Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a spraying system flushing method according to the present application.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than presented herein. For convenience of description, the following omits to perform various steps of the subject description vulnerability detection method. The spraying system flushing method comprises the following steps:
and step S10, acquiring the state information of the release agent in the spraying system.
In this embodiment, the release agent of precast beam template is used for making things convenient for the precast beam to demold, and this release agent sprays in the precast beam template through spraying system, can understand, at the in-process that sprays, because the release agent is spouted to the precast beam template by spraying system's shower nozzle, this release agent can not solidify in spraying system, and when the shower nozzle stop work, the release agent can be detained in spraying system to can produce the condition of solidifying, lead to the shower nozzle to block up.
Specifically, to prevent clogging of the spray head, it is necessary to acquire information on the state of the release agent in the spray system.
Step S20, determining whether the release agent meets the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system based on the state information.
In this embodiment, the status information is used to determine whether the release agent meets the flush conditions for flushing the spray system. It will be appreciated that the determination results include both satisfied and not satisfied, and that the problem of determining whether the release agent satisfies the flush conditions for flushing the spray system can be converted to a binary problem for both results.
Specifically, the determining whether the release agent satisfies a flushing condition for flushing the spraying system based on the status information includes:
step a, acquiring state picture data of the release agent.
In this embodiment, the state picture data of the release agent is acquired, so that the state of the release agent is analyzed through the state picture data. The state picture data is a picture reflecting the state of the release agent, and the picture can be acquired through a related camera.
And b, classifying the state picture data based on a preset state classification model to obtain a classification result.
In this embodiment, based on a preset state classification model, the state image data is classified to obtain a classification result, it should be noted that, after being classified, the state image data may correspond to a flushing condition that satisfies the flushing spray system and a flushing condition that does not satisfy the flushing spray system, that is, the classification result is also classified into two types, one type of classification result corresponds to a flushing condition that satisfies the flushing spray system, and the other type of classification result corresponds to a flushing condition that does not satisfy the flushing spray system.
It should be noted that the two-classification problem may be a machine learning model established by a two-classification algorithm, for example, the two-classification algorithm is a logistic regression algorithm. Namely, the preset state classification model can be realized based on the two classification algorithms
Specifically, before using the preset state classification model, the relevant model needs to be trained to obtain the preset state classification model.
Specifically, the classifying the state image data based on a preset state classification model includes, before obtaining a classification result:
and c, acquiring a training data set and a classification model to be trained.
In this embodiment, the relevant model is a classification model to be trained, specifically, a training data set and a classification model to be trained for training the classification model to be trained are obtained, and the classification model to be trained is an untrained model.
The training data set comprises one or more training samples and standard detection results corresponding to the training samples, and the step of acquiring the training data set comprises:
step c1, obtaining a training sample;
and c2, receiving a marking instruction, marking the training sample based on the marking instruction, and obtaining a standard detection result.
In this embodiment, the training data set includes one or more training samples and a standard test result corresponding to each of the training samples. Specifically, a training sample is obtained first, then a labeling instruction is received, and the training sample is labeled according to the labeling instruction, so that a standard detection result is obtained. The process of marking the training samples can be manually marked, specifically, the training samples are state picture data for training, the marking process specifies that the state picture data for training satisfies the flushing condition of the flushing spraying system or does not satisfy the flushing condition of the flushing spraying system, and the marked state picture data for training is a standard detection result.
D, training the classification model to be trained based on the training data set to obtain an updated classification model to be trained, and determining whether the updated classification model to be trained meets a preset iteration ending condition;
step e, if the updated classification model to be trained meets the preset iteration end condition, taking the updated classification model to be trained as the preset state classification model;
and f, if the updated classification model to be trained does not meet the preset iteration ending condition, returning to the step of performing iterative training on the classification model to be trained based on the training data set until the updated classification model to be trained meets the preset iteration ending condition.
In this embodiment, iterative training is performed on the classification model to be trained based on a training data set to obtain an updated classification model to be trained, and it is determined whether the updated classification model to be trained satisfies a preset iteration end condition; if the updated classification model to be trained meets the preset iteration end condition, taking the updated classification model to be trained as a preset state classification model; and if the updated classification model to be trained does not meet the iteration ending condition, continuously carrying out iterative training updating on the updated classification model to be trained until the updated classification model to be trained meets the iteration ending condition.
Specifically, iterative training is performed on the classification model to be trained through the training data set and the standard detection result, so that the updated classification model to be trained is obtained. After obtaining the updated classification model to be trained each time, determining whether the updated classification model to be trained meets a preset iteration ending condition, if so, ending the iteration, and taking the last updated classification model to be trained as a preset state classification model; if the updated classification model to be trained does not meet the preset iteration ending condition, the updated classification model to be trained does not meet the use condition, and the updated classification model to be trained is continuously subjected to iterative training updating until the updated classification model to be trained meets the iteration ending condition.
It should be noted that the iterative training is a process of training the classification model to be trained through the training data set and the standard detection result for multiple times, and generally, the classification model to be trained in the preset state obtained by the classification model to be trained needs to be updated through multiple rounds of training. It should be noted that the preset iteration end condition is that sample data of the classification model to be trained or the updated classification model to be trained is input, and when a difference between a calculation result obtained after calculation of the classification model to be trained or the updated classification model to be trained and a standard detection result meets a preset end requirement, the iteration is ended.
And g, determining whether the release agent meets the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system or not based on the classification result.
In this embodiment, the classification result itself cannot determine whether the release agent satisfies the flushing condition of the flushing spray system, and for the binary classification algorithm, the classification result is classified into 0 and 1, where 0 and 1 respectively represent that the release agent satisfies the flushing condition of the flushing spray system and the release agent does not satisfy the flushing condition of the flushing spray system, or 0 and 1 respectively represent that the release agent does not satisfy the flushing condition of the flushing spray system and the release agent satisfies the flushing condition of the flushing spray system, and the correspondence relationship can be set by itself when the preset state classification model is used.
Further, the determining whether the release agent satisfies a flushing condition for flushing the spray system based on the classification result includes:
step g1, judging whether the release agent begins to solidify or not based on the classification result;
and g2, if yes, determining that the release agent meets the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system.
In this example, if the mold release agent does not start to solidify, it means that the spray system does not need to be flushed, i.e., the mold release agent does not satisfy the flushing conditions for flushing the spray system; when the release agent begins to solidify, the need to flush the spray system is indicated, i.e., the release agent meets the flushing conditions for flushing the spray system. That is, whether or not the mold release agent starts to solidify can be determined from the classification result.
Specifically, whether the release agent begins to solidify is judged according to the classification result, and if the judgment result is that the release agent begins to solidify, the release agent is determined to meet the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system; and if the judgment result is that the release agent does not start to solidify, determining that the release agent does not meet the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system.
And step S30, if the state information meets the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system, flushing the spraying system.
In the embodiment, if the state information meets the flushing condition of the flushing and spraying system, the flushing and spraying system is flushed, so that the situation that the spray head is blocked due to solidification of the release agent in the spraying system is avoided; if the state information does not meet the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system, the spraying system does not need to be flushed, and the spray head cannot be blocked.
In addition, the condition that the spraying system stops working for a long time is not obvious about the fault of the spraying system, the completion of the spraying work of a set of precast beam templates and the condition that the spraying system stops working for a long time after workers leave work, and no rule exists for the fault condition; and to the condition that the spraying work of accomplishing a set of precast beam template and workman's back of work, the long-time stop work of corresponding spraying system, there is certain law, and washing spraying system is nearly periodic in time, can understand, through utilizing this law, can formulate reasonable plan of acquireing the state information of release agent in spraying system, and need not to acquire this state information constantly.
Specifically, after the flushing the spraying system, the method comprises the following steps:
step h, recording a first starting moment of flushing the spraying system;
and step i, recording a second starting moment for flushing the spraying system when the spraying system is flushed next time.
In the embodiment, a first starting time of flushing the spraying system is recorded, wherein the first starting time is a time in one flushing cycle of the periodic flushing spraying system; when the next time the flushing of the spray system is started, a second starting moment of flushing the spray system is recorded, which second starting moment is separated in time from the first starting moment by a flushing period.
Step j, calculating a time difference between the first starting time and the second starting time.
In this embodiment, the time difference between the first and second starting moments, i.e. the flushing cycle, is calculated.
And k, determining the acquisition time for acquiring the state information of the release agent in the spraying system based on the time difference.
In this embodiment, the time for acquiring the status picture data is determined based on the time difference, that is, after the last flushing is finished and a flushing cycle passes, the status information of the release agent in the spraying system is acquired again, so as to determine whether to flush the spraying system according to the status information, where it is to be noted that, when flushing is not needed, the action of acquiring the status information is continuously maintained until the spraying system is flushed. It is understood that the timing of acquiring the state information of the release agent is determined by the time difference, not the timing of flushing the spray system.
Further, the method further comprises:
step l, acquiring water level information of a water tank; the water tank is used for storing water used in flushing;
and m, determining whether water needs to be added into the water tank or not based on the water level information.
In this embodiment, wash spraying system through water, this water is stored in the water tank, can understand, for water can guarantee sufficient supply when making to wash, need detect the water level in this water tank to add water to this water tank when making the water level in the water tank satisfy the condition of adding water. Specifically, water level information of a water tank is acquired, the water tank is used for storing water used in flushing, and when the water level information is lower than or equal to a preset water level, it is determined that water needs to be added to the water tank; and when the water level information is higher than the preset water level, determining that water does not need to be added into the water tank.
Compared with the prior art that workers all flush the spraying system after the spraying system finishes the spraying work of a set of precast beam templates, so that the accuracy of determining the flushing time is low, the method has the advantages that the state information of the release agent in the spraying system is obtained; determining whether the release agent satisfies a flushing condition for flushing the spray system based on the status information; and if the state information meets the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system, flushing the spraying system. In the embodiment, the state information of the release agent is acquired to determine whether the spraying system needs to be flushed or not according to the state information, and it can be understood that when the spraying system is flushed through the state of the release agent, the flushing determination condition is no longer whether the spraying system completes the spraying work of one set of precast beam templates or not, but is the state of the release agent, that is, after the spraying system completes the spraying work of one set of precast beam templates, if the state of the release agent does not meet the flushing condition for flushing the spraying system, the spraying system is not flushed, so that the accuracy for determining the flushing time is improved.
