection equipment are judged to be abnormal according to the preset abnormal judgment rule, determining the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the type of the abnormal state;
the preset abnormity judgment rule comprises that the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding first preset threshold value, the glue amount of a glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding second preset threshold value, and whether each position of the packaging machine is in a stop state;
and sending a corresponding control instruction to the indicator lamp and the voice broadcast through the PLC functional program to realize monitoring and alarming.
10. A non-volatile storage medium storing computer-executable instructions, the executable instructions comprising:
receiving a state signal monitored by plug-in detection equipment, and acquiring current parameter data of the state signal;
analyzing the current parameter data through a PLC functional program, wherein the current parameter data are state parameters of each plug-in detection device;
if the state parameters of the external detection equipment are judged to be abnormal according to the preset abnormal judgment rule, determining the position of the fault of the packaging machine and the type of the abnormal state;
sending a corresponding control instruction to an indicator light and voice broadcast through the PLC functional program;
the preset abnormity judgment rule comprises that the speed of processing packages at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding first preset threshold value, the glue amount of a glue cylinder at each position of the packaging machine is lower than a corresponding second preset threshold value, and whether each position of the packaging machine is in a stop state.
