Background
The pesticide residue refers to the general term for pesticide precursors, pesticide residue hazard derivatives, metabolites, degradants and impurities which remain in the environment, organisms and food after the pesticide is used. The main reasons for exceeding the pesticide residue of vegetables are organophosphorus pesticides and carbamate pesticides, such as methamidophos, omethoate, phora, parathion, methyl parathion, etc., which are forbidden to be used in vegetable production in some countries. The eating of foods containing a large amount of highly toxic and highly toxic pesticide residues can cause acute poisoning accidents of people and livestock. The agricultural and sideline products with exceeding pesticide residues are eaten for a long time, and although acute poisoning cannot be caused, chronic poisoning of people and animals can be caused, diseases are caused, and cancers are induced.
At present, the rapid detection method of pesticide residues is various in variety, wherein the chemical measurement method is mainly used for rapidly detecting organophosphorus pesticides according to the change of color of hydrolysis products and detection liquid caused by oxidation-reduction reaction. For example, the telescopic assembly 61 can be configured as an electric push rod, by which the telescopic assembly 61 drives the mounting table 62 to descend, thereby driving the liquid inlet pipe 64 to extend into the dissolution chamber 51 and simultaneously driving the liquid outlet pipe 65 to extend into the detection chamber 52, and the pump body 63 can suck the reagent through the liquid inlet pipe 64 and inject the reagent into the detection chamber 52 through the liquid outlet pipe 65.
Further, the side wall of the liquid inlet pipe 64 is provided with a plurality of liquid inlet holes 66 which are equidistantly arranged.
Through this setting, when the feed liquor pipe 64 absorbs reagent, can absorb the reagent of upper and middle lower floor simultaneously, have following beneficial effect: in the process of sucking, the reagents on the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer can be mixed, so that the reagents are more uniform, and the detection process in the next step is more accurate.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the mounting table 62 is fixedly connected with a second motor 14, an output end of the second motor 14 is fixedly connected with a stirring rod 15, the stirring rod 15 and the liquid inlet pipe 64 are arranged side by side, and a side wall of the stirring rod 15 is connected with a flexible brush 16;
the outer surface of the side wall of the liquid inlet pipe 64 is fixedly connected with a protruding piece 17.
For example, the flexible brush 16 may be provided as a rubber flexible brush 16, by which the following functions are provided:
firstly, when dissolving, the liquid inlet pipe 64 and the stirring pipe are inserted into the dissolving cavity 51, the turntable 3 drives the reagent box 5 to reciprocate, and the liquid inlet pipe 64 and the stirring pipe do not move, so that the reagents can be uniformly mixed and dissolved quickly;
secondly, when the pesticide is dissolved, the second motor 14 drives the stirring rod 15 to rotate, so that the flexible hairbrush 16 is driven to carry out nondestructive brushing on the vegetables or fruit peels of the sample to be detected, the pesticide dissolving efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the detection accuracy is also improved; at the same time, the protruding member 17 on the inlet tube 64 can fix the sample to be detected.
Third, the rotating rod can stir the liquid through the flexible brush 16, thereby driving the reagent to mix uniformly.
Fourth, the sample to be tested is conveniently clamped out by the stirring rod 15, the flexible brush 16 and the liquid inlet pipe 64.
The mixing of the reagent solution includes not only transfer of the internal solvent but also transfer of heat.
Further, the flexible brush 16 is connected to the stirring rod 15 through an elastic member 18. Through this setting, when improving the rotational speed of puddler 15, the accessible centrifugal force changes the distance between flexible brush 16 to puddler 15, makes flexible brush 16 can brush the sample of different positions to can stir the inner wall of dissolving chamber 51, thereby make kit 5 realize controllable rocking, thereby improve the speed of dissolving sample surface residue. And, when the rotation of the stirring rod 15 reaches a predetermined value, the sample may also be destroyed, so that it is available for destructive dissolution. The peel or vegetable with the juice not easy to overflow or colorless can be cut up and stirred during dissolution, so that the dissolution efficiency is improved. And pesticide residues in the vegetables can be dissolved out, so that the detection accuracy is improved. The flexible brush 16 may also be used to clean the inlet 66.
The invention also provides a detection method of the intelligent agricultural product detection equipment, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, placing an agricultural product sample to be detected into a dissolving cavity 51, and dissolving chemical substances on the agricultural product sample by a reagent in the dissolving cavity 51 to obtain a reagent solution with an internal solvent;
step S2, after dissolution is finished, the turntable 3 drives the reagent kit 5 to reach the working area of the reagent transferring part 6, and the reagent transferring part 6 transfers the reagent in the dissolution cavity 51 to the detection cavity 52;
step S3, then the enzyme injector 7, the developer injector 8 and the substrate injector 9 inject corresponding substances into the detection cavity 52; after mixing, the reagent solutions in the detection chamber 52 display the corresponding colors, and the detector 10 automatically detects the reagent solutions in the detection chamber 52 to obtain the parameters of the internal solutions of the reagent solutions.
Through this setting, the first motor 2 can drive carousel 3 rotation to carousel 3 rotation has two effects: firstly, the turntable 3 drives the reagent boxes 5 to sequentially reach corresponding stations, and a plurality of procedure operations are sequentially carried out, so that the automatic detection can be realized, the detection efficiency is improved, the detection is more timely, and the detection accuracy can be improved; second, the rotary disk 3 can reciprocate in a small radian to drive the reagent kit 5 to reciprocate, so that the agricultural product sample can be dissolved conveniently and the additive and the reagent solution can be mixed uniformly.
Further, two-dimensional code labeling can be performed on each kit 5, so that results can be searched on other terminals, and the method is more intelligent and convenient.
In use, a sample of agricultural products (grains, vegetables, fruits, etc.) to be detected is placed in a dissolution chamber 51, and a reagent in the dissolution chamber 51 dissolves chemical substances, such as pesticide residues, on the sample of agricultural products to obtain a reagent solution with internal solutions; after the dissolution is finished, the turntable 3 drives the reagent kit 5 to reach the working area of the reagent transferring part 6, the reagent transferring part 6 transfers the reagent in the dissolution cavity 51 into the detection cavity 52, then the enzyme injecting part 7, the color developing agent injecting part 8 and the substrate injecting part 9 inject corresponding substances into the detection cavity 52, after mixing, the reagent liquid in the detection cavity 52 shows corresponding colors, and the detector 10 automatically detects the reagent liquid in the detection cavity 52 to obtain the internal solute parameters (such as pesticide residue content) of the reagent liquid.
And each kit 5 can be labeled with two-dimension codes, so that results can be searched on other terminals, and the method is more intelligent and convenient.
