Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a detecting mechanism 3 includes a plurality of cameras 31 and a processing system 32, the plurality of cameras 31 are respectively arranged above a conveying mechanism 1 in rows and are uniformly distributed along an axial direction of a cast pipe and are used for collecting image information of a circumferential outer wall of the cast pipe during rolling, images collected by the plurality of cameras 31 can be mutually spliced to form a whole set of image information of the circumferential outer wall of the cast pipe, the cameras 31 are electrically connected with the processing system 32, the processing system 32 is arranged outside the conveying mechanism 1 and is used for analyzing and processing the collected image information of the circumferential outer wall of the cast pipe and is internally provided with a judging standard of quality defects of the outer wall of the cast pipe and visual detection software, the judging standard of the processing system 32 is compared with the image information collected by the cameras 31 and outputs the cast pipe information with the quality defects, and a rechecking mechanism 5 and the detecting mechanism 3 have the same structure.
The processing system 22 is a visual inspection processing system in the prior art, which is internally provided with visual inspection software, the processing system 22 can judge the quality defect detection standard of the outer wall of the cast pipe through manual setting, the detection standard is such as air holes, cracks, flow lines, cast marks and the like, if the image acquired by shooting through the camera 31 meets the defect detection standard, the processing system 22 can indicate that the cast pipe is determined to have quality defects and belongs to unqualified cast pipes, and the cast pipe is sorted out, at the moment, an instruction is sent to the sorting mechanism 4, and the sorting mechanism 4 lifts the cast pipe by a certain height, so that the cast pipe is separated from the inspected cast pipe group. On the contrary, if the image collected by the camera 31 does not meet the defect detection standard, the processing system 32 determines that the image is a qualified product after comparison. The non-defective products move to the discharge side of the inspected non-defective products of the conveying mechanism 1, and the next process can be performed. The camera 31 is a high resolution CCD industrial camera, and the camera 31 is electrically connected to the processing system 32.
The cameras 31 acquire the whole image information of the cast pipe in a rolling state, a plurality of pieces of acquired image information can be calculated and combined into one picture through the processing system 32, the cameras 31 acquire a plurality of frames of pictures in the rolling process of the cast pipe, effective information in each frame of picture is acquired and combined into one picture after being processed, and the picture comprises the image information of the whole cylindrical outer wall with a certain axial length of the cast pipe. The processing system 32 adopts an artificial intelligence technology to automatically identify the quality of the outer wall of the cast pipe and output a result, a normal signal is output by a qualified product, and the product enters the next procedure according to a set flow; and (3) sending corresponding information to the casting pipes with defects such as air holes, cracks, flow lines, casting marks and the like, providing information for a production line and processing the defective pipes.
The processing system 32 firstly performs data processing on each frame of picture of the single camera 31, extracts effective information, optimizes calculation, combines the extracted effective data of each frame after optimization calculation to form one piece of data, and the processing system 32 combines the pictures shot by the multiple cameras 31 to form integral data of the outer surface of the cast pipe for data analysis.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a plurality of sets of conveying mechanisms 1 are arranged in parallel, and each conveying mechanism 1 includes a slide rail 11, a plurality of supporting columns 12 and a supporting plate 13; the slide rail 11 is horizontally paved on the ground along the radial direction of the casting pipe; the supporting columns 12 are vertically arranged and can be vertically stretched, the lower ends of the supporting columns are connected to the sliding rails 11 in a sliding mode, the upper ends of the supporting columns are free ends, and the supporting heights of the supporting columns 12 are adjustable; the supporting plates 13 are hinged to the upper ends of the supporting columns 12, the casting pipes are lapped on the supporting plates 13 of at least two groups of conveying mechanisms 1, the inclination of the supporting plates 13 relative to the horizontal plane is adjusted by stretching of the supporting columns 12, and the inclination of the supporting plates 13 is adjusted to enable the casting pipes placed on the supporting plates 13 to be in a natural rolling state. When the inclination of the supporting plate 13 is larger, the rolling speed of the casting tube is faster; the slower the reverse.
The supporting height and the inclination of the supporting plate 13 can be adjusted, and the detected height of the cast tube and the rolling speed on the supporting plate 13 can be changed after adjustment, so that the adjustment of the supporting plate 13 is matched with the detection efficiency and the speed of the detection mechanism 3, and the detection mechanism 3 can detect the quality defect information of the outer wall of the cast tube. The number of the support columns 12 is at least two, and can be more, and the support plates 13 can be adjusted as long as the support columns 12 are coordinated and matched with each other, so that the detection requirement of the detection mechanism 3 on the cast tube is met.
As a specific embodiment of the device for detecting the quality of the outer wall of the cast tube provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 6, the feeding mechanisms 2 are in multiple groups and are respectively in one-to-one butt joint with the feeding ends of the conveying mechanisms 1, and the feeding mechanisms 2 include feeding plates 21 and adjusting columns 22; one end of the feeding plate 21 is hinged with the feeding end of the supporting plate 13, the other end of the feeding plate is a free end and is used for supporting the casting pipes and conveying the casting pipes to the supporting plate 13, and the casting pipes are at least overlapped on the feeding plates 21 of the two groups of feeding mechanisms 2; the adjusting columns 22 are vertically arranged, the upper ends of the adjusting columns 22 are hinged to the bottom ends of the upper material plates 21, the lower ends of the adjusting columns 22 are connected to the sliding rails 11 in a sliding mode, the adjusting columns 22 are arranged in parallel with the supporting columns 12, the upper material plates 21 are inclined and used for enabling the casting pipes to roll and convey onto the supporting plates 13, and included angles between the upper material plates 21 and the supporting plates 13 are adjusted through the adjusting columns 22. Normally, the feeding plate 21 is inclined so that the casting tubes can be rolled onto the supporting plate 13 to allow the inspection mechanism 3 to visually inspect the casting tubes.
Specifically, support column 12 and regulation post 22 are the flexible post of electrodynamic type or telescopic link, can go up and down in vertical flexible to satisfy the user demand. The support plate 13 and the feeding plate 21 are both plate-shaped members.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, as a specific embodiment of the apparatus for detecting the quality of the outer wall of the cast tube provided by the present invention, the sorting mechanism 4 includes a plurality of sets of lifting assemblies 41, lifting assemblies 42, and restoring assemblies 43; the multiple groups of lifting assemblies 41 are arranged in the conveying mechanism 1 and are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the cast pipe, the lifting assemblies 41 are positioned behind the detection mechanism 3 and are used for lifting the cast pipe which is output by the detection mechanism 3 and has quality defects, the cast pipe is axially conveyed to be far away from the conveying mechanism 1, the height of the cast pipe lifted by the lifting assemblies 41 is greater than the height of the cast pipe conveyed by the conveying mechanism 1, the lifting assemblies 41 can be adjusted in a lifting mode, and the lifted cast pipe is arranged in the conveying mechanism 1 after being contracted and is used for lifting the cast pipe after being extended; the hoisting assembly 42 is arranged on the side part of the conveying mechanism 1, is positioned above the lifting assembly 41 and is used for hoisting the cast pipe lifted by the lifting assembly 41 to the quality defect repairing platform 6; the resetting component 43 is arranged above the quality defect repairing platform 6, and after the cast pipe with the quality defect is repaired, the resetting component 43 is used for hoisting the repaired cast pipe to reset to the conveying mechanism 1. The lifting assembly 41 can vertically lift the cast pipes to ascend, so that unqualified cast pipes are separated from the cast pipe group, when the cast pipes roll to the position above the lifting assembly 41 on the conveying mechanism 1, the lifting assembly 41 executes actions to further lift the cast pipes, and after the lifted cast pipes reach a certain height, the cast pipes can be hoisted to the quality defect repairing platform 6 through the hoisting assembly 42, so that workers can repair the quality of the cast pipes. The repaired cast tube is hoisted to the conveying mechanism 1 through the reset assembly 43, and becomes a qualified product.
Specifically, the hoisting component 42 is a hoisting machine with a winch, the reset component 43 is a hoisting machine with a vertical telescopic column 432 and capable of moving in the horizontal plane, hoisting claws 433 are arranged at the lower end of the vertical telescopic column and the lower end of the hoisting component 42, and the cast tube can be hoisted to a certain height through the hoisting claws. In order to improve the efficiency of pushing and sorting the unqualified cast pipes and improve the qualified rate of batch cast pipes, as a specific embodiment of the device for detecting the quality of the outer wall of the cast pipe provided by the invention, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the lifting assembly 41 comprises a lifting column 411, a carrier roller 412 and a driver 413, the lifting column 411 is arranged inside the conveying mechanism 1 and can be vertically stretched, and the lifting column 411 can move in the position arranged in the conveying mechanism 1; the supporting roller 412 is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the lifting column 411 and is used for lifting and axially conveying the cast tube after rotating, the height of the supporting roller 412 is adjusted by virtue of the lifting column 411, the height after lifting the cast tube is larger than the height of the cast tube conveyed by the conveying mechanism 1, and the height of the supporting roller 412 after the lifting column 411 is contracted is smaller than the height of the cast tube conveyed by the conveying mechanism 1; the driver 413 is arranged at the upper end of the lifting column 411, and the power output end is connected with the carrier roller 412 through a shaft and is used for driving the carrier roller 412 to rotate. The driver 413 is connected with an external power line or connected to a control system, the lifting action of the lifting assembly 41 can be controlled through the control system, and in addition, the conveying mechanism 1, the feeding mechanism 2 and the detection mechanism 3 can be connected to the control system, and the operation can be controlled through the control system respectively.
The driver 413 is a motor or a speed reducing motor capable of driving the roller 412 to rotate, and can be directly installed by adopting the prior art. The drivers 413 on the lifting assemblies 41 can be arranged at intervals, that is, one driver 413 can be arranged on the adjacent lifting assembly 41, and a plurality of drivers are not required, so that the detection cost can be reduced.

As a specific embodiment of the apparatus for detecting the quality of the outer wall of the cast tube provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 6, the apparatus for detecting the quality of the outer wall of the cast tube further comprises a buffer mechanism 7 disposed at the side of the conveying mechanism 1, the buffer mechanism 7 is configured to buffer the cast tube entering from the feeding mechanism 2 onto the conveying mechanism 1, and the cast tube is slowly decelerated during rolling and enters onto the conveying mechanism 1, and the buffer mechanism 7 can also gently stir the detected cast tube to pass through the detection area of the detection mechanism 3 for the cast tube, so that the detection mechanism 3 detects the quality of the outer wall of the circumference of the cast tube.
The buffer mechanism 7 ensures that the cast tube can be in a state of smooth transition and uniform passing when entering the conveying mechanism 1 or being visually detected, so that the picture shot by the camera 31 can be kept stable, clear and not blurred, and the visual detection quality or accuracy of the cast tube is improved. In the rotation process of the casting pipe, the buffer mechanism 7 also rotates, and the buffer mechanism 7 rotates uniformly, so that the uniform speed is kept as much as possible in the rolling process of the casting pipe.
When the buffer mechanism 7 is used, the outer end of the cast tube is allowed to protrude from the side of the conveying mechanism 1 even if the buffer mechanism 7 abuts against the outer wall of the cast tube.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a damping mechanism 7 includes a rotating table 71, a damping push rod 72, and a plurality of balls 73; the rotating table 71 is arranged at the outer side part of the conveying mechanism 1, and the rotating table 71 can circumferentially rotate in a vertical plane parallel to the conveying direction of the cast pipes and can adjust the rotating angle; the buffer push rod 72 is internally provided with a spring, one end of the buffer push rod 72 is fixedly connected to the outer circumferential wall of the rotating end of the rotating platform 71, the other end of the buffer push rod is a free end and is used for abutting against a detected cast pipe, the buffer push rod 72 is elastically abutted against the detected cast pipe and can freely stretch and retract, the rotating platform 71 drives the buffer push rod 72 to rotate, the buffer push rod 72 buffers and supports the detected cast pipe to smoothly pass through a detection area of the detection mechanism 3 for the cast pipe in the rotation process, so that the detection mechanism 3 can visually detect the quality of the outer circumferential wall of the detected cast pipe, and the free end of the buffer push rod 72 is provided with an arc-shaped plate 74 matched with the arc shape of the outer wall of the cast pipe; the balls 73 are rotatably arranged on the concave cambered surface of the arc-shaped plate 74 and are used for rolling and abutting against the outer wall of the detected cast tube.

The arc-shaped plate 74 is provided with a plurality of grooves, and a plurality of balls 73 are respectively arranged in each groove, so that the balls 73 can rotate when being abutted with the outer wall of the cast pipe, thereby reducing the friction force between the balls 73 and the outer wall of the cast pipe, decelerating the cast pipe in rolling, or enabling the cast pipe to stably pass through the detected area of the detection mechanism 3 at a constant speed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a suspension beam 8 is disposed above the conveying mechanism 1 and the rechecking mechanism 5, a suspension post 9 is slidably connected to the lower end of the suspension beam 8 along the length direction of the suspension beam, the suspension post 9 is vertically retractable, a retractable push rod 10 is disposed between the suspension post 9 and the suspension beam 8, and a camera 31 is detachably disposed at the lower end of the suspension post 9 and the height and position of the acquired information can be adjusted by means of the suspension post 9. When the position of the camera 31 cannot meet the visual detection requirement of the detection mechanism 3 or the re-detection mechanism 5 on the cast pipe, or the detected range of the cast pipe needs to be adjusted, the visual detection use requirement on the cast pipe can be met by adjusting the extension and retraction of the hanging column 9, the sliding on the hanging beam 8, or the included angle between the hanging beam 8 and the hanging column 9.
As a specific embodiment of the cast tube outer wall quality detection device provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, the cast tube outer wall quality detection device further includes a mobile terminal 110, the mobile terminal 110 is in wireless communication connection with the detection mechanism 3, and a display screen is disposed on the mobile terminal 110, so that after the wireless communication, the detection result of the detection mechanism 3 on the cast tube can be viewed on the mobile terminal 110 in real time, and the detection result can be viewed at any time at a far end, which is convenient for external workers to perform real-time observation and monitoring.

the sorting mechanism is arranged in the conveying mechanism and is electrically connected with the detection mechanism, and after the detection mechanism outputs the cast pipe information with the quality defect, the sorting mechanism lifts and sorts the cast pipes which are detected to be unqualified from the conveying mechanism and conveys the cast pipes to the quality defect repairing platform; and
the rechecking mechanism is arranged on the quality defect repairing platform and is used for acquiring images again for the repaired quality information of the outer wall of the cast pipe, analyzing and detecting the images and outputting the rechecked quality information of the outer wall of the cast pipe;
the quality detection device for the outer wall of the cast tube further comprises a buffer mechanism arranged on the side part of the conveying mechanism, the buffer mechanism is used for buffering the cast tube entering the conveying mechanism from the feeding mechanism and enabling the cast tube to slowly enter the conveying mechanism in a speed reduction mode during rolling, and the buffer mechanism can also slowly stir the detected cast tube to pass through a detection area of the detection mechanism on the cast tube so that the detection mechanism can detect the quality of the circumferential outer wall of the cast tube;
the buffer mechanism includes:
the rotating table is arranged at the outer side part of the conveying mechanism, can rotate in the circumferential direction in a vertical plane parallel to the conveying direction of the cast tubes and can adjust the rotating angle;
