Claims (8)

1. The urine protein analyzer is characterized by comprising a sample feeding mechanism and a reaction colorimetric mechanism, wherein the reaction colorimetric mechanism comprises a reaction liquid stirring mechanism, a reagent sample sucking mechanism, a reagent bin and a reaction bin; the reaction liquid stirring mechanism, the reagent sample sucking mechanism and the sample sucking mechanism respectively comprise a rotating shaft and a connecting arm, the rotating shaft is vertically arranged and driven by a motor to rotate, the connecting arm is horizontally arranged and fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, the reaction liquid stirring mechanism further comprises a stirring rod, the stirring rod is rotatably connected to the lower end of the connecting arm of the reaction liquid stirring mechanism, the reagent sample sucking mechanism and the sample sucking mechanism respectively comprise a sample sucking needle, the sample sucking needle is fixedly connected to the lower end of the connecting arm of the reagent sample sucking mechanism/the sample sucking mechanism, and the sample sucking needle is connected with a sample sucking pump; the reagent sample sucking mechanism sucks a reagent from a kit in a reagent bin and puts the reagent into a reaction cavity in a reaction bin, the sample sucking mechanism sucks a urine sample from a urine collecting tube and puts the urine sample into the corresponding reaction cavity in the reaction bin, and the reaction liquid stirring mechanism stirs a mixture in the reaction cavity; the reaction bin comprises a rotary table and a plurality of reaction tube groups, the rotary table rotates around a central shaft of the rotary table, the reaction tube groups comprise a plurality of reaction tube cavities, and the reaction tube cavities are uniformly arranged on the rotary table along the circumferential direction.

The urine protein analyzer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sample feeding mechanism comprises a urine collection tube set placing table, a plurality of urine collection tube placing frames and a urine collection tube set pushing mechanism, the urine collection tube placing frames are in a straight shape, the urine collection tube placing frames are provided with a plurality of urine collection tube placing grooves along the length direction, the urine collection tube placing frames are placed on the urine collection tube set placing table, the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism comprises a rear pushing piece and a triangular rear pushing piece, the triangular rear pushing piece is in a right-angled triangular shape, an inclined surface of the triangular rear pushing piece is arranged forward, a right-angled edge of the triangular rear pushing piece is vertically arranged, the triangular rear pushing piece is rotatably connected to the rear pushing piece, and a triangular rear pushing piece rotation stopping limiting portion is arranged behind the lower portion of the triangular rear pushing piece.

The urine protein analyzer of claim 1, wherein the reaction colorimetric mechanism further comprises a sample stirring mechanism, the structure of the sample stirring mechanism is the same as that of the reaction solution stirring mechanism, and the sample stirring mechanism is used for stirring the urine sample in the urine collection tube.
4. The urine protein analyzer of claim 2, wherein the urine collection tube further comprises a right pushing mechanism, the right pushing mechanism comprises a right pushing member and a right pushing rod, and the right pushing rod is fixedly disposed on the right pushing member.

The urine protein analyzer of claim 4, wherein the urine collection tube set further comprises a urine collection tube set pushing mechanism, the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism comprises a pushing rotating plate, and a pushing chute matched with the urine collection tube placing rack is arranged on the urine collection tube set placing rack.

The urine protein analyzer of claim 5, wherein the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism is disposed at the left portion below the urine collection tube set placing table, the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism is disposed at the left rear portion below the urine collection tube set placing table, the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism is disposed at the right rear portion below the urine collection tube set placing table, and the urine collection tube placing frame is sequentially pushed backwards by the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism, pushed rightwards by the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism, and pushed forwards by the urine collection tube set pushing mechanism.

The urine protein analyzer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reaction colorimetric mechanism further comprises a reaction chamber cleaning mechanism, the reaction chamber cleaning mechanism comprises a plurality of cleaning tubes, a cleaning tube mounting rack, a plurality of cleaning needles and a lifting motor, the cleaning needles are arranged at the end parts of the cleaning tubes, the cleaning tubes are connected with cleaning pumps for sucking reaction liquid and pumping out cleaning liquid, the cleaning tubes are mounted on the cleaning tube mounting rack, and the cleaning tube mounting rack is driven by the lifting motor to lift.
8. The urine protein analyzer of claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the stirring rod is helical and the stirring rod is driven by a motor to rotate.
