Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of nursery pig feeding, and particularly relates to a special feed for nursery pigs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The nursery pigs generally refer to piglets in the stage from weaning to finishing of feeding on a nursery bed, have the characteristics of fast growth and development, high susceptibility to diseases and the like, and need to be carefully fed. In the feeding stage, besides attention to environmental sanitation and timely turning and grouping feeding, the nutrition and raw material composition of the feed need to be paid special attention to the incomplete development of the digestive system of nursery pigs. After the piglets begin to eat the pellet feed after weaning, the piglets are easy to loose bowels and diarrhea and the like due to large stress caused by incomplete intestinal tract development of the piglets.
At present, in order to prevent diarrhea of piglets and improve the growth speed of the piglets, a large amount of high-dose antibiotics, high copper, high zinc and high-dose arsenic preparations are added into feed for a long time. Although the effect of promoting the growth of piglets and controlling diseases can be achieved by adding high-dose antibiotics and the like, the negative effects of slow growth, low disease resistance and the like can be generated on the piglets in the later stage of nursing or in the piglet stage after long-term use.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The feed special for the nursery pigs is good in nutrition and high in digestibility, and can effectively reduce the morbidity of piglets, protect the intestinal tracts of the piglets and improve the immunity of the piglets.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the preparation method of the special feed for nursery pigs, which is simple to operate, mild in operation conditions, pollution-free, safe and environment-friendly.
In order to achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:
the invention provides a special feed for nursery pigs, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 55-58 parts of corn, 18-22 parts of puffed soybean meal, 5-8 parts of bran, 1-2 parts of soybean oil, 2-3 parts of alfalfa meal, 0.8-1.2 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.25-0.3 part of salt, 2-3 parts of peanut vine, 0.08-0.13 part of lysine, 0.028-0.038 part of methionine, 0.5-0.55 part of stone powder, 0.08-0.10 part of vitamin complex and 0.25-0.28 part of choline chloride.
Preferably, as a further implementable scheme, by mass, 56-57 parts of corn, 19-21 parts of expanded soybean meal, 6-7 parts of bran, 1-2 parts of soybean oil, 2-3 parts of alfalfa powder, 0.9-1.1 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.27-0.29 part of salt, 2-3 parts of peanut vine, 0.09-0.12 part of lysine, 0.029-0.035 part of methionine, 0.51-0.53 part of stone powder, 0.09-0.10 part of vitamin complex and 0.26-0.27 part of choline chloride.
Preferably, as a further implementable scheme, the feed comprises, by mass, 56 parts of corn, 20 parts of puffed soybean meal, 6.5 parts of bran, 1.5 parts of soybean oil, 2.5 parts of alfalfa meal, 1.0 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.28 part of salt, 2.5 parts of peanut seedlings, 0.10 part of lysine, 0.030 part of methionine, 0.52 part of stone powder, 0.09 part of vitamin complex and 0.27 part of choline chloride.
Preferably, as a further practical scheme, the raw materials also comprise 0.2-0.8 part of citric acid.
Preferably, as a further practical scheme, the raw materials also comprise 4-6 parts of whey powder.
In the special feed formula for nursery pigs, the main component is corn, and the energy can be provided for the growth of piglets. The soybean meal is main vegetable protein, and has irreplaceability due to high protein, balanced amino acid and good palatability. The corn with the mass portion can provide sufficient energy for the nursery pig, and the corn crude fiber content of the components is moderate, so that the nursery pig is easy to digest. However, because the corn has low protein content, the bean pulp is a good protein feed. By adding the soybean meal and the corn in parts by mass for mutual matching, enough energy can be provided for the feed, and meanwhile, enough protein is ensured.
The whey powder can help digestion among other raw material components, and can reduce the pH value of the gastrointestinal tract of the piglets, promote the proliferation of lactobacillus, inhibit the number of harmful bacteria and reduce the occurrence of diarrhea when being added.
Soybean oil, peanut and the like contain rich protein and other nutrient components, and have high nutritional value when being used as feed. Especially, the linoleic acid contained in soybean oil can improve the vitality of pigs.
The citric acid can reasonably reduce the pH value of animal digestive tract, improve the microbial system of the digestive tract, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, prevent diarrhea of piglets, improve the digestibility of nutrient components and improve the immunity of the piglets.
Of course, the amount of each component in the feed of the present invention should be controlled within a suitable range, especially for the major functional components, which may be relatively large, but for some amino acid and vitamin components, the amount should not be too large, because even if the amount is too large, the absorption is not good, and because excessive amounts cause other maladaptation or illness in nursery pigs, the amount should be controlled well.
Besides providing a special feed for nursery pigs, the invention also provides a preparation method of the special feed for the nursery pigs, which comprises the following steps:
pulverizing all the raw materials, mixing, and granulating.
Preferably, as a further implementable solution, the temperature of the granulation is not less than 90 ℃.
Preferably, as a further implementable solution, the granulated particles have a particle size between 2.8mm and 3.0 mm.
The quality of the prepared special feed for nursery pigs is improved by limiting each operation parameter in the preparation method.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The special feed for nursery pigs can ensure that the feed provides enough energy and sufficient protein, and is very suitable for feeding 15-30kg of nursery pigs.
(2) The special feed for nursery pigs disclosed by the invention can be used for protecting intestinal tracts of piglets, improving the immunity of the piglets and reducing the morbidity of the piglets.
(3) The preparation method of the special feed for nursery pigs is simple to operate, mild in operation condition, free of pollution, safe and environment-friendly.
