The buffer lifting type feeding and discharging shuttle car for the automatic bale breaker of the tobacco shred manufacturing line as claimed in claim 5, wherein all input and output cables of the shuttle car adopt flexible cables, an angle encoder is adopted to calculate the current position of the shuttle car, and the starting and stopping operations of the shuttle car, the correcting device and the jacking device at each station are controlled; the shuttle motion is controlled by a variable frequency motor, two position proximity switches are mounted on a sliding rail of the shuttle and used for confirming that the shuttle really reaches each station, two limit travel switches are mounted on the sliding rail of the shuttle, and when the shuttle crosses the limit position, the limit travel switches are triggered to realize emergency stop.
