技术领域
本发明属于复合板材的制备领域,具体涉及一种高强度复合板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车轻量化是目前汽车行业及新材料行业研究的热点。汽车轻量化可提高汽车的动力利用率,减少燃料消耗,降低排气污染,另外汽车轻量化后其加速性能也将得到提高,而在碰撞时由于惯性小,制动距离也将减少。实现车身及其附件材料的轻量化,继而可实现汽车轻量化。在厢式货车领域,同时具备轻质、保温隔音和高强度的力学特性等功能性能的复合板材是目前轻量化复合板材研究的重要方向。
目前,复合板材是轻量化车厢板材常用的轻质材料,是以纤维增强树脂基复合材料作为面板层,泡沫材料作为夹心层,通过粘结的方式制成,虽实现了轻质、保温的特性,但面板层与夹心层常出现因结合强度较低而分层的现象,且这种车厢板材因没有承力结构,导致抗压抗冲击性能较差,从而影响使用。现有的在复合板材中增加承力结构的方法是设置支撑柱做骨架支撑层,这种方式虽一定程度上起到提高板材承力性能的作用,但往往骨架支撑结构在板材中分布较少,导致复合板材的力学性能分布不均衡,同样易发生因夹心层与面板层结合强度低,且无承力结构而出现的分层和局域板材坍塌现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度复合板材及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种高强度复合板材,由下至上包括第一面板层、中间层、第二面板层,第一面板层与第二面板层的结构相同,所述中间层由加强筋层和填充层组成,所述加强筋层由若干个横向加强筋单元和若干个纵向加强筋单元组成;横向加强筋单元平行于第一面板层和第二面板层并且横向加强筋单元沿第一面板层的长度方向间隔分布,每个横向加强筋单元包括若干个横向加强筋,横向加强筋自下而上平行于第一面板层均匀间隔分布在第一面板层和第二面板层之间并且最下层的横向加强筋和最上层的横向加强筋分别平贴于第一面板层和第二面板层;相邻两个横向加强筋单元之间分布一个纵向加强筋单元并且纵向加强筋单元垂直于第一面板层和第二面板层,每个纵向加强筋单元包括若干个纵向加强筋,纵向加强筋自前而后垂直于第一面板层均匀间隔分布在第一面板层和第二面板层之间并且纵向加强筋的底端和顶端分别贴合于第一面板层和第二面板层、左端和右端分别贴合于与其相邻的横向加强筋单元侧面上;填充层填充在相邻两横向加强筋之间、相邻两纵向加强筋之间的空隙中;所述第一面板层、第二面板层、横向加强筋、纵向加强筋的材质相同,均为纤维增强树脂基复合材料;所述填充层为树脂发泡材料;树脂发泡材料中的树脂与纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的树脂相同。
较好地,纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的纤维为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、硼纤维或芳纶,树脂为不饱和聚酯、乙烯基树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂或酚醛树脂;
较好地,所述横向加强筋和纵向加强筋上分散有空心玻璃微珠。
制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、备料:分别裁切作为第一面板层增强材料的第一纤维布、作为第二面板层增强材料的第二纤维布、作为横向加强筋增强材料的第三纤维布、作为纵向加强筋增强材料的第四纤维布;所述第一纤维布、第二纤维布、第三纤维布、第四纤维布中的纤维为纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的纤维;
(2)、铺层:
(2.1)、由下至上依次将第一离型膜、第一脱模布、第一纤维布在成型模具中进行铺层;
(2.2)、搭建与横向加强筋单元对应的第三纤维布单元:将若干个第三纤维布自下而上平行于第一纤维布均匀间隔分布并且每个第三纤维布的前后两端粘结固定在成型模具的前后两侧面上,最后一个第三纤维布设置在成型模具的顶端处,形成第一个第三纤维布单元;然后沿着第一纤维布的长度方向按前述方法间隔搭建剩余的第三纤维布单元;
(2.3)、搭建与纵向加强筋单元对应的第四纤维布单元:在相邻两第三纤维布单元之间,将若干个第四纤维布自前而后垂直于第一纤维布均匀间隔分布并且每个第四纤维布的底端粘结于第一纤维布、顶端和成型模具的顶端平齐、左右两端分别粘结固定在与其相邻的第三纤维布单元的侧面上,形成第一个第四纤维布单元;然后按前述方法间隔搭建剩余的第四纤维布单元;
(3)、注浆:将树脂、固化剂、促进剂、可膨胀微球发泡剂按照100∶(0-80)∶(0-0.5)∶(1-5)的质量比混合均匀制得发泡树脂混合浆料,作为填充层物料,并浇注至步骤(2)所得成型模具中,直至发泡树脂混合浆料将最上层的第三纤维布和第四纤维布浸没,接着依次铺放第二纤维布、第二脱模布、第二离型膜,其中第二纤维布紧贴发泡树脂混合浆料,此时,盖上成型模具的模具盖;所述树脂为纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的树脂,并且环氧树脂可以不用促进剂,酚醛树脂可以不用固化剂;
(4)、固化成型:将步骤(3)所得成型模具在60-150 ℃固化3-12 h;
(5)、固化完成后,拆除成型模具并对成型板材进行修剪处理,即得高强度复合板材。
较好地,所述第一纤维布、第二纤维布、第三纤维布、第四纤维布分别采用第一纤维增强树脂基预浸料、第二纤维增强树脂基预浸料、第三纤维增强树脂基预浸料、第四纤维增强树脂基预浸料代替;所述纤维增强树脂基预浸料是与纤维增强树脂基复合材料对应的半成品。
较好地,步骤(1)中,在步骤(2)铺层前,将第三纤维布和第四纤维布的正反两表面均匀喷涂空心微珠。
较好地,所述第一离型膜和第二离型膜相同,为PET膜、PE膜、PI膜或OPP膜;所述第一脱模布和第二脱模布相同,为聚四氟乙烯脱模布、尼龙66脱模布、尼龙6脱模布或聚酯脱模布。
较好地,所述固化剂为甲基四氢苯酐、甲基六氢苯酐、十二烯基琥珀酸酐、双氰胺及其衍生物、二氨基二苯砜、聚醚二胺型固化剂、间苯二甲酸酰肼、异氰酸酯改性咪唑、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮或过氧化苯甲酰,所述促进剂为有机脲UR300、有机脲UR500、DMP-30、吡啶、液体咪唑、过氧化苯酰胺、三乙胺、钴促进剂体系或N,N二甲基苯胺。
本发明中所述“纤维增强树脂基复合材料”、“纤维增强树脂基预浸料”可按现有技术制备获得或通过市购获得。
有益效果:
本发明复合板材内设置了由若干条加强筋纵横分布构成的加强筋层,这种加强筋结构在中间层中分布密实且均匀,具备很强的抗冲击性,并且加强筋层与填充层相互镶嵌分布,极大增强了复合板材的力学性能,减小板材因受到冲击发生局部破损的概率;同时,加强筋层、填充层、面板层通过一体成型的方式形成,工艺简单,制得的板材结构性能较粘接成型方法好,极大提高了板材的整体均一性能,具有很高的实用性,扩大了该种结构在车厢体上的应用。

为使本发明更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种高强度复合板材,由下至上包括第一面板层、中间层、第二面板层,第一面板层与第二面板层的结构相同,如图1-2所示,所述中间层由加强筋层和填充层3组成,所述加强筋层由三个横向加强筋单元1和两个纵向加强筋单元2组成;横向加强筋单元1平行于第一面板层和第二面板层并且横向加强筋单元1沿第一面板层的长度方向间隔分布,每个横向加强筋单元1包括四个横向加强筋1.1,横向加强筋1.1自下而上平行于第一面板层均匀间隔分布在第一面板层和第二面板层之间并且最下层的横向加强筋1.1和最上层的横向加强筋1.1分别平贴于第一面板层和第二面板层;相邻两个横向加强筋单元1之间分布一个纵向加强筋单元2并且纵向加强筋单元2垂直于第一面板层和第二面板层,每个纵向加强筋单元2包括四个纵向加强筋2.1,纵向加强筋2.1自前而后垂直于第一面板层均匀间隔分布在第一面板层和第二面板层之间并且纵向加强筋2.1的底端和顶端分别贴合于第一面板层和第二面板层、左端和右端分别贴合于与其相邻的横向加强筋单元1侧面上;填充层3填充在相邻两横向加强筋1.1之间、相邻两纵向加强筋2.1之间的空隙中;所述第一面板层、第二面板层、横向加强筋1.1、纵向加强筋2.1的材质相同,均为玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯基复合材料;所述填充层3为不饱和聚酯发泡材料。
制备方法,制备步骤如下:
(1)、备料:分别裁切作为第一面板层增强材料的第一纤维布、作为第二面板层增强材料的第二纤维布、作为横向加强筋增强材料的第三纤维布、作为纵向加强筋增强材料的第四纤维布;所述第一纤维布、第二纤维布、第三纤维布、第四纤维布中的纤维为玻璃纤维布;
(2)、铺层:
(2.1)、由下至上依次将第一离型膜、第一脱模布、第一纤维布在成型模具中进行铺层;
(2.2)、搭建与横向加强筋单元对应的第三纤维布单元:将四个第三纤维布自下而上平行于第一纤维布均匀间隔分布并且每个第三纤维布的前后两端粘结固定在成型模具的前后两侧面上,最后一个第三纤维布设置在成型模具的顶端处,形成第一个第三纤维布单元;然后沿着第一纤维布的长度方向按前述方法间隔搭建剩余的第三纤维布单元;
(2.3)、搭建与纵向加强筋单元对应的第四纤维布单元:在相邻两第三纤维布单元之间,将四个第四纤维布自前而后垂直于第一纤维布均匀间隔分布并且每个第四纤维布的底端粘结于第一纤维布、顶端和成型模具的顶端平齐、左右两端分别粘结固定在与其相邻的第三纤维布单元的侧面上,形成第一个第四纤维布单元;然后按前述方法间隔搭建剩余的第四纤维布单元;
(3)、注浆:将不饱和聚酯、固化剂、促进剂、可膨胀微球发泡剂(EM406,日本油脂制药株式会社生产)按照100∶2∶0.3∶2的质量比混合均匀制得发泡树脂混合浆料,作为填充层物料,并浇注至步骤(2)所得成型模具中,直至发泡树脂混合浆料将最上层的第三纤维布和第四纤维布浸没,接着依次铺放第二纤维布、第二脱模布、第二离型膜,其中第二纤维布紧贴发泡树脂混合浆料,此时,盖上成型模具的模具盖;所述固化剂为环氧化甲乙酮、促进剂为钴系促进剂;所述第一离型膜和第二离型膜相同,为PET膜;所述第一脱模布和第二脱模布相同,为聚四氟乙烯脱模布;
(4)、固化成型:将步骤(3)所得成型模具在80 ℃固化5 h;
(5)、固化完成后,拆除成型模具并对成型板材表面、侧面进行毛刺处理,即得高强度复合板材。
本实施例制备的复合板材的导热系数为0.03 W/m·K ,压缩强度为6.52 Mpa。
实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述横向加强筋和纵向加强筋上分散有空心玻璃微珠;所述述第一面板层、第二面板层、横向加强筋、纵向加强筋的材质相同,均为碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料;所述填充层为环氧树脂发泡材料;对应地,步骤(1)中,在步骤(2)铺层前,将第三纤维布和第四纤维布的正反两表面均匀喷涂空心玻璃微珠;步骤(3)中,将环氧树脂、固化剂、可膨胀微球发泡剂(EM406,日本油脂制药株式会社生产)按照100∶70∶2的质量比混合均匀制得发泡树脂混合浆料,所述固化剂为甲基四氢苯酐;步骤(4)中,在120℃下固化6 h;其它同实施例1。
本实施例制备的复合板材的导热系数为0.028 W/m·K ,压缩强度为6.56 Mpa。

Claims (8)

1.一种高强度复合板材,由下至上包括第一面板层、中间层、第二面板层,第一面板层与第二面板层的结构相同,其特征在于:
所述中间层由加强筋层和填充层组成,所述加强筋层由若干个横向加强筋单元和若干个纵向加强筋单元组成;横向加强筋单元平行于第一面板层和第二面板层并且横向加强筋单元沿第一面板层的长度方向间隔分布,每个横向加强筋单元包括若干个横向加强筋,横向加强筋自下而上平行于第一面板层均匀间隔分布在第一面板层和第二面板层之间并且最下层的横向加强筋和最上层的横向加强筋分别平贴于第一面板层和第二面板层;相邻两个横向加强筋单元之间分布一个纵向加强筋单元并且纵向加强筋单元垂直于第一面板层和第二面板层,每个纵向加强筋单元包括若干个纵向加强筋,纵向加强筋自前而后垂直于第一面板层均匀间隔分布在第一面板层和第二面板层之间并且纵向加强筋的底端和顶端分别贴合于第一面板层和第二面板层、左端和右端分别贴合于与其相邻的横向加强筋单元侧面上;填充层填充在相邻两横向加强筋之间、相邻两纵向加强筋之间的空隙中;
所述第一面板层、第二面板层、横向加强筋、纵向加强筋的材质相同,均为纤维增强树脂基复合材料;所述填充层为树脂发泡材料;树脂发泡材料中的树脂与纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的树脂相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度复合板材,其特征在于:纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的纤维为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、硼纤维或芳纶,树脂为不饱和聚酯、乙烯基树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂或酚醛树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的高强度复合板材,其特征在于:所述横向加强筋和纵向加强筋上分散有空心微珠。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的高强度复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)、备料:分别裁切作为第一面板层增强材料的第一纤维布、作为第二面板层增强材料的第二纤维布、作为横向加强筋增强材料的第三纤维布、作为纵向加强筋增强材料的第四纤维布;所述第一纤维布、第二纤维布、第三纤维布、第四纤维布中的纤维为纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的纤维;
(2)、铺层:
(2.1)、由下至上依次将第一离型膜、第一脱模布、第一纤维布在成型模具中进行铺层;
(2.2)、搭建与横向加强筋单元对应的第三纤维布单元:将若干个第三纤维布自下而上平行于第一纤维布均匀间隔分布并且每个第三纤维布的前后两端粘结固定在成型模具的前后两侧面上,最后一个第三纤维布设置在成型模具的顶端处,形成第一个第三纤维布单元;然后沿着第一纤维布的长度方向按前述方法间隔搭建剩余的第三纤维布单元;
(2.3)、搭建与纵向加强筋单元对应的第四纤维布单元:在相邻两第三纤维布单元之间,将若干个第四纤维布自前而后垂直于第一纤维布均匀间隔分布并且每个第四纤维布的底端粘结于第一纤维布、顶端和成型模具的顶端平齐、左右两端分别粘结固定在与其相邻的第三纤维布单元的侧面上,形成第一个第四纤维布单元;然后按前述方法间隔搭建剩余的第四纤维布单元;
(3)、注浆:将树脂、固化剂、促进剂、可膨胀微球发泡剂按照100∶(0-80)∶(0-0.5)∶(1-5)的质量比混合均匀制得发泡树脂混合浆料,作为填充层物料,并浇注至步骤(2)所得成型模具中,直至发泡树脂混合浆料将最上层的第三纤维布和第四纤维布浸没,接着依次铺放第二纤维布、第二脱模布、第二离型膜,其中第二纤维布紧贴发泡树脂混合浆料,此时,盖上成型模具的模具盖;所述树脂为纤维增强树脂基复合材料中的树脂;
(4)、固化成型:将步骤(3)所得成型模具在60-150 ℃固化3-12 h;
(5)、固化完成后,拆除成型模具并对成型板材进行修剪处理,即得高强度复合板材。
5.如权利要求4所述的高强度复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一纤维布、第二纤维布、第三纤维布、第四纤维布分别采用第一纤维增强树脂基预浸料、第二纤维增强树脂基预浸料、第三纤维增强树脂基预浸料、第四纤维增强树脂基预浸料代替;所述纤维增强树脂基预浸料是与纤维增强树脂基复合材料对应的半成品。
6.如权利要求4所述的高强度复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,在步骤(2)铺层前,将第三纤维布和第四纤维布的正反两表面均匀喷涂空心玻璃微珠。
7.如权利要求4所述的高强度复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一离型膜和第二离型膜相同,为PET膜、PE膜、PI膜或OPP膜;所述第一脱模布和第二脱模布相同,为聚四氟乙烯脱模布、尼龙66脱模布、尼龙6脱模布或聚酯脱模布。
8.如权利要求4所述的高强度复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述固化剂为甲基四氢苯酐、甲基六氢苯酐、十二烯基琥珀酸酐、双氰胺及其衍生物、二氨基二苯砜、聚醚二胺型固化剂、间苯二甲酸酰肼、异氰酸酯改性咪唑、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮或过氧化苯甲酰,所述促进剂为有机脲UR300、有机脲UR500、DMP-30、吡啶、液体咪唑、过氧化苯酰胺、三乙胺、钴促进剂体系或N,N二甲基苯胺。
