step S1: adding one third of deionized water and an emulsifier into a vacuum emulsifying pot, controlling the emulsifying temperature to be 50 ℃, stirring at the speed of 800r/min, heating and stirring for 40min, cooling to 40 ℃, adding a humectant, an emollient, a thickener and an essence oil, controlling the stirring speed to be 400r/min, stirring for 3h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a premixed solution 1;
step S2: taking one third of the total amount of the deionized water, glycerol, polydimethylsiloxane and hyaluronic acid, controlling the stirring speed at 180r/min at room temperature, and stirring for 7 hours to prepare a premixed solution 2;

The essence containing the embryo extracts prepared in examples 4 to 6 were subjected to a performance test;
sensory testing: the color and the texture of the essence are observed visually at room temperature under the condition of direct sunlight, the smearing test is carried out, and the obtained results are shown in table 1;
and (3) centrifugal test: respectively putting 10mL of samples into centrifugal test tubes, centrifuging at the rotating speed of 4000r/min for 20min, and observing whether the layering phenomenon exists or not, wherein the obtained result is shown in a table 1;
and (3) viscosity testing: examples 4 to 6 were tested for viscosity according to GB/T10247-2008 and the results are shown in Table 1;

As can be seen from Table 1, the essence containing the embryo extract prepared by the invention has the advantages of fine texture, uniform milky color, viscosity of about 4.7-5.5cP, easiness in smearing, good stability, and no layering phenomenon after being centrifuged for 20min at the rotating speed of 4000 r/min.
Skin care performance test:
selecting 50 test objects, and selecting the following requirements: age 35-40 years, dark yellow skin, healthy women, daily morning and evening with example 5 skin care using the criteria: the using amount is 1mL, the left face is evenly smeared, the use is insisted on for 30 days, the using effect is scored, the full score is 100, the average score is taken, and the specific formula is as shown in Table 2:

auxiliary agent components: 3.1 to 3.8 weight percent of humectant, 4.1 to 5.5 weight percent of emollient, 2.7 to 3.3 weight percent of emulsifier, 7.3 to 8.6 weight percent of thickener and 0.11 to 0.13 weight percent of fragrance essential oil;
the embryo extract is prepared by the following steps:
step A1: taking fresh isolated placenta, cleaning, mincing, filtering, adding cell buffer solution into filtrate, centrifuging the mixed solution, and taking supernatant to obtain extract X;
step A2: taking the extracting solution X, adjusting the pH value of the extracting solution X to 7-8, adding a compound enzyme agent, controlling the enzymolysis temperature to 35-42 ℃, carrying out enzymolysis for 5-7h, centrifuging the mixed solution after enzymolysis, and taking supernatant to obtain extracting solution Y;
