As shown in fig. 10-11, a set of swing mechanisms 12 is respectively arranged above the distributor 3 and the oil distributor 7; the swing mechanism 12 comprises an inverted L-shaped support rod 13 and a swing rod 14 which are installed on the outer support 10, a rotating rod 15 is installed on the horizontal portion of the support rod 13, one end of the rotating rod 15 is fixedly connected with the swing rod 14, the other end of the rotating rod 15 is connected with a motor or a gear, and when the gear is connected with the gear, the gear can drive the gear to rotate through other driving devices, so that the rotating rod 15 is driven to swing back and forth. When the device is used, the discharging pipe and the discharging pipe are fixed on the corresponding swing rods 14, so that the discharging port of the discharging pipe and the oil outlet of the discharging pipe are respectively positioned right above the distributing device 3 and the oil distributor 7, and the discharging pipe and the oil distributor are driven by the swing rods 15 to swing back and forth, so that better discharging and oil discharging are realized. When the rotary pan type griddle 1 rotates to a circle, the pancake spread on the rotary pan type griddle 1 is transferred to the cutting device 16 to be snatched and cut, and then taken out, and the pancake can be conveyed out through the pancake conveying device externally connected to the cutting device 16, the pancake conveying device adopts the prior art, and can take out, convey and turn over the cut pancake, so that the mechanical continuous production of continuous pancake is realized. The rotary disk type griddle 1 can carry out cutting and conveying after rotating for one circle, and has high production efficiency and high yield. Meanwhile, the materials are spread in a reciprocating manner by the reciprocating scraper 4 in the rotating process, so that the prepared pancake has the taste of a manual pancake, and the pancake can be suitable for preparing pancakes which take various mill pastes such as corn mill paste and coarse cereal mill paste as raw materials, and is wide in application range.
